der Kursverlauf war heute ja total verrückt:

nachbörslich auf Instinet +13,95%

da will ein Gróßinvestor die kleinen verunsichern

PacificNet.com will issue shares to bring in strategic partner
Sally Lee, Chief Operation Officer of PacificNet.com, said that the company will issue shares to bring in strategic partner in short term. Otherwise, she stated that the said website will form a JV with a Beijing distribution company to operate e-commerce business. The company will form a JV with a Shanghai company in 2 months.

She said that the company will develop other markets in Asian countries through JVs but only searches for business partner to cooperate in Hong Kong. She explained that the company is headquartered in HK, therefore can control the business well here but needs a JV to develop business in other regions.

In addition, she stated that the company is listed on Nasdaq through backdoor-listing previously and the transaction is expected to be completed soon. The company holds 90% stakes in that Nasdaq-listed company, Creative Master. However, PacificNet.com has no plan to be listed on SEHK at this moment.
