C.E.D Entertainment Distribution, www.CedEntertainment.com, an independent distributor of Music, Video, Movies and DVD, announced today that it has signed an exclusive distribution deal to distribute Loren Entertainment for distribution through Select-O-Hits for "Dog - On Television" DVD release, slated for 4th quarter release.

Bow Wow TV, Inc. was created by founders Nick and Denise Loren when they were faced with the very common problem of leaving their dog "Monty" home alone for hours on end. Nick and Denise both work in the entertainment industry, which sometimes calls them away for 14-hour days. "We were very surprised to find that aside from an occasional dog show on Animal Planet, there was nothing out there designed to entertain stay-at-home canines," says Nick Loren. Taking matters into their own hands, Nick and Denise set out to create a solution.

Pulling their "industry" resources, they began shooting footage at local dog parks. "Knowing that dogs react to other dogs, we knew that dog parks would be the best place to shoot. We were able to capture over 100 dogs interacting together in a natural environment. No gadgets, no gimmicks," Denise explains. Over 14 hours of footage was condensed down into the 60 minutes of the best footage.

"Monty loved it!" exclaims Nick. "He was mesmerized by the dogs on the TV. At first he was excited as he watched the dogs on the television. As days passed he became more relaxed and comforted by the dogs on the DVD." Excited by the results, Nick and Denise began sharing copies with their friends and family. The results were unanimous. When friends of friends began requesting DVDs, the couple decided to market the DVD to the general public. "Once we saw how much of a 'void' our DVD could fill, it was obvious that we needed to share it with other dog loving families that had the same concerns," says Nick. The couple called upon lifelong friend Jeeve, a successful music producer and film/video editor. The three put their creative forces and years of work experience together, and Bow Wow TV, Inc. was born.

For nearly a decade now Nick has been contracted by his friend and mentor John Travolta as his personal stand-in, double and stunt man, while Nick continues to develop as an artist and a businessman. John Travolta was actually one of the friends that prompted the couple to market the DVD after he shared it with all of his friends. Barbara Streisand's dog loved watching "Dog-On Television" so much that she actually wrote a letter to John in the persona of her dog thanking him for the DVD. She included pictures of her dog watching the DVD throughout different times of the day.

In other news, Ise Blu Equity Corp. has appointed Andre Brown (Dr. Dre) as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Steve Lane as interim President and Director, and Jana Collins as Secretary and Director. The company is searching for two additional directors and an entertainment businessperson to be President plus a group of entertainment professionals to act as an advisory committee.

SNOOP: PIMP-GANGSTA

Der 35-jährige Rapper aus Los Angeles textet über schwere Waffen und leichte Frauen. Mit dem Album „Doggystyle“ prägte er 1993 den Gangsta-Rap, aktuell entwirft er auch Hundemode . Neue Platte: Tha Blue Carpet Treatment.

Snoop überredet alle. Jay-Z übernahm 2002 einen Gast-Rap auf dem Album „Paid Tha Cost To Be Da Boss“. Nicht verwunderlich: Das angesehene Massachusetts Institute of Technology fand in einer Studie heraus, Snoop Dogg sei der am besten vernetzte Rapper.

Eisiges Schweigen herrscht zwischen den beiden Künstlern.

Jay-Z ist sauer, weil The Game erst einen seiner Freunde, dann ihn selbst verbal angriff. Zwar beteuerte The Game, er respektiere Jay-Z, aber der will sich vorerst nicht versöhnen. Ende: offen.

Eigentlich wollte er sich zurückziehen. Dann traf Jay-Z 2003 Dr.Dre – und sie sprachen darüber, wie traumhaft eine Zusammenarbeit wäre. Das kürzlich erschienene Album ist die Frucht des Schwätzchens . Es verkaufte sich in den USA 680 000 Mal in der ersten Woche.

Im November 2003 wollte Jay-Z seinen Abschied von der Musik feiern. Er bat Weggefährten wie Mary J. Blige, Missy Elliott und P. Diddy als Gäste in den New Yorker Madison Square Garden und gab ein großartiges Konzert. Inzwischen hat Jay-Z vom Abschied Abschied genommen.

