HOUSTON, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Marmion Industries Corp (Nachrichten) (OTC Bulletin Board: MMIO.OB) announced today that it has tendered an offer for a new facility to enable the massive growth we are experiencing. The new facility, when completed will add over a million dollars in tangible assets to our balance sheet.

The company is pleased to announce that John Daniels, Commercial Division Vice President has diligently laid the necessary groundwork for the division`s growth. Since his hiring in November 2005 he has surpassed expectations. It is anticipated that 2006 will be a much stronger year in terms of profitability and revenues. "Mr. Daniels has been a great asset to Marmion Industries Corp. We expect to bypass our goals in the Commercial Construction Division and feel Mr. Daniels has postured Marmion Industries positively in the Commercial Marketplace", says W. H. Marmion, III, CEO.

The Industrial Division has begun 2006 with an increase in orders compared to last year at this time. CEO, W. H. Marmion, III stated "We expect an increase in revenues and profitability for our Industrial Division this year. The completion of our third party certification is forthcoming very soon and will strengthen our position in the industrial marketplace. Furthermore, vendor status is progressing in the Kuwaiti approval process as we near completion of their requirements."
