--> was muss vor Auslieferung in den einzelnen Delivery Centers (DC) in Duisburg an den M3-Autos so dringend gemacht werden?

Lack? Nicht-EU-konforme Bauteile?

=> offenbar etwas, was vorort in den DC's nicht, oder nur unzureichend durchgeführt werden kann

=> damit ergibt sich offenbar eine zusätzliche Station auf dem Weg vom Schiff in Zeebrugge bis zum einzelnen DC (in Zentraleuropa)

=> und diese zusätzliche Station sorgt nun für eine erhebliche Unsicherheit und damit Lotterie bei den einzelnen Auslieferungen; mitunter bis kurz vor einem bereits mehrfach zugesicherten Übergabetermin

One wonders if something similar is driving Elon Musk’s deliberate taunting of the Securities and Exchange Commission, which has the authority to seek his removal from the management of Tesla.

In the latest development in this long-running saga, the SEC on Monday asked a federal judge in New York to declare Musk in contempt of court. The SEC hasn’t said what penalty it would like to see imposed on Musk, but its motion isn’t good news for Tesla, which as we write is off by about 1.5% in early Nasdaq trading, to about $294.

Musk has expressed frustration with the pressures of running Tesla and managing its production in the past. Is it possible that, consciously or subconsciously, he’s looking for an escape that he can blame on someone else?

Of more concern to Tesla investors: What if he knows something they don’t know about the company’s financial future — and is hoping to hang any failure on the nasty, overreaching regulators rather than his own dubious management skills?

This isn’t the place for psychoanalysis. But the Tesla board needs to take Musk in hand, and stage an intervention.

On Monday, the Securities and Exchange Commission said his tweet about Tesla making around 500,000 cars in 2019 was made without pre-approval. In October, the court ordered that Musk must comply with procedures implemented by Tesla that would require Musk to seek pre-approval of any written communications, including social media posts, that contained or reasonably could contain information material to Tesla or its shareholders.