HUSTLER-GANGSTA

Der 37-jährige New Yorker kultivierte das Image vom egomanen Selfmade-Man, vom Hustler. „Ich verblödete mein Publikum, um meine Dollar zu verdoppeln“, sagte er mal (Vermögen: ca. 300 Millionen Dollar). Neue Platte: Kingdom Come.

Ein typischer Gefallen im Rap-Geschäft: Pharrell half Jay-Z bei seinen Alben, dafür stand der Rapper am Mikro, als Pharrell die erste eigene Single einspielte. Die Kooperation lohnte sich: „Frontin’“ wurde sowohl in den USA als auch in Europa ein Hit.

Pharrell verhalf (als Mitglied des Produzententeams The Neptunes) Snoop Dogg 2003 zu dem Hit „Beautiful“, den der bitter nötig hatte, denn mancher hielt ihn da schon für erledigt . Zum Dank reiste Pharrell mit nach Rio und spielte im Video mit halbnackten Mädchen mit.

Noch gibt es keine Zusammenarbeit zwischen Pharrell als Produzenten und The Game als Rapper. Aber die Rap-Einlage Pharrells auf dem Game-Album legt nahe, so eine Kooperation kann nur eine Frage der Zeit sein. Irgendwie muss der Gastauftritt doch abgegolten werden.

Überschneidungen in der Kundenkartei : Beide produzierten für Jay-Z, Gwen Stefani, Snoop Dogg und Busta Rhymes.

Jay-Z war schon groß, The Neptunes waren noch klein, als der Star-Rapper das Duo 2000 um einen Beitrag bat. The Neptunes konnten nur zusagen – und seitdem arbeitet Pharrell mit Jay-Z regelmäßig zusammen, zuletzt auf dem neuen Album „Kingdom Come“.

Hat auch schon für P. Diddy gearbeitet. Ein großer Hit wurde der dämlich lautende Titel „Diddy“ zwar nicht, aber er mehrte den Ruhm der damals noch unbekannten Jungproduzenten.

SCHMUSE-GANGSTA

Der Sohn eines Handwerkers und einer Lehrerin kam 1973 zur Welt. Er gilt als feinsinnig . Seit Ende der 90er Jahre gehört er zum Produzententeam The Neptunes (Justin Timberlake, Gwen Stefani). Ihm gehört die Modefirma Billionaire Boys Club.

Snoop ging 2005 auf Welttournee. Er nahm The Game mit, der wie Snoop von Dr. Dre produziert wird. Im April 2006 verklagte Rap-Fan Richard Monroe beide Rapper auf 22 Millionen Dollar, weil er auf einem Konzert von ihren Bodyguards verprügelt wurde.

Ein Verhältnis mit Spannungen : Dre entdeckte den jungen Snoop 1992, nach zwei gemeinsamen Alben entschied sich der Rapper aber für eine neue Plattenfirma und andere Soundtüftler. 1999 dann der Friedensschluss: Auf „The Chronic 2001“ durfte Snoop mit Dre rappen.

Früher waren sie Feinde, im Kampf der West-Coast- gegen die East-Coast-Rapper. Die gewalttätigen Auseinandersetzungen haben Synergieeffekten Platz gemacht. Die Rapper treten eine gemeinsame Tour an – in Berlin hält der Tross am 14. März 2007 (Max-Schmeling-Halle)

Snoop hat in den USA gerade das achte Studioalbum „Tha Blue Carpet Treatment“ herausgebracht – in derselben Woche, in der auch Jay-Z mit „Kingdom Come“ erschien. Ein Wettkampf , der klar entschieden wurde: Snoop kam in den Charts auf Rang fünf, Jay-Z wurde Erster.

Snoop weiß sich zu revanchieren: Pharrell fertigte 2004 die schnalzenden Beats für den Hit „Drop It Like It’s Hot“ an, dieses Jahr spielte Snoop das Lied „That Girl“ mit ihm ein – um Pharrells Album vor dem kommerziellen Desaster zu bewahren. Ein Hit wurde es trotzdem nicht.

