Penthouse selber ist nicht in CH 11 sondern die Tochter General Media, die auch Beate Uhse haben will siehe heutige Pressenotz.
General Media haelt alle Rechte von Penthouse.
Aber Beate Uhse gibt das Rennen mehr oder weniger verloren.

So Penthouse wird alle Penthouse-rechte behalten.
Nur 20 Million von Penthouse werden frei gehandelt.
75% werden von einem Groissinvestor gehalten, der der grosste Pepsi Abfueller ausserhalb von US ist.
Es war nie die frage ob Penthouse nicht mehr existiert.

Also, denke erst nach bevor du dumm rumblubberst!!!

Im uebrigen, gliech 20 cents!!!

PHSL CASH POSITIVE IN 2004?

With the reactivation of Penthouse magazines , prints and other
media businesses based on the penthouse theme in late 2003 and the
acquisition of IBill in early 2004, PHSL will be generating plenty
of hard cash for fiscal year 2004. The bits and pieces of data
gathered below gives you an idea of what revenue this company is
capable of in the future. In my opinion this company is capable of
producing income in excess of $100 million in 2004

EARNINGS FOR 2003
Audited by Deloitte and Touche as part of the consolidated financial
statements of iBill`s former parent, InterCept, Inc., iBill reported
revenues of $38.0 million and EBITDA of $5.7 million for the year
ending December 31, 2003. On a pro forma basis, had iBill been
consolidated with Penthouse for the full fiscal year ended December
31, 2003, Penthouse consolidated revenue would have increased by
approximately 197%. As a result of this acquisition, Penthouse
expects to realize an increase in shareholders` equity of
approximately $23.5 million, or $0.09 per share. iBill`s financial
results will be consolidated into Penthouse in the first quarter of
2004.iBill has no corporate or bank debt outstanding. iBill and
Penthouse International`s real estate assets are unaffected by the
current reorganization of General Media and subsidiaries.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2003, General Media reported
consolidated net revenue of $12,601,489 and consolidated operating
income of $3,466,160. The resulting increase in net income was
attributed to the subsidiary resuming publication of its six
magazines which had previously been suspended for a part of 2003.
Recent financial results indicate that General Media is on track to
restoring its liquidity and enhancing its competitive position in
the marketplace.

For the fiscal year ended December 31, 2002, the Company reported
$54 million in total revenues as follows: $45 million in publishing;
$7.3 million in online and $1.6 million in entertainment sales.

LOOKING FORWARD TO 2004 AND BEYOND

With a focus on diversification, Penthouse recently acquired Del Sol
Investment LLC , a Mexican real estate development company that
holds or has rights to 370.5 acres of land with oceanfront property
in Zihuatanejo, State of Guerrero, Mexico. This property,
independently valued at $107 million, will be developed for the
purpose of offering Penthouse fans and other consumers a world-class
vacation experience.
Del Sol Investments recently engaged the engineering firm of Ulate,
a specialist in large scale resort developments, master planned
communities and urban city planning in Latin America. Estimates of
the Company`s engineers indicate that its property should
accommodate at least two beachfront hotel resort complexes, one 18-
hole championship golf course and 2,500 residential units.
By diversifying entertainment options to consumers, the Company is
poised to build multiple revenues and earnings and deliver dynamic
growth opportunities to continuously build shareholder value.

Beginning in the third quarter of 2002, General Media licensed its
trademarks to select adult entertainment clubs in consideration for
a percentage of gross revenues. The Company now operates six
nightclubs and has an additional 19 licenses that are pending
approval by the Court. This revenue segment earns a royalty fee
based on individual club`s gross revenues. Nightclubs represent an
emerging, high-growth business segment for the Company, particularly
due to its impact on ancillary services.Entertainment: General Media
produces and distributes adult-oriented entertainment products,
including video and DVD movies and pay-per-view programming, which
are advertised in its magazines. The Company`s products are sold
under an exclusive distribution agreement with a third party to
video and music stores and other retail outlets, as well as online
at the Penthouse.com. Recent developments to expand its video sales
include entering into a on-demand, pay-per-view license agreement
with a leading cruise ship line. Penthouse also provides adult-
oriented entertainment through pay-per-call telephone lines.

It is very apparent that the management with the support of the majority shareholder Dr Molina has accomplished so much that this company could be the greatest turnaround story for 2004.
The pps at .20 is grossly undervalued considering the tremendous potential for growth and revenue in the years to come.
