      Hi !!!

TWST: Can we start with a brief overview of Uproar (Easdaq:UPRO).

Mr. Cron: Uproar is a very unique Internet company. We`ve been in business since 1995.
We were originally founded in Budapest, Hungary, by a gentleman who was on his MBA
program - so the company has been in business quite a long time. It started working on
games on the Internet and found that the audience and the appetite for games on the
Internet was very large. We believed we could expand it into a total entertainment
      company.

TWST: Distil all that into an agenda for the next 12-24 months. What
accomplishments would make that time frame a success?

Mr. Cron: We certainly measure our success by results. And that`s by continuing to
strongly grow our top line and manage our bottom line in a direction of profitability. Now,
we have given guidance to the Street that in Q4 of 2001 we will be profitable, and that is a
full year ahead of the expectations we originally gave to analysts when we took the
company public in March of 2000. So we had predicted Q4 profitability of 2002. Now,
we`ve moved that up an entire year, and we`ve done that basically in hopes of driving the
company in a very positive fashion, starting to generate cash in the way that we know we
can, and the discipline associated by management to do that. How we get there is by
adding a tremendous amount of new content, both branded and unbranded. In other words, to continue with
public-domain type of content, that`s at the bottom of the triangle, the foundation; then the next layer up is what we
would call our branded content, and that`s things like Family Feud, Name That Tune, To Tell the Truth and more to
come. Then at the very tip of the triangle is what we would call brand new Internet content that we create ourselves
that leverages off what the Net can do that`s unique as a medium vis-à-vis its two-way interactive activity. That`s
different from what magazines or television or radio, for that matter, have brought: it`s real activity that`s interactive
and two-way. And we think that there`s a lot of opportunity in the entertainment field to deliver that. We have three
basic forms of ad products - banners, which include all the buttons and interstitials; opt-in e-mails and all the direct
marketing and sponsorships that surround that; and then, of course, our incentivised click - and in the three basic
categories we see an opportunity to continue to expand. But we`ll also add new categories.

TWST: Where does the increase in mobile communications fit into your strategy?

Mr. Cron: We think that the mobile communication market and the interactive television market are all interesting
opportunities for us. We`re one of the largest providers of lotto on the Net, and we think there are lotto opportunities.
We think there are all kinds of neat games for people to win cash and prizes, so we`ll pursue those platforms. But
we`ll pursue those in a way that is judicious, that allows us to see an ROI and a business model that we believe will
return value to investors. What we`re not going to do is what has been tried by others and has proven
not-successful, that is, to throw tons of money into areas where it`s unknown and then hope there`s a result there.
We at Uproar tend to step unto things in a measured way.