Das muss Männerfreundschaft sein: Für das aktuelle Album von Snoop schrieb The Game einen Rap. Der Titel heißt „Gangbanging 101“. Eine schöne Art, für die gemeinsame Tour Danke zu sagen.

AGGRO-GANGSTA

The Game gibt am 22. Dezember ein Konzert in Berlin (Columbiaclub). Er begann seine Laufbahn als Kleinkrimineller in Compton, Kalifornien. Der 27-Jährige fällt durch Verbalattacken gegen Rapper 50 Cent auf. Neue Platte: The Doctor’s Advocate.

Das erste Album strotzte mit den bombastischen Beats von Dr. Dre. Am brandneuen Werk beteiligte der „Doktor“ sich nicht – wegen der Dauerfehde zwischen The Game und 50 Cent. Beide Rapper sind seine Schützlinge. The Game nannte die Platte „The Doctor’s Advocate“.

Hat P. Diddy 2004 einen Korb gegeben: Als der Plattenmogul The Game auf seinem Label herausbringen wollte, bot auch Dr. Dre seine Dienste an – und der hörte ein Ja von The Game. Was bleibt Diddy und The Game? Derselbe Rivale : 50 Cent disst beide in einem Atemzug.

Nicht die dicksten Freunde: The Game beleidigte Jay-Z mit den Worten „Fuck Jay-Z“. Der war nicht begeistert und drohte in einer Radiosendung, mehr Beleidigungen würden das Ende von The Games Laufbahn bedeuten. Stattdessen laufen beide Karrieren auf Hochtouren.

Jeder Rapper will mit Pharrell arbeiten – auch The Game. Für die aktuelle Platte „The Doctor’s Advocate“ bat er ihn als Gast ins Studio. Auf dem Bonustrack der CD singt und rappt Pharrell nun mit Sängerin Fergie von den Black Eyed Peas („Where Is The Love“).

Dr. Dre ist der Entdecker von Snoop Dogg. Nach Snoops Übertritt zu einem anderen Label kühlte die Beziehung dann aber dauerhaft ab. Trotzdem stand Dr. Dre neben Snoop und Denzel Washington für den Thriller „Training Day“ 2001 vor der Kamera.

Noch einmal Geburtshelfer : 2003 hörte Dre das Demomaterial von The Game und verpflichtete ihn für das eigene Label Aftermath Records. Dre brachte den unbekannten Rapper groß heraus. Das ärgerte 50 Cent, der The Game vorwarf, Dre zu sehr zu beanspruchen.

UR-GANGSTA

Andre Young wurde 1987 als Teil der Rap-Band Niggaz with Attitude berühmt, die mit Liedern wie „Fuck Tha Police“ provozierte . Unter dem Kürzel Dr. Dre produziert der 41-jährige Multimillionär die Topstars: Eminem, 50 Cent und Gwen Stefani.

Vor zehn Jahren noch Feinde. Ein sinnloses Kräftemessen um den echten Hip-Hop-Sound, das die Rapper 2Pac und The Notorious B.I.G. mit dem Leben bezahlten. 2003 nahmen sie zum ersten Mal gemeinsam einen Titel auf. Der Streit ruht seitdem.

Auch das wäre vor zehn Jahren undenkbar gewesen: Dr. Dre produzierte für das neue Album des „King of New York“ (Jay-Z über Jay-Z) fünf Stücke – mehr als jeder andere, der an „Kingdom Come“ beteiligt war.

Dre definierte in den 90er Jahren den Hip-Hop-Sound mit Funk-Einflüssen und Synthesizer-Loops. Zehn Jahre später gaben Pharrell Williams und Hugo Chad, alias The Neptunes, den Ton an: Sie kreierten einen neuen Sound mit minimalistischen Beats und stolpernden Rhythmen.

Nicht nur als Musiker, auch als Geschäftsmann diente P. Diddy vielen Rappern als Vorbild . 1998 gründete er die Bekleidungsfirma Sean John. Drei Jahre darauf kam Snoop Dogg Clothing an den Markt – bisher ohne den durchschlagenden Erfolg von Diddys Modelinie.

