      Ganz einfach:

Erst pushen, dann abladen (Kassieren), warten, neue Gerüchte in Umlauf bringen, pushen, abladen (kassieren), warten ...

An BRU können nur die gewinnen, die auch über die notwendigen Internas verfügen. Und das sind sicherlich nicht die Kleinanleger, die fungieren ausschließlich als Geldgeber.

      Ganz einfach das Spiel.

Bolero Enters Into A Term Sheet With Uragold to Acquire the Asbury Mine
August 9, 2012 - 09:00:00 AM VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 9, 2012) - Bolero Resources Corp. (the "Company" or "Bolero"), (TSX VENTURE:BRU), (FRANKFURT:U7N1) (PINKSHEETS:BRUZF) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a non-binding term sheet ("Term Sheet") with Uragold Bay Resources Inc. ("Ur agold" or "UBR") to negotiate a definitive agreemen t (the "Agreement") for the purchase of UBR's "Asbury" min ing claims. Uragold's shares trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "UBR".

Under the Term Sheet, Bolero is required to make an initial contribution of $30,000CDN to UBR and a second cash payment of $70,000 CDN within thirty days of the signed Term Sheet. Upon closing of the transaction, Bolero will be required to make a further payment of $200,000 CDN and pay a yearly royalty of 0.75% on the net production cost for a period of 10 years after the start of graphite production.

Subject to completion of final due diligence, Bolero and UBR will enter into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of the Asbury mining claims ("Claims") held by UBR. As consideration for the transfer and sale of the Claims and related assets, on completion of the transaction Bolero will issue to Uragold 5,000,000 common shares.

Paul Ogilvie, CEO of Bolero said, "Our goal to own a number of former producing mines, is starting to become a reality - I'm very pleased with the planned acquisition of the Asbury mine. The Asbury property supplied graphite to a number of customers in the past, this is significant to us because it indicates the graphite should have customer acceptance in the market, and will speed up the process to receive supply agreements. Our team is in place and we're excited to start the engineering process for the property".

The company is working on several other acquisitions of former producing properties, and hopes that over the next couple of months, they can enter into term sheets to acquire two or three more.

The transaction is also subject to receipt by Bolero of the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

      ABOUT ASBURY GRAPHITE MINE

The past producing Asbury Graphite Mine property consists of two claims and is located approximately 10km northeast of Notre-Dame-du-Laus and about 120km north of the Ottawa-Gatineau area. It is accessible by a good road and a power transmission line runs to the property. Some of the old mill structure still exists and could be refurbished to house a dry milling process. The open pit mine and mill were in operation from 1980 to 1989 where a total of less than 70,000 tons were processed. The operation was shut down in 1990 due to falling graphite prices.

A qualified person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves; and Bolero is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves.

In 1974, a historic estimate of 578,000 tons grading 10% large flake graphite was reported. Additional drilling in 1985 indicated the potential for additional ore at the bottom of the pit and both to the north and south of the existing pit. These included significant intervals ranging from around 4 to 10% carbon.

A qualified person has not verified the relevance and reliability of the 1985 drill results outlined above and should not be relied upon until the Company can confirm them.

Past metallurgical tests on bulk samples from the deposit have shown that a graphite concentrate with a recovery of 85% was produced where by 50% of the concentrate falls into the large flake grade with an average carbon content of 90% and a flake size of +80 mesh. 25% fall in the medium flake category with an average carbon content of 80% carbon and a flake size between -80 and +200 mesh. With more advanced milling technology available today, these recoveries and purity may be significantly improved.

A qualified person has not verified the relevance and reliability of the 1974 metallurgical results outlined above and should not be relied upon until the Company can confirm them.

Patrick Levasseur, president and COO of Uragold stated. "Combining UBR's Asbury Graphite property with Bolero's world class Graphite properties, technical team and management, represent an outstanding opportunity.

Bolero is doing all the right steps to become a major graphite player.

This transaction generates significant value to Uragold's shareholders while allowing us to focus our on developing our gold projects."

Northern Graphite Files Bankable Feasibility Study

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 27, 2012) - Northern Graphite Corporation (TSX VENTURE:NGC)(OTCQX:NGPHF) is pleased to announce that the bankable feasibility study ("FS") for its 100% owned Bissett Creek graphite deposit has been filed on SEDAR and is available on the Company's website. The FS was prepared by GMining Services Inc. with contributions from SGS Canada Inc. (Lakefield-metallurgy), Geostat-resource modelling), Knight Piesold Ltd. (environmental, permitting, tailings management and road infrastructure) and Met-Chem Canada Inc.(process engineering).

