( BW)(FL-NEOMEDIA)(NEOM) NeoMedia´s New ´Go-Window´ for PDAs and CellPhones Fulfills Promise of ´Information at Your Fingertips´

      Business Editors/High-Tech Writers

FT. MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 8, 2004--"PaperClick MobileGo-Window(TM)," a new wireless product linking Web-based PDAs and cellphones directly to targeted online information via patentedPaperClick(R) technology and software, was introduced today byNeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM).
"The Mobile Go-Window represents a breakthrough in wirelesstechnological-enablement for today´s on-the-go business and consumerusers who rely on handheld devices," said Charles T. Jensen, president, COO and acting CEO of NeoMedia. "It puts the reach andpower of the Internet in Web-enabled PDAs and cell phones, whereverthey are, whenever needed. Today, finally, any handheld device runningthe Mobile Go-Window can fulfill the promise of Bill Gates´s famous´information at your fingertips´ mantra."
PaperClick Mobile Go-Window - a horizontal bar on the screen of aPDA or Smartphone - lets users enter the numerical value of a UPC,EAN, ISBN or PaperClick-generated bar code bar to automatically linkto the targeted information.
The Go-Window is NeoMedia´s latest product for the worldwidewireless marketplace, following the introduction of PaperClick forCamera Cell Phones(TM) in December, which employed the camera of aWeb-enabled phone to take a "picture" of a bar code to link to theWeb. NeoMedia´s growing product family is based on its patentedPaperClick technology, which allows bar codes and othermachine-readable identifiers to be directly linked to targetedWeb-based information sources. Earlier versions of PaperClick run onWindows(R)-based PCs and the Palm Pilot(R) PDA.
Jensen said that the PaperClick Mobile Go-Window is initiallyavailable for PDAs and phones, including cell phones and camera cellphones, which are PalmOS(TM)-based. The Mobile Go-Window is certifiedfor use on the Palm(TM) Tungsten C PDA and the Handspring(TM) Treo 600Smartphone, and compatible with any Palm OS-based device running thePalm Web Browser or the Blazer Web Browser.

Business and Consumer Data ´At Your Fingertips´

"With the new PaperClick Mobile Go-Window, business users canquickly show customers videos on the screens of their Web-enabled PDAsor phones, and consumers can get the information they want, fromnutritional data on food at a popular restaurant chain to seeing moviepreviews or even purchasing tickets," Jensen said. "And that´s justthe tip of the iceberg!"

      Available to Service Providers

Jensen said that while the PaperClick Mobile Go-Window is designedfor business and consumers, it is initially available only toproviders of Web-based services for PDAs and Smartphones.
"The widespread popularity of PDAs and cell phones, including thenew Smartphone, has created a worldwide aftermarket," he said. "It isour hope that service providers and manufacturers who want todifferentiate themselves from their competitors and enhance theirproduct offerings with utility, power and ease-of-use will ´go´ withthe Go-Window from NeoMedia."
NeoMedia´s new PaperClick Mobile Go-Window is currently alsoavailable to manufacturers of PDAs, IT and wireless industry researchanalysts, and potential partners. Information is available from (630)435-9200, Ext. 125, or by e-mailing info1@paperclick.com.

( BW)(FL-NEOMEDIA-TECH)(NEOM) NeoMedia Introduces ´Silver Solutions´for High Metallic and Pearl Paint Repairs

