Finanzkrise an die
weltweit fünfte Stelle der Rückversicherer im Einzellebensgeschäft auf. Sie habe
sich mit der Scottish Re auf die Übernahme des Rückversicherungsportfolios des
Finanzkonzerns ING Groep geeinigt, teilte die im MDAX notierte Hannover Rück am
Freitag in Hannover mit. Dabei handelt es sich um die Lebensversicherungen, die
ING bislang bei Scottish Re rückversichert hatte. Das ING-Geschäft soll im
laufenden Jahr Prämieneinnahmen von 1,2 Milliarden US-Dollar bringen und die
Hannover Rück in der Lebensrückversicherung weiter nach vorne bringen.





Neben den Rückversicherungsverträgen übernimmt die Hannover Rück von Scottish Re
Teile der Infrastruktur für die Lebensrückversicherung in Nordamerika sowie
Mitarbeiter aus diesem Segment.Von dem ING-Portfolio verspricht sich die Hannover Rück im laufenden Jahr Prämieneinnahmen von 1,2 Milliarden US-Dollar. Im Gegenzug für die übernommenen Verbindlichkeiten von 1,3 Milliarden Dollar erhält der Konzern von der Scottish Re Vermögenswerte im gleichen Wert. Die Transaktion soll noch im ersten Quartal abgeschlossen werden.

Stratton Holdings, Inc. (Pinksheets: STHG) announced today that the Company has signed a "Letter of Intent" (LOI) with a private accredited investor for an equity funding of up to $1,000,000. Final details and contract for the financing are still under discussion.

The financing will be used to execute the company's many projects being worked on. These include: final arrangements of two exciting small sized profitable companies; expansion and marketing costs for company; initiation of the open market buyback program; further development of our shareholder base through an investor relations program.

Stratton Holdings' CEO, Eric Stratton Racheff, stated: "We are very pleased that the investment community is showing interest in our company and its exciting future. This is a huge step for the company as a major barrier to any company's expansion is the securing of proper funding. Aber das Problem ist doch, gerade wenn ich mir den Chart von ARGA anschaue, den Zeitpunkt zu erwischen, bezw. die Aktie zu finden, wo man ein solchen Kursausschlag erwarten kann!!!

Ist es nicht ein wenig wie Lotto spielen...?

ist schon Richtig was du sagst, aber bei solchen Werten sollte man nur mit Taschengeld rein gehen, Kleinvieh macht dann wenn es geht auch MIST...

Und dann kommt man evtl. auch anstatt auf einen Wohnwagen zu einer Hütte was weiss ich wo im Süden....

was washington mutual betrifft beobachte ic das schon seit geraumer zeit,jedoch hab ich damals den einstieg verpasst

They have issues with convertible debt owed to Cornell / Yorkville that basically means that by now there is a bottomless pit in the supply of shares able to be generated.

They seem not to have succeeded in refinancing that debt prior to January of this year when it was due... so... by now you should expect that the convertible notes can be converted at will...

Since they went dark with a 15-12G in April, there isn't any way to know what is actually going on here now...

Did they go dark in April and then sell / transfer all the value in the assets to Yorkville ? Don't know.

Are they still alive enough even to be able to still have any future chance to negotiate their way out of the convertible debt mess that they are tied to ? Who knows.

The decline in oil and gas prices over the last year would have slowed down the rates at which production from the primary asset would have enabled Silver Point to accumulate a return that would move the project toward paying IGPG anything. The rise in prices now WOULD be potentially good news, and it might accelerate them toward having future value if the payout to Silver Point advances... but, having the multiple issues with not refinancing the convertibles, and going dark... you shouldn't expect they are doing shareholders all kinds of favors by not reporting what is happening now.

Each six-inch-diameter silicon wafer contains the separator material for 10 individual Smart NanoBatteries with each battery consisting of 12 "smart cells." Beneath the specialized wafer and contained within each of the smart cells, MEMS processing, microfluidics, and nanotechnology come together to form a unique superhydrophobic honeycomb structure. mPhase has figured out how to use these nano-structured surfaces and technologies to control the battery's liquid electrolytes which mix with the electrodes to create power. In the case of the Smart NanoBattery, the electrolytes can be kept separated from the electrodes until power is needed. Chart sieht gut aus, und es kommt viel Volumen rein. Aber der Wert sieht eher nach einem kurzfristigen (1-2 Tage) Zock aus. HNSS könnte leicht auf 10 cent rennen, also 100% Kurssteigerung. Danach ??? Also Vorsicht!

Cambridge Energy Announces Agreement to Acquire EnviroXtract, Inc.

BOCA RATON, Fla., June 22, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cambridge Energy Corp. (Pink Sheets:CNGG) announced today that it has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to acquire the assets and business operations of EnviroXtract, Inc., ("EXI"). The purchase includes worldwide patents and licenses for environmental clean-up/mitigation technologies currently owned and developed by EXI. Cambridge will initially acquire $1,600,000 in audited assets.

EXI is an emerging technology company. Over five years and several millions of dollars have been invested in the development of its base plasma-enhanced technology, which efficiently removes virtually 100% of oil and contaminants from soil, sand, or crushed rock...with no chemicals, water, or fossil fuels used in processing. The processed soil is clean and dry, ready for reintroduction back into the environment. 100% of the carbon emissions can be captured in EXI's closed vacuum processing system.

The technology excites feedstock materials at a molecular level, separating and gasifying the various elements and removing them from the base feedstock material.