The FS concludes that "based on all the engineering studies, cost estimates, price scenarios and economic analyses performed as part of this Feasibility Study, we believe that the financial returns are sufficiently robust to justify the required investment to bring the Bissett Creek Project to commercial production. Its production level, when compared to the total market, should enable its successful introduction in the supply of large and extra-large graphite flake products, without impacting the supply-demand relationship and resulting prices. When well established as a reliable supplier of quality products, Northern Graphite should be in excellent position to pursue a production expansion on the basis of its large resources at Bissett Creek."

Gregory Bowes, CEO, stated that "There are very few development stage graphite companies and Northern is the only one that has disclosed complete independent, bankable feasibility level confirmation of reserves and resources, capital and operating costs, metallurgy, flake size distribution, carbon content of concentrates, etc." He added that "While economies in the US, European and Chinese have slowed, the FS has identified a number of immediate, low risk opportunities to increase production and further reduce costs which we believe will offset the effect of softer graphite prices."...........

      FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Canada Carbon Acquires Additional Claims on Miller Graphite Mine
April 17th, 2013, Vancouver, BC, Canada – Canada Carbon Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX-V: CCB), (FRANKFURT: U7N1) is pleased to announce the acquisition of a 100% interest in three additional claim units contiguous to Canada Carbon’s historic Miller Graphite Mine. The claims are located on the NTS map sheet 31G10 near Grenville, Quebec. With this new land acquisition, the Miller Graphite property now covers 13.2 kilometres ("km") 2 of prospective graphite potential.
      Terms of the Agreement
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company has agreed to issue to Nouveau-Monde Mining Enterprises Inc., a Québec corporation, a total of 75,000 shares payable upon the approval of the transaction by the TSX Venture Exchange (the “Exchange”).
Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company has also granted Nouveau-Monde Mining Enterprises Inc., a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty (the “NSR”) which can be reduced at any time to 1% by paying $1,000,000 to Nouveau-Monde Mining Enterprises Inc.
      About Miller Graphite Mine
The Miller Graphite Mine, located in Grenville Township is a past graphite and mica producer with unknown graphite reserves remaining. This mine was worked around 1845 and was probably the first graphite operation in Canada. The quantity of produced graphite is unknown but it is reported that 25 cars of lump graphite were shipped from this deposit in the year 1900 and sent to the Globe Refining Company of Jersey City, N.J. This yielded thirty-two tons of clean crucible graphite. The Morgan Crucible Company of London and also J.H. Gauthier and Company, Jersey City, used some of this graphite in their crucibles and pronounced it equal to the best graphite known to come from Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). The property covers 13.2 km2 of land and is located 70 km west of Montreal. A main road, located approximately 800 metres from the deposit, is connected by a bush road to the deposit allowing very easy access. A power line also crosses the property 500 metres south of the deposit. There is no certainty that further exploration will result in the development of similar deposits.
      Other Business
The Company has terminated its interest in the Walker property in its efforts to streamline its focus and resources on the exploration and development of graphite properties which it feels will provide the greatest benefit to its shareholders. In line with that new focus, Canada Carbon has terminated its previously announced (see March 6th, 2013 release) agreement with CGT Carbon GmbH, A German Specialty Graphite Engineered Products Company.
The Company announces it has granted incentive stock options to certain directors and officers to purchase up to a total of 1,450,000 common shares in the capital stock of the company, exercisable for a period of five years, at a price of $0.10 cents per share.

ABOUT CANADA CARBON INC. (CCB - TSX.V)
Canada Carbon holds a 100% interest in four strategic graphite properties located in Ontario and Quebec, including
2 past producing graphite mines, the Miller and the Asbury. The Asbury open-pit mine and mill were in operation
from 1980 to 1989 and are located north of the Ottawa-Gatineau area. The Miller graphite mine is located northeast
of Ottawa in Grenville Township and is reported to have had 25 rail cars of lump graphite shipped from this deposit
in the 1900s. The Dun Raven historic graphite deposit is easily accessible a few hours west of Montreal, in Thorne
Township. The Maria Graphite Project is located just off the Trans-Canada Highway between the cities of Ottawa
and North Bay, Ontario. These claims surround and are contiguous to Northern Graphite's Bissett Creek graphite
deposit that reported the extraction of very large high purity flake graphite consistent across the entire resource
with overall recovery rates of 97%. (NGC.V News Release 23/04/2012)