Wollte den jungen Rapper The Game unter Vertrag nehmen, zog aber den Kürzeren, als Konkurrent Dr. Dre ein Angebot unterbreitete. Heute sind die Künstler befreundet – und teilen sich Lieblingsfeind 50 Cent.

Konkurrenten. Gott sei Dank nur noch geschäftlich. Sie buhlen regelmäßig um Talente und bauen mit Filmproduktionsfirmen an ihren Imperien. Diddy führt mit einem geschätzten Vermögen von 345 Millionen Dollar , während Dre „nur“ 150 Millionen besitzen soll.

BUSINESS-GANGSTA

Sean Combs gründete 1993 die Plattenfirma Bad Boy Records, da war er 23 und hieß Puff Daddy (ab 2001 dann P. Diddy). Der New Yorker macht auch Kleidung und das Herrenparfüm „Unforgivable“.

Haben keinen Ärger miteinander, sind aber kaum Freunde. Zu Beginn von Jay-Zs Karriere sang Diddy als Gast auf dem Track „I Know What Girls Like“ (1997). Wie wahr: Diddy war später mit Jennifer Lopez zusammen (längst vorbei), Jay-Z ist bis heute mit Sängerin Beyoncé liiert.

Auch für kleine Auftritte zu haben: Diddy spielte im Video „Pass the Courvoisier“ von Busta Rhymes mit, sang ein paar Zeilen und tanzte neben Pharrell im Clip. Alles nur, weil das Produzentenduo The Neptunes den Hit aufgenommen hatte. Alle Texte von Ulf Lippitz

Here are links to the interview and business plan if anybody is doing some DD on ISBL. You can also read the PR's. Don't let the website fool you. It is lame and being reworked now. They posted the business plan on the old lame website only so the shareholders could read it. The rest of the website was shut down. We should be hearing about the new website soon.

Hatte mich ja anfangs gewundert, dass sie etwas stümperhaft gestaltet ist.

Revidiere übrigens mein Urteil zu posting 1. Könnte doch auf längerer Sicht was werden.
Man muss immer bedenken, wer hier der CEO ist und der wird bestimmt nicht einfach so eine Firma runterwirtschaften. Dazu sind die alle viel zu profilneurotisch veranlagt.
Naja, mal schauen.

Just got off the phone with the company!! it wasnt the company diluting friday and monday!! It was more games played by the MM's!! Also they said you havent seen anything till next week!! This baby is going to work and roll next week!!

Alles was ich weiß ist das Dr. Dre der CEO ist und das genügt mir schon mal um großes einzusteigen.

M.M. nach aus folgendem Grund SEHR interessant:

-Dr Dre ist sehr bekannt in der HipHop Branche
-er hat nicht nur erfolgreich gerappt und Musik produiziert, er hat auch schon immer im Hintergung sämtliche Fäden gezogen
-er ist Businessman und das schon seit je her
-er ist schon seit je her sehr erfolgreich
-er hat das Talent die Sachen anzugehen welche Erfolg bringen
-er hat die Kompetenz die Sachen zum Erfolg zu bringen
-man hat keine schmutzigen Geschichten von Ihm gehört
-er hat immer noch die Leute um sich herum die er schon seit seinen jungen Tagen um sich hat
-d.h. er ist kein scammer, sonern fair player und legt auf seinen Ruf wert
-ich denke schon aus Prinzip wird er die Sache erfolgreich managen und er hätte die Stellenicht angenommen wenn es nicht erfolgsversprechend gewesen


Ich habe einen ganzen Menge ISBL shares und verkaufe nicht bevor wir ein MK von 14,6 mio erreicht haben, also nicht vor 0,1

