Hört auf niemanden hier jeder verfolgt seine eignen interessen , schaut euch die verfügbaren Daten an und entscheidet selbst . Niemand hier im Board kann euch sagen wie sich der Kurs entwickelt alles basiert nur auf reine Spekulation das ist im grunde dasselbe wie Nichts wissen .

Der Wert wurde in den letzten Monaten Gnadenlos runter geshortet...ja, regelrecht zerlegt. Aus Juni ist noch ein offenes Gap zu schließen, dass bis 4,30 $ verläuft. Mittelfristig dürfte sich der Kurs erholen... Auch interessant, knapp 87 % der Shsres sind in den Händen der "Big Player" (Instis). Wobei ich selbst long hier bin, sage ich ganz klar, misst den Pre Markt nicht zu viel Brdeutung zu. Mittelfristig sehe ich hier viel Potenzial ... Mein Kursziel liegt bei 3,50€ und ich bin sicher das ich die auch bald sehen werde. Wie gesagt, Premarkt nicht überbewerten . Allen Neuen und Slten Hasen maximalen Erfolg

Was soll der Unsinn? Habe doch hier geschrieben, 1 Posi bei 1,08$, 2 Posi 1,03$ 3 Posi bei 0,98$ ging nicht mehr durch, da muss ich nicht bei 1,50$ zukaufen!
Wer ein bisschen Ahnung hat, weiß wie er den Pre Markt vor allem um die Zeit und bei dem Volumen einzuschätzen hat. Muss aber jeder selber wissen, wie teuer er kaufen will, wollte nur nicht die Euphorie noch mehr anheizen. Meist ist es besser das opening abzuwarten.

Aclaris Therapeutics Announces Divestiture of RHOFADE®

WAYNE, Pa., Oct. 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Aclaris Therapeutics, Inc. (ACRS), a physician-led biopharmaceutical company focused on immuno-inflammatory diseases, today announced it has divested RHOFADE® (oxymetazoline hydrochloride) cream, 1% (RHOFADE) and related intellectual property assets to EPI Health, LLC (EPI Health). The divestiture of RHOFADE is a key component of Aclaris’ recently announced strategic plan to refocus resources on the development of its immuno-inflammatory development programs.

“This transaction provides us with an opportunity to refocus our resources on the development of our immuno-inflammatory assets so that we may develop treatments for patients with immuno-inflammatory diseases who lack satisfactory treatment options.” said Dr. Neal Walker, Aclaris’ President and Chief Executive Officer. “We also believe that EPI Health’s extensive dermatology and commercial expertise will be instrumental in their commercialization of RHOFADE."

Aclaris and EPI Health have entered into a purchase agreement whereby Aclaris sold the worldwide rights to RHOFADE, which includes the assignment of certain licenses for related intellectual property assets. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, EPI Health has agreed to pay Aclaris total cash consideration of up to $55.0 million, consisting of (i) an upfront payment of $35.0 million and (ii) potential sales milestone payments of up to $20.0 million in the aggregate upon the achievement of specified levels of net sales of products covered by the agreement. In addition, EPI Health has agreed to pay Aclaris, (i) a specified high single-digit royalty calculated as a percentage of net sales, on a product-by-product and country-by-country basis, subject to specified reductions, limitations and adjustments and (ii) 25% of any upfront, license, milestone, maintenance or fixed payment received by EPI Health from a licensee or sublicensee in any territory outside of the United States, subject to specified exceptions.

SVB Leerink LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor and DLA Piper LLP (US) served as legal counsel to Aclaris.

Concurrently with the closing of this transaction, Aclaris repaid in full its $30 million term loan (plus fees and expenses) with Oxford Finance LLC. EPI Health has agreed to assume the obligation to pay specified royalties and milestone payments under Aclaris’ existing agreements with Allergan Sales, LLC, Aspect Pharmaceuticals, LLC and Vicept Therapeutics, Inc.

As a result of these changes, Aclaris anticipates that its current cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities on hand, including the upfront proceeds received from EPI Health, and the repayment of the outstanding term loan, will be sufficient to fund its operations into the third quarter of 2021, without giving effect to any potential new business development transactions or financing activities.

Ich oute mich dann auch mal ....gestern habe ich in USA dann die 4te Tranche gekauft (ein Glück vor dem Aftermarketanstieg in USA)...ich habe nun eine schöne Positionsgröße mit einem sehr komfortablen EK . Ich trade Bios schon lange..... und sehe hier auch ein sehr großes kurz bis Mittelfrist. Potenzial für einen schönen Anstieg. Was die kurzfristigen Kursziele hier betrifft.....ich hatte schon bios in ähnlicher Situation..die sind wochenlang nur grün gelaufen....d.h. Bios sind extrem schwer einzuschätzen...aus meiner Sicht

So, bin jetzt auch mal hier investiert.
Habe jetzt nach dem 1. Anstieg vor ein paar Wochen an der Seitenlinie gestanden.

Mal schauen, ob sich kurzfristig Gewinne realisieren lassen. Sieht ja ganz gut aus aktuell.
