Conspiracy Entertainment Holdings
Zur Zeit sieht es ja nicht gut aus mit dem Kurs der OTCB (CPYE), DEU (911967). Gestern ist der Kurs mal um schlappe 50 % eingesackt. Den Umsätzen nach zu urteilen war es kein Aktiensplitt. Das hätte mich aber auch sehr gewundert. Allerdings ist die Höhe des Umsatzes (ca. 1,2 Mill Aktien) bei extrem fallenden Kursen äußerst bedenklich. Die Umsätze bewegten sich sonst zwischen 200 k und 400 k in den letzten zwei Wochen bei gleichbleibenden Kursen (Range zwischen $ 1 und $ 1,20).
Nun, ich bin sehr enttäuscht von der Entwicklung dieser Aktie, zumal mir diese mit kurzfristigen Kurszielen zu 2,80 € bis 4,00 € empfohlen wurden. Fing an mit dem (Oberbayrischen Börsenbrief)OBB und endete mit der (Gesellschaft für creative Communikation) GCC. Alle Treads die dazu bisher geführt wurden sind gelöscht. Kann mir irgend jemand erzählen was da los ist und wie man das ganze bewerten soll? Sollte ich hier tatsächlich einigen Neppern auf den Leim gegangen sein ? Die Hompage der Conspiracy ist jedenfalls noch intakt.
Falls irgend jemand noch in diese Aktie investiert sein sollte und Ideen oder Informationen hat, dann sagt es.

Vor allem würde mich mal interessieren, warum alle Threads gelöscht sind. Ich habe noch so einige Aktien von Conspiracy und bekomme gerade etwas kalte Füsse...

Seit dem 20. Mai 2004 wurden über 3,4 Millionen Conspiracy Entertainment Aktien gehandelt.
Die Kurse lagen in diesem Zeitraum zwischen 0,90 USD und 1,25 USD.
Ein teil der Aktienkäufer haben nun einen STOP-LOS bei 0,90 USD gesetzt. Dies hat nun am letzten Freitag dazu geführt,als der Aktienkurs unter 0,90 USD fiel, dass plötzlich sehr viele Aktien zum Verkauf anstanden.
Diese STOP-LOS haben somit einen Verkaufslawine ausgelöst.
Ich werde heute meinen Aktienbestand an Conspiracy Entertainemnt zum aktuellen Kursniveau verdoppeln.

Na, entweder siehst du die Sache tierisch sportlich oder Du bist wirklich so cool drauf, das der Absturz vom Freitag und der von heute Dich noch lächeln lassen und nachkaufst wie ein Geisteskranker.
Ich für meinen Teil könnte mir ein Loch buddeln und dann zu schaufeln. Bis zu $ 1 sind es jetzt sage und schreibe mehr als 200 % (in Worten zweihundert. Und die müssen erst mal kommen.

Ich hätte da noch eine andere Theorie zum Kursrutsch:
am 30.Mai 2003 haben die Altaktionäre von Lance Systems (die Firma, die mit Conspiracy fusioniert hat) einen Vertrag bezüglich der Fusion unterschrieben. Zudem wurden die Aktien gesplittet.
Die Lance-Systems Altaktionäre hielten damals nach dem Aktiensplit etwa 8 Mio Aktien.
Genau ein Jahr und einen Tag später begann es, dass etwa 8 Mio Aktien immerhalb weniger Tage mit Gewalt in den Markt gedrückt wurden. Dafür gab es dann doch nicht genug Nachfrage. Der bekannte Kursrutsch war die Folge.
Komischer Zufall...
Auf alle Fälle sind die Verkäufe der Lance-Systems-Altaktionäre damit scheinbar komplett durch, die Jungs haben ordentlich Kasse gemacht und man kann damit rechnen, dass der Kurs sich (hoffentlich) beizeiten wieder normalisiert.
Zumindest scheint der Kursverlauf keinen Zusammenhang mit wirtschaftlichen Veränderungen des Unternehmens zu haben.

The following discussion and analysis should be read in conjunction with thefinancial statements and notes thereto included elsewhere in this QuarterlyReport on Form 10-QSB and with the Company`s Annual Report on Form 10-KSB forthe fiscal year ended December 31, 2003.
Results of Operations
For the quarter ended March 31, 2004, we had revenues of $ 422,352 and incurred$ 600,354 of cost of sales and expenses and a net loss of ($ 178,002). In thesame period a year earlier we had revenues of $ 188,751 and incurred $ 594,239of cost of sales and expenses and a net loss of ($405,488).
Plan of Operation
On May 29, 2003, we entered into a Share Exchange Agreement with Conspiracy. OnAugust 11, 2003, the Company and Conspiracy entered into a Closing Agreementsetting forth a number of conditions that needed to be satisfied or waived inorder for the transactions contemplated by the Share Exchange Agreement to beconsummated. Pursuant to a letter from Conspiracy to the Company dated October7, 2003, Conspiracy acknowledged that the conditions set forth in the ClosingAgreement to the closing of the transactions contemplated by the ExchangeAgreement either (i) had been satisfied or (ii) were, by such letter, waived asof the date of the letter and that, from and after the date of the letter, theShare Exchange Agreement shall be deemed to have closed and be consummated as ofthe date of August 11, 2003. As a result of the delivery of such letter, wecompleted the Share Exchange with Conspiracy contemplated by the ExchangeAgreement. Pursuant to the Share Exchange, we issued an aggregate of 21,552,900shares of our common stock to the four shareholders of Conspiracy, representingapproximately 71% of our issued and outstanding common stock immediatelysubsequent to the Share Exchange. As a result of the Share Exchange, Conspiracybecame our wholly-owned subsidiary and all of our executive officers anddirectors were changed. Upon completion of the Share Exchange, we decided tocease other operations and only carry on the business of Conspiracy. All of ourbusiness operations are now conducted through Conspiracy.
Conspiracy develops, publishes and markets interactive entertainment software.Conspiracy currently publishes titles for many of the most popular interactiveentertainment hardware platforms, such as Sony`s PlayStation, Nintendo 64 andNintendo`s Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance as well as the next generationhardware platforms such as Sony`s PlayStation 2, NINTENDO GAMECUBE andMicrosoft`s Xbox. Conspiracy has entered into strategic license arrangementswith entertainment and media companies that have developed well-known charactersand brands and that are producing properties that are expected to form the basisof future products. Its agreements with licensors and developers generallyrequire it to make advance royalty payments. The development cycle for a newtitle typically ranges from 12 to 18 months and products are sold to massmerchandisers and through outsourced distributors.
Our foreseeable cash requirements during the next twelve months will relate tothe actual and anticipated operations and growth of the business of the Company,which we believe will require us to raise additional working capital in the nextthree to six months. We currently are pursuing the raising of such additionalworking capital, which may be in the form of loans or equity investment, butthere can be no assurance that we will be able to raise or obtain suchadditional funds or, if so, whether such additional funds could be obtained uponterms acceptable to us.

The agreement will allow its newly founded European subsidiary Conspiracy Entertainment Europe to publish its titles on the Playstation 2 platform. Combined with its existing Xbox publishing agreement the company is now capable of publishing for both Microsoft and Sony.