      Business Editors/Automotive Writers

FT. MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2004--"SilverSolutions," a new process created specifically to mend the popularhigh metallic and pearl paint finishes on new cars, has beenintroduced by the NeoMedia Micro Paint Repair business unit ofNeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM).
"Technicians trained in Silver Solutions can provide low-costrepairs of high metallic paints and exotic pearls at minimal effortusing the NeoMedia Micro Paint Repair system," said Chuck Jensen, president, COO and acting CEO of the parent company.
"Today, optional high metallic and pearl finishes are increasinglypopular among consumers," he said. "Unfortunately, with their dreamcar came the universal headache of how to quickly and cost-efficientlyrepair scratches, blemishes, and dings on high-tech surfaces."
Jensen said that with Silver Solution, auto body shops do not haveto pay special attention to lighting and application technique, aspreviously necessary, when such refinishing was expensive anddifficult.
"Traditionally, high pearls and metallics would be blended over alarge area, adding to material costs and the time needed to complete arepair," he said. "Now, a NeoMedia-trained technician can perform amicro repair at a fraction of the cost and time of old-fashionedmethods because Silver Solutions is designed specifically formetallics and pearls, where lack of pigment or translucent pigmentmade colors difficult colors to match. Silver Solution also fullycontrols the dreaded ´halo´ effect, allowing metallics and pearls tomaintain identical orientation throughout the repair, resulting in asuperior micro repair," he said, noting that "even with minimaltraining, many first-time Silver Solution users can perform complexand technical micro repairs.
"We are committed to keeping NeoMedia Micro Paint Repair on thecutting edge of technology," said Jensen.
Today´s announcement marked the second time in as many days thatNeoMedia Technologies has made news. Yesterday it announced acollaborative agreement with Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC) forNeoMedia´s PaperClick(R) mobile connectivity platform to operate onthe recently introduced Intel PXA27x processor family-based cellularphones.

      NEOMEDIA gegen VIRGIN

      NeoMedia owns a bridge.

It`s an expensive bridge the company has built to connect the real world with the virtual world.

If you want to cross that bridge, you`ll have to pay. Otherwise, you`re in for a bumpy ride.

That`s the message Fort Myers-based NeoMedia Technologies Inc. sends in a lawsuit filed on Jan. 2 against Virgin Entertainment Group Inc. and its subsidiaries Virgin Megastore and Virgin Megastore Online in Los Angeles.

NeoMedia, a company whose shares trade publicly on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, claims Virgin has infringed on four of its patents by using a technology that allows customers in its stores to scan CDs and DVDs to get information on the Internet, such as movie previews and video art.

While this marks the first patent infringement lawsuit NeoMedia has filed since it was founded in 1989, it`s part of a larger trend in Southwest Florida and across the country.

NeoMedia has patents for technology that uses machine readable codes, such as UPCs, to link people to the Internet, where they can obtain information electronically.

In the lawsuit filed against Virgin, NeoMedia says the mega entertainment company is using the same type of scanning technology in kiosks inside its mega entertainment stores in Illinois. The kiosks allow shoppers to get information on the Internet by scanning the covers of DVDs and CDs.

"We are not doing a good job for our shareholders if somebody just goes in on our turf," said Chas Fritz, chairman and founder of NeoMedia. "We need to defend that for our shareholders."

NeoMedia, whose stock currently trades for pennies a share, has 13 patents for its technology and others pending. The patents cover linking the real world to the electronic world from a number of devices including camera phones, and wands and pens that can be used to scan codes in printed documents, such as a newspaper or magazine, to link directly to a Web site.

NeoMedia`s services are marketed under the PaperClick trademark.

"We are in the bridge-building business," Fritz said. "We are building a bridge from the physical world to the nonphysical world and we are welcoming anyone to come onto the bridge that we built. But there is a charge for it."

Fritz said his company prefers not to file lawsuits and to use its patents as a way to partner with other companies. Companies that want to use its technology can pay a licensing fee, which is a negotiated amount, he explained.

Otherwise, NeoMedia`s technology is protected and companies must find a way to build their own bridge without infringing on its patents, he said.

NeoMedia hired Chicago-based intellectual property specialists Baniak Pine & Gannon to look out for its interests and enforce its patents about a year and a half ago. More companies are doing the same, as they realize the importance of defending their trademarks and patents, experts say.

In the United States, patented technology is protected for 20 years, starting from the date a company or individual applies for the patent. If a patent is revised, the time clock is moved forward to the date the new patent was applied for, which gives inventors a longer period of exclusivity. NeoMedia`s earliest patents date back to the early 1990s.