Ich sage euch mal eins: Dr Dre wird mit seiner Straßen-Gangster-HipHop Mentalität und Stolz NIELMALS zulassen das der Laden nicht läuft. Dafür hat der viel zu viel Stolz. Jetzt wo er eine Firma leitet die puplic ist wird er auch dafür sorgen das die Firma was darstellt. Der will doch nicht irgendeinen Schrotthaufen leiten! Außerdem will der doch nicht das die anderen über Ihn und sein Firma lachen, NO WAY !!!! Und er wird sich erst als CEO verabschieden wenn er was mit der Firma auf die Beine gestellt hat!
Und wartet mal bis den seine Freunde erst mal ein Depot eröffnet haben, weil sie es lustig fänden ein par Aktien von Dre's Firma zu haben. Und denkt Ihr die wollen dann nur par Shares? Bei dem Preis nehemen die gleich 10 mio Shares. Die tragen Uhren die kosten schon $500.000 USD, und da wäre es doch Ehrensache das die bei dem momentanen Preis gleich mal 10 mio shares nehmen. Außerdem finden die es bestimmt lustig auch mal par Aktien gekauft zu haben. Wartet mal bis die das Depot eröffnet haben.

Bitte bedenkt das wir nur 146 mio O/S haben und ein MK von ca etwa 1,5 mio. Ich denke 14,6 mio MK wäre ein realistisches Ziel!

Erstmal muss die Aktie beweisen, dass es nicht eine Abzocker-Luftnummer ist. Auch das hätte nämlich Gangster-Qualität

Wenn man bedenkt, wo die Aktie hergekommen ist, muss man erstmal die nächsten Wochen verfolgen. Sind gerade mal knapp 400.000 US-Dollar Umsatz - Lächerlich ! Klar sind die gut gelaufen, aber das war ja auch zu erwarten, wenn sich erstmal der ganze Markt drauf stürzt und die ganzen Daytrader zum Zocken vorbeikommen. Möchte ja eure Euphorie nicht bremsen (bin ja selber investiert), aber Ende der Woche wissen wir mehr. Kann erstmal nochmal 100% zulegen, aber genauso gut erstmal wieder 50% verlieren. Wer weiß, wer hier seine Finger wieder so alles im Spiel hat.

Der Chart muss erstmal standhalten und Nachhaltigkeit beweisen !




Habe meinen Stop jetzt bei 0,01 gesetzt, wären dann immer noch knapp 100%, also hübsches Taschengeld. Entweder es zündet heute nochmal richtig, oder die Rakete stürzt ab !

Immerhin sind wir in der letzten Woche um knapp 700% gestiegen?
Ich sage aus tiefster Überzeugung eindeutig NEIN!!
Warum?
1.)Sehen wir uns die Anzahl der O/S an: 146 Mio.
Sehen wir uns den float an: 99 Mio!!!
Ich weiß, dass allein hier in diesem Board mindestens 7 Mio. shares gehalten werden. Die Zahl ist sehr gering gegriffen. Nehmen wir die weitaus höhere Zahl des ihub Boards dazu. Ich schätze, dass wir dann auf ca. 40 Mio. shares kommen, die in Händen der beiden Boards sind, das sind 40% des floats.
Es ist für einen subpenny/ Penny ein verschwindend geringer float.
Gestern gab es mehr oder weniger zaghafte Rücksetzer, die alle unter geringem Volumen stattfanden. Größere Käufe sorgten sofort für größere Kursanstiege.
2.) Die Öffentlichkeit weiß noch nicht, dass Dr. Dre neuer CEO bei ISBL ist. Nur die shareholder, die die news der Firma lesen, wissen davon. Ich verfolge seit letzten Mittwoch das ihub und stelle fest, dass täglich immer mehr Leute hinzu kommen und alleine von der Tatsache, dass Dr. Dre neuer CEO ist, vollkommen begeistert sind. Man bedenke die Beziehungen, die er hat.
3.) Die MK!!!!! 1,6 Mio USD!!!!! Ein Witz! Wer würde ernsthaft denken, eine Firma, bei der Dr. Dre CEO ist, sei mit einer MK von 15 oder 30 MioUSD überbewertet? Keiner!!! Wie der Kurs dann stehen würde, kann man sich selbst ausrechnen.

Gibt noch eine ganze Reihe anderer Gründe.

Ich bin seit 0,00238 drin und denke noch lange nicht daran auszusteigen.

Du hast recht: Schau es dir gut an. Alles Verkäufe und trotzdem bleibt der Kurs stabil Denk mal drüber nach. Hat was mit dem float zu tun.

