Thanks for your email and your encouraing words. ServeNation continues to add stores daily and we are working with groups like the Red Cross to add stores. I get an email every time a store is added and I usually get two or more every day. Thanks for contacting your local charities and informing them about ServeNation Have them contact Andrew Maly at the SN office who can assist them in setting up a store.

As we have said in our previous press releases, it is our intention to have at least 500 stores by November 1 and really help them maxmize their store during the Christmas season. We have a local, non profit, radio station with a strong support base of listeners and businesses who plan to use this concept as one of their primary fund raising strategies. If we can average just $100 per day from 150 stores (1/4th of the total stores) our gross revenues will be around 5.5 million making the company worth over 20 million (3.75 x gross revenues). We intend to have more than 500 stores so that we can ensure that we hit our numbers. A lot can happen in the next few months but that is our plan. And yes, I said in an earlier press release that I intended to give a dividend if we can make the sale happen at these numbers. I don't know what the number will be but it will be substantial. More pr's will be coming out in the near future regarding this and other opportuniites involving ServeNation.

You mentioned AcousTech and to be honest I haven't said to much about this company because we have focused so heavily on SN. AcousTech is small at this point but well run and has great potential. It does work with many and varied technology companies in the Unite States and internationally. Feel free to visit their website for more information. After more has been done with ServNation we will be talking more about AcousTech.

Well its a long story, but the short of it the company has a really awesome concept for generating revenue called ServeNation.com If you go to the PINR board and read through the Ibox and through some of the recent posts you will get an idea of what kind of revenues the company is already possibly making and what they project. It has been steadily accumulating over the last 3 weeks, and today it saw its uptick to 50% and very big volume. That should be just enough to get lots of people interested in it. Its only a guess as to it jumping 100% tomorrow but I am willing to say it will close up between 25 - 100% tomorrow. Check it out and I think you'll be very surprised.

Yes you get a gift card for the amount that you pay $10 - $10, and there is no shipping charge. Now as far as where the money comes from. ServeNation is giving 2% of the sale to the non profit group. 2% of $10 is $.20. Often times stores will give good discounts to people who buy gift cards in bulk. So ServeNation might be buying these $10 gift cards at a cost of $9.00. The reason why stores do that is because gift card sales are guaranteed money and they can count them as sales for the year. The less man power needed to process checks and cash at the store contributes to the discount available.

Also remember that ServeNation will be able to record a large tax deductions based on the donations that they send to the non profits, so that is where the profit from ServeNation comes from

08/04/08 -- Pine Ridge Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: PINR) CEO Kevin May announced today the early goals for ServeNation have been surpassed and increased.

May stated, "As our shareholders know, ServeNation became a unique opportunity for Pine Ridge Holdings. It contains a great business model, a win-win as it relates to social responsibility and what seems like unlimited growth potential. The current state of dot com models is such that the valuation for a revenue generating dot com like ServeNation is 3.75 times gross revenue. The decision was made to abandon a long-term strategy and to create a very specific and aggressive plan to build ServeNation through the holiday season. Then, using a skilled merger and acquisition firm, put the company up for sale. I have stated in the past and continue to state that part of the proceeds from the sale of ServeNation will be distributed in the form of a dividend and part used in the acquisition of additional high growth holdings. The math isn't hard. $15,000 a day in gift card sales puts ServeNation's value at $20 million.

How many pinks you know with OS confirmed by TA? Maybe people don't yet believe this is different from other pinks in terms of:

1. No RS confirmed by PR.
2. Acquisition definitive - i.e. CEO has confirmed he has signed the paperwork (maybe he needs to send somebody copies of the signed contracts so that they can be put into imageshack.us, as the PR may not be enough for some people.
3. AS will remain the same and 350 million restricted shares are being handed over as part of the deal.
4. Penultimate PR stated that the concerts etc. are fully funded, so the company doesn't need to sell shares to fund operations. Does that guarantee they won't sell shares? No, but it reduces the risk that they will.

Na da freuen sich bestimmt alle Investierten auf die nächsten Wochen und die , die noch net dabei sind rennen wie immer dem Kurs hinterher .

Ein "ten-bagger" ist eine Aktie, der Investoren eine Verzehnfachung des Kurses zutrauen, also ein Kursgewinn von 1000% (das kommt ein Pennystocks gar nicht mal so selten vor). Allerdings sollte man sich immer der Gefahr des Totalverlustes bewusst sein, wenn man in diesem Marktsegment aktiv investiert ist...

Pine Ridge Holding als solches gibt es seit Mai 2009 nicht mehr. Damals wurde PINR von Mikethepikeproductions uebernommen. MTPProd ist aktiv in der Finanzierung von Independent Films und der Konzert-(Event) Promotion mit Sitz in Fort Wayne, Indiana/USA

Der Chart sieht von Tag zu Tag besser aus , ich schätze mal das es in 1-2 wochen wieder up gehen wird.

Wayne Promotions Associate, Jake Slater, says "Target market (teens) is responding very well to the show and we feel this will be a big win for everyone involved, including our sponsors for the show such as 97.3 WMEE, Anytime Fitness and Club Soda, among others. We are in planning stages for our second show which was announced last week to be an MMA event with our co-promoters Mike and Kristi Bowersock of Dragon's Den MMA. The event will have national exhibition featuring musical acts and celebrity guests. I'd also like to see a country show in our near future as we have ties to major artists in that arena."

Newbauer, as part of keeping MTP followers apprised of development stages for the Motion Pictures division, has posted projections for their upcoming feature film in development, "FISH IN A BARREL" a comedy in the vein of "Knocked Up" "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" and "Superbad." The projections can be downloaded on Pink OTC at: http://tiny.cc/ygFea. The figures contain worldwide totals with low, medium and high projections at $12.9mm, $39.7mm and $83.3mm, respectively. The figures posted are conservative as they do not include many ancillary streams of revenue such as merchandising or distribution streams such as new media.

"We're very pleased with the figures, which are based on preliminary plans in regards to the film's budget (appx $5mm), cast prototypes and genre. We've also considered factors and ratios from similar movies over the past few years using tools such as IMDBPro, The Numbers, Box Office Mojo, etc.," says Newbauer. "We're fortunate to have a proactive casting director like Dino Ladki who we can use as a sounding board. Cast is crucial to any independent film looking to make a profit; and names, in this case, are very much a commodity; and like a commodity, there are attractive undervalued players. MTP conducts significant research to identify players that are currently undervalued as part of our overall strategy to maximize ROI."

The company is in final stages toward acquiring a much anticipated Literary Option as well and their "Dresden Sun" (www.dresdensun.com) team will be deciding on shooting locations in the next few weeks and MTP will be posting revenue projections for that project accordingly. Casting for both 'Fish" and "Dresden" are to begin Fall 2009. MTP is also in final discussions with action icon, Fred "The Hammer" Williamson, to produce a low-budget vehicle as an answer to Williamson's 'blaxploitation' hits of the 70s. details to come.

Das Spiel was hier betrieben wird kenne ich schon von SYMW her , da ging es auch über Wochen , eröffnung zu 7 - schluss 5 , jeden Tag das gleiche und dann , von 6 auf 20 und den nächsten Tag auf 30 hoch , hätte da net mit gerechnet , aber das scheint ja beabsichtigt zu sein .

Ich lass mich net aus MIKP raus schütteln , jedenfalls net weit unter 1 Cent .

"The Interview has been rescheduled for the Following Thursday August 20th. Mark is going on a business trip to wrap some things up so he does not feel it appropriate to let share holders down if he does not have a proper internet connection from the road to attend the conference.