U.S. patents only offer protections in this country. It`s for that reason that NeoMedia is now looking to get patents for its technology in other parts of the world.

NeoMedia seeks damages in its case against Virgin Entertainment. But the amount of money it will ask for has yet to be determined, said Pine. More research is needed to determine how Virgin may have benefited from using the technology in its kiosks, he said.

Virgin Entertainment has yet to respond to the lawsuit, which was served last week, Pine said. Representatives for the company could not be reached for this story.

NeoMedia`s complaint alleges that Virgin has known about its patents for at least a year. Companies that knowingly infringe on patents can face monetary penalties up to three times the amount they`d pay if they are found to be doing it unintentionally.

NeoMedia says it first notified Virgin that it was infringing on its patents on Dec. 20, 2002.

"We sent them a letter a while back and they haven`t commented," Pine said. "They haven`t told us what they think. They were obviously not going to respond, so we had to take the next step."

NeoMedia, with annual revenues of about $9.4 million last year, is a small fish taking on a big fish.

Virgin Entertainment sells music, movies, books, games and other related merchandise in stores across the country. Store locations include Miami, Chicago, Long Island, Boston and Las Vegas.

Virgin Entertainment is part of a group of companies marketed under the Virgin brand, which originated in Britain. Virgin is involved in everything from planes to bridal wear. There are more than 200 companies operating under the brand worldwide, and as a group Virgin had revenues of more than $5 billion in 1999, according to a company Web site.

NeoMedia Extends Availability of New `Go-Window` Product to Include JavaMIDP 2.0-Based Cell Phones and Wireless Devices

FT. MYERS, Fla., Jul 14, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM), said today it has extended the availability of its "PaperClick Mobile Go-Window(TM)" product for cell phones, PDAs and other Web-enabled wireless devices to include the popular Java MIDP 2.0 (Mobile Independent Device Profile) standard.

The PaperClick Mobile Go-Window is a horizontal bar on the screen of a wireless device where users can enter numeric strings from UPC or other bar codes to link directly to targeted online information via patented PaperClick(R) technology and software.

"Our Go-Window is now compatible with cell phones, Smartphones, PDAs and other wireless devices which support Java MIDP 2.0 and which allow retrieval of URLs through the MIDP `platform Request` method," said Charles T. Jensen, president, COO and acting CEO of NeoMedia. "Java MIDP 2.0 has emerged as a popular worldwide industry standard for new wireless devices, including the Nokia(R) 6600 cell phones and the soon-to-be-released Samsung(R) A700," he said.

Last week NeoMedia introduced the Go-Window for devices using the PalmOS(TM) (operating system), including the Palm(TM) Tungsten C PDA and the Handspring(TM) Treo 270 and 600 Smartphones. The Go-Window is also compatible with any Palm OS-based device running the Palm Web Browser or the Blazer Web Browser. NeoMedia also supports the worldwide marketplace for SymbianOS(TM)-based devices with its PaperClick for Camera Cell Phones(TM) product, which was introduced in December, employing the camera of a Web-enabled phone to take a "picture" of a bar code to link to the Web. Among the phones supported by the SymbianOS are the Nokia 3600, 3620, 3650, and 3660.

NeoMedia`s growing product family is based on its patented PaperClick technology, which allows bar codes and other machine-readable identifiers to be directly linked to targeted Web-based information sources. Earlier versions of PaperClick run on Windows(R)-based PCs and the Palm Pilot(R) PDA.

      `Go-Window for People On-The-Go`

"The Mobile Go-Window gives today`s on-the-go business people and consumers who rely on handheld devices the power and advantage of Internet-based information, whenever they want it, no matter where they are," said Jensen. "Now, with support for Java MIDP 2.0 as well as the PalmOS and SymbianOS, NeoMedia is putting power in the handhelds of business users and consumers as never before.