Wie gesagt, reingehen kann ich immer wieder. Umsatz eher schwach. Man wartet wohl auch Anschlusskäufer die den Preis nochmal hochtreiben ! Ich bin nie zu gierig, deshalb erstmal raus. In der SPitze hatten wir 0,0135. Erst darüber würde ich wieder kaufen

Immerhin ist es ein OTC-Wert, der in den letzten Monaten fast über 90% verloren hat. Jeder der solche Werte regelmäßig handelt weiß, was für eine Berg- und Talfahrt das immer ist. Natürlich hört sich die Story immer erstmal gut an bzw. wird auch gut verpackt, aber darauf wird ja auch bei solchen Werten spekuliert.

Werde die Sache weiter beobachten und gegenfalls auch wieder zuschlagen, wenn es sich lohnt. Knapp 100% in ein paar Tagen reichen mir aber erstmal. Wenn es jetzt nochmal richtig abgeht, hab ich halt Pech gehabt. Trotzdem viel Erfolg

Zur Zeit werden die Käufe und Verkäufe ganz gut gesteuert, von wem auch immer. Zumindest ist das kein normales Marktverhalten von einer größeren Anzahl von Marktteilnehmern. Sehr volatil, der Kurs wird sukzessive hochgekauft und dann fliegen größere Pakete wieder raus und der Kurs gibt mal ebend 30-40% nach.

Vor allem sind es wirklich nur Peanuts die hier gehandelt werden, bei 11.3 Mio AKtien sind es gerade mal etwas über 140.000 Dollar. So teuer war doch bestimmt schon das Gebiss von Dr. Dre

im IHUB drehen die voll ab. Habe das Gefühl die wollen gar nicht mehr schlafen gehen. Wahrscheinlich machen die das ganze WE durch. Umso schöner finde ich die Ruhe hier bei uns. Ob wir wirklich einen Highflyer haben? Ich wünsche es uns allen!!!!!

Ich hab da meine Zweifel, denn ein Interview mit tollen Prognosen und Versprechungen ist ja nett anzuhören, aber letztendlich zählen doch nur Fakten und konkrete Zahlen, die dem Kurs auf Dauer nach oben bringen könnten! Alles meine Meinung...!

Einen schönen Morgen wünsche ich. Ich möchte ab heute eine shareholderliste erstellen und hier einmal täglich akzualisiert reinstellen um dem Board einen Überblick zu verschaffen. Ich habe momentan die Zeit dafür, so dass ich die Aktualisierung auch tatsächlich vornehmen werde. Vielleicht kann dann jemand (karlos81, nello?) die Liste im ihub reinstellen. Die ihub poster könnten dann auch ihre Zahlen nennen und ich füge sie ebenfalls hinzu. Wäre quasi eine Zusammenheit zwischen den Boards. Ich verspreche mir davon, dass wir sehen, wieviele shares allein von den beiden Boards gehalten werden. Da der float mit knapp 100 Mio ja sehr gering ist, dürfte das ganz interessant sein:

total: 6560000 = ~ 6,7% of the float.

Here is something that everyone needs to keep in mind.

Once the Media Mall is up and running (We have a Dell executive working on it now or so I've been told) we will immediatley be viewed as an Internet Stock...and with the recent valuation of internet stocks...we could really explode.

Then we'll start attracting the attention of Fund Managers who'll want to buy in. Once that happens, the volume will go crazy...multi-million share purchases going through at a time...and with this low float...there is really no limit as to how high she might fly

Bin mal gespannt. Eigentlich ist ja heute freitag, Tag der Gewinnmitnahmen in den USA. Denke aber, da der float mehr als zweimal in dieser Woche gehandelt wurde und die Gewinne bei "nur" knapp 200% in dieser Zeit liegen, dass es zwar zu Kursrücksetzern kommen wird, allerdings diese, aufgrund des geringen floats und des bevorsteheneden Interviews am Montag, gering ausfallen dürften.

