Hallo,

was passiert dann?

Was wenn MLP tatsächlich eine saubere Weste hat, und die Anschuldigungen tatsächlich haltlose Lügen sind? Wem könnte der massive Kursverfall gedient haben?

Wie schnell kann sich dann der Kurs erholen? Und was wäre dann für´s erste ein fairer Wert? Skeptiker gehen von einem Gewinn von max. 50 Mio. Euro aus. Was ist realistisch? Etwa 100 Mio. oder 150 Mio.???

Leading independent film distributor, Magna Pacific (Holdings)
Limited, has announced record profits for Quarter One (Q1) of the
financial year ending 2003.

Revenue has been recorded at in excess of $5.5m (unaudited), an
increase of 72% on the previous corresponding period ($3.2m) and Net
Profit Before Tax has been recorded at in excess of $500,000
(unaudited), up 122% on the previous corresponding period ($225,000).

Magna Pacific (Holdings) Limited managing director, Allan Radley,
attributed this significant increase in profit to the explosive
growth of the DVD market, reported to be growing 12 times faster than
the CD market in its boom period (source: Video Trader).

The number of DVD titles released by Magna Pacific this quarter (59
compared to 22 in the previous corresponding period) also contributed
to this significant increase.

Magna Pacific held 5% of overall DVD sales for Q1, FYE 2003, with
seven titles in the Top 100 bestsellers during the quarter,
including Dances with Wolves and Four Weddings and a Funeral (source:
GfK Group).

"We have a further 61 titles scheduled for release on DVD for Quarter
2, which is traditionally our best quarter," Mr Radley said.

"With box office hits like Amelie and Rabbit-Proof Fence among these,
as well as The Crocodile Hunter and Zoids TV series, we are
confident the quarter will be a strong one."

The number of DVD players in the market is expected to reach 2
million (30% of Australian households) by Christmas, further evidence
this technology has been embraced by consumers. This does not include
other DVD enabled devices like X-box, PlayStation 2, DVD Rom systems
and HI-FI systems.

"Through our Becker Magna Films partnership, we are continuing to
secure the distribution rights to box office releases. Our latest
film, Blurred (starring Matthew Newton and Jessica Gower), will hit
the box office on 31 October."

Other box office titles scheduled for release through Becker Magna
Films during this financial year include Tempted (Saffron Burrows
and Burt Reynolds), Killing Me Softly (Heather Graham and Joseph
Fiennes), and Thunderpants (Rupert Grint and Patrick Smash).

Weiß jemand wie groß der short-interest bei MLP mittlerweile ist?

Dürften doch ein paar Millionen Stücke leerverkauft sein, oder?

Wie lange wird es dauern bis diese wieder eingesammelt sind? Ein paar Tage, eine Woche, zwei...?

Wo wird der erste Haltepunkt sein? Bei 10 Euro, bei 15 oder bei 20 Euro...?

Sollte man schnelle Gewinne mitnehmen oder einfach mal laufen lassen...?

Ich denke ich bleibe einfach mal lange drin. Welche Aktie im DAX hat schon mehr Potential.
