NationsRx Arrives, Name Change from Eclipse Entertainment Complete
Monday April 28, 4:11 pm ET

PALM DESERT, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 2003--Eclipse Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB:ECLE - News) today announced that it is changing its name to NationsRx, Inc. effective at the close of business today. The Company`s new stock symbol will be "NRXI". This name change is in furtherance of the Company`s planned change of direction resulting from the proposed acquisition of the exclusive license to operate the pharmacy benefit management business as well as the exclusive license to market related prescription delivery and general medical hardware and software systems.

The new name more accurately reflects the ongoing focus and business direction of the Company and will allow the Company to capitalize upon the current brand equity associated with the name and trademark "NationsRx(TM)" which is rapidly becoming synonymous with quality and innovation in the health care field. The "NationsRx" name reflects the intended scope of our activities in a way that also aspires to the goals we have set for the company in the future.

Both of the above license acquisition transactions are the subject of the Company`s current revised Pre14C filing which will become effective following approval and 20 days after mailing the definitive Information Circular. The majority of the Company`s shareholders have already approved the transaction by consent resolution.

The Company is a healthcare services organization providing innovative pharmaceutical benefit plan administration products and services to the public, client organizations and pharmaceutical manufacturers. The Company combines its clinical expertise, an integrated web-based data management platform and therapeutic fulfillment capabilities to serve the pharmacy-related needs of each individual consumer and client organization.