Denke ich nicht. Im ihub hatten sie es ja schon die ganze Zeit diskutiert, also wissen sie auch Bescheid. Die PR´s bleiben ja und die Promis, die involviert sind.
Das Entscheidende ist für mich, nach wie vor, der float! Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, einmal eine solche Aktie, mit einem solchen float bei einem (fast) subpenny gehabt zu haben.
Wiederhole mich da aber.

Ich bin mir sicher, dass es das hier nicht war.Die Aktie ist in drei Tagen 500% hoch und jetzt dümpelt sie seit fast einer Woche auf hohem Niveau. Schaut man sich die SK Kurse an, hat sie gerade mal 30% in der Spitze verloren. Es gibt nicht viele Aktien, die das nach einem solchen Anstieg von sich behaupten können.
Ich weiß nicht, was erwartet wird, aber dass es jetzt nochmal sofort, am besten in zwei Tagen, 500% hoch geht, kann man wohl nicht allen Ernstes verlangen.
Es stehen die abgeschlossenen Verträge, es steht der geringe float, es steht die MK von gerade mal 1 Mio. USD, es stehen die prominenten Namen, die mit involviert sind. Dre ist gerade mal drei Wochen im Amt und hat schon mehr bewerkstelligt, als isbl die ganzen Jahre zuvor.
Wenn ich mit irgendeiner Aussage falsch liegen sollte, bitte ich sie zu korrigieren!

das ist keine Mauer, das sind flipper daytrader und Zocker.

Einerseits sind ein paar Zocker dabei, die jetzt Ihre 500% realisieren wollen, andererseits versuchen hier Leute zu flippen.

Frei nach dem Motto: Kauf bei 8 ein und verkauf bei 9, sind immerhin 10% Gewinn.

Jetzt gibt es nicht jeden Tag news, also fällt die Aktie zwischendurch auch ab. Ganz einfach: Verkaufen und versuchen niedriger wieder rein zu kommen.

Hier ist ein sehr grosses Risiko in der Aktie und aber auch ein ein sehr grosses Potential.

Bei der nächsten bobigen Meldung erreichen wir schnell das 2er level. Bekommen die das Teil aus den vergleichsweise sehr niedrigen roten Zahlen raus, dann hast Du hier eine Zeitbombe.

Könnte ein Wert zum Uplisten werden. Ich jedenfalls akkumuliere die Aktien in grossen Mengen.

Ich habe bei FCCN leider in die SCH..... gegriffen und eine Menge Verlust gemacht. Das Geld ist dort raus und liegt cash hier. Genug um 50% von ISBL zu kaufen.

Mir sind die fallenden Kurse recht, denn ich bin noch lange nicht satt.

Ich will hier nicht mit blauen Augen schauen. Das Invest hier kann ganz schnell den Bach runter gehen, wenn Dr Dre nicht arbeitet und die Termine einhält.

Was jedoch, wenn die neue Internetseite der Hammer ist und in time da ist. Was ist wenn man Elton John Konzerte durchführt. Was wenn man andere namenhafte Künstler gewinnt. Was wenn man mit Nextel einen profitablen Vertrag hinbekommt.

Ich möchte mir das ansehen, deswegen bin ich investiert und kaufe weiter. Ich halte die Chancen für höher als dir Risiken.

Nur meine Meinung, soll niemanden in seinen Entscheidungen beeinflussen

Sehr gutes posting. 100% agree.

Auch, wenn du durch dein Aggressivgepushe und deiner manchmal vorhandenen Arroganz bei FCCN vielen unangenehm aufgefallen bist, sollte man doch hier wirklich bei den Fakten und den Möglichkeiten bleiben und die habe ich ja zuvor ja auch schon versucht darzustellen.
Ne Seitwärtsbewegung mit geringem Fall, ist nach einem solchen Anstieg nicht verkehrt.
Kann sein, dass es die nächsten Tagen noch so dahinplätschert, aber die Möglichkeiten für einen rasanten Anstieg gegenüber einem Totalverlust schätze ich hier weitaus höher ein.

Updates on Company:

Alright guys I did my DD for the day.

1) Spoke with Steve Langer, very confident and very nice.
2) He gave me Rick Papaleo's number (Business Development). This is ALL real guys ALL real. They plan on uplisting to the BB no specific dates given.
3) Info on Pinksheets.com is obsolete. I found out who our T/A is:
First American Stock Transfer
(http://www.firstamericanstock.com/)
I called and CONFIRMED they do handle ISBL's stock.
4) Hang in their guys for a while and we will slowly make it up as the company roles out products.
5) The company DOES have a source of revenue ... remember that so there is probably no dilution.
6) Rick told me there is a celebrity element involved so things needs to be thought out before executing, which I like ...

I hope this helps to all of those DDing this stock and for the current investors.

I JUST MADE ALL THE PHONE CALLS TOO....

I called the T/A and their policy is not to release corporate information, and they have not been given authority to do so.

I spoke to Steve about the O/S and he referred me to Rick.

I spoke to Rick and he said he did not think there was any dilution going on, but he was not sure and has an inquiry into corporate accounting (Birmingham or some name like that is in charge).

He did say he has suggested a PR putting out the share structure, to put all these dilution rumors to bed, and to update the corporate website.

They are very serious about moving the OTCBB as quickly as possible and they will keep their financials current.

My guess, and only a guess, is maybe some of the old management who had 144 shares are selling at this point to get out of the company.

In effect, that would increase the float by a bit but NOT INCREASE THE OUTSTANDING SHARES.

That is strictly IMO.

These shares are being absorbed by investors here, so it should be tight and ready to move up VERY SOON IMO.

Tally Sheet updated and corrected from ISBL's news release data made on October 25, 2007 for us shareholders. What a great company for thinking about us! Now tell me bashers do really still believe that this is a P&D company?

Again, thanks for submitting your holdings and use this as a guide for what it is worth since we are on the honor system here. The float is 128,990,022 with 137 shareholders, as of October 25, 2007. O/S is 146,000,000 and A/S is 500,000,000 as of August 20,2007. Company said they issued ~53,000,000 shares for capitalization so far in 2007.

O/S also unverändert, nur der float ist gestiegen. Für mich , immer noch alles im grünen Bereich.

Auf den Weg dahin, wäre mein Herz noch einer Höchstbelastung ausgesetzt.

Nächste Woche soll übr. die news bez. des anstehenden Mergers veröffentlicht werden. Denke mal, dass aus diesem Grunde der Kursanstieg am Freitag zu verzeichnen war. Die Gerüchteküche brodelt halt.

Selbst wenn sie nicht erscheinen sollte, wäre es mir aber auch egal. Denke mal, dass sich in den nächsten monaten so einiges hier tun dürfte.
Momo ist ja vorhanden, man muss nur mal im ihub nachlesen, und einige (zwar B- , aber egal) Prominente gibt es ja auch. MK mit knapp 600k absolut lächerlich.
Da gibt es Firmen, wie Voltavis, Algodyne, Thunder sword, diet coffee, die ausschließlich aufgrund diverser BB´s am Leben erhalten werden, die wesentlich höher bewertet sind oder waren. Allein Algodyne hatte mal eine MK von 120 Mio. Dollar!!!!!!!
isbl hat zwar bisher auch nur heiße Luft produziert, dort haben wir aber den Promi-Faktor, der nicht zu vernachlässigen ist.

We announced in late 2007 that we are in negotiations with a OTCBB company for possible merger. The talks continue, slow but positive. Issues that we are dealing with the potential merger partner are - discussions with regard to reorganization of their debt, before ISBL would even enter into any formal agreement. Also the company must forward additional due diligence to us for review by our attorneys and accountants. We are also preparing our accounting through 12-31-07 for audit.

Die Transaktion ist also (ohne das der PPS durch Dilution erstickt wurde!!!!!) also schon längst abgeschlossen.
Was meinst Du mit "nächsten Dienstag"??? Hab ich da was überlesen??

Ehrlich gesagt, bin ich auch am Ausflippen. In meinem Skype Board predige ich gebetsmühlenartig seit Wochen, dass das Ding nochmal ordentlichst hochgeht und nun scheint es bald soweit zu sein.