"The prediction by Bill Gates of Microsoft that we would all have `information at our fingertips` is coming true," Jensen said, "and NeoMedia continues to play an ever-increasing role in making that dream a reality."

      Initially Available to Service Providers

Jensen said the PaperClick Mobile Go-Window is initially available to companies providing services for Web-based cell phones, Smartphones, PDAs and other wireless devices, manufacturers of those devices, and IT and wireless industry research analysts and other potential partners.

"It is our hope that companies providing services and manufacturers wanting to raise the level of their product offerings will `go` with our Go-Window," said Jensen.

FT. MYERS, Fla., Jul 16, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM), announced today that its NeoMedia Micro Paint Repair business unit has added five more licensees as part of a private label contract with a top Canadian auto aftermarket company.

NeoMedia said the sale was to Crackmaster Distributors Ltd. of St. Albert, Alberta, on behalf of its Chipmaster(TM) Auto Paint Systems subsidiary. Late last year Crackmaster entered into a private label agreement with CSI International, since acquired by and merged with NeoMedia, to help launch and boost sales of Chipmaster franchises in Canada.

"Private label sales are very important in micro repair industry, which is continuing to emerge as one of the fastest-growing sectors of the worldwide auto aftermarket," said Arthur Gilfus, the recently-named vice president of sales for NeoMedia Micro Paint. "Expanding sales to existing customers such as Crackmaster/Chipmaster, as well as adding new customers, is an integral component in our business plan."

Gilfus said NeoMedia Micro Paint has a "Train the Trainers" program, with Crackmaster/Chipmaster an active and successful participant.

      `The Best in the Business`

Ivan Mayer, the entrepreneurial founder and president of both Crackmaster and Chipmaster, called the private label system created by NeoMedia Micro Paint "the best in the business. Owners of high-end vehicles requiring paint touch-ups for scratches, scuffs or even bumper damage can be confident when they come to our dealers and the NeoMedia system is used," he said. "With this system, we create a chemical adhesion rather than a mechanical adhesion, which is used by less-advanced body shops.

"Another very important factor is safety," said Mayer. "NeoMedia`s system is environmentally sound, which helps makes body shops and paint bays at our Chipmaster franchises throughout Canada safer places in which to work."

      Technische Reaktion???

      Hi,

was haltet Ihr von Diesem Artikel?

      ----------------------------------------------------

The Intel PXA27x is no big deal.

It is just one of several CPUs that are used in current and newer cell phones. NeoMedia`s PaperClick can be made to run on any of these CPUs by simply "re-compiling" the program for the target CPU instruction set. The much-discussed agreement between Intel and NeoMedia gave us early access to the hardware and tools to accomplish this and probably some help "qualifying" the program as executing correctly on the CPU. I am sure this was of mutual benefit to both parties as Intel got a chance to exercise their new iron.

In my opinion, the real "big deal" is with Intel`s long-standing alliance with Microsoft, often refered to in the press as "Win-tel". Both Intel and Microsoft want to enter (and control) the cell phone handset business as quickly as possible. It is well know that Microsoft already has a cell phone operating system ready to spring upon the world when the time is right.

NeoMedia`s 13 key patents sort of dictate who can play in the cell phone application space with regard to scanning, camera phones, etc. Until the validity of these patents are tested in court I don`t think Microsoft is going to make a big move into cell phones. Obviously they want the patents to be broken. So there is "the rub".

In my opinion, the current patent infringement law suits are key to the success of NeoMedia. As soon as we win one of these, or settle out of court, the reast will fall like dominoes. I have no doubt that most Longs here believe that NeoMedia WILL win. IF (and when) we win it would NOT suprise me that there will be a major initiative come forth from Microsoft for a joint development, patent licensing, maybe even a buyout offer. Anything is possible.

This is just a "thumbnail sketch" of what is going on. I hope this answers some of your questions.

NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM), today introduced PaperClick Mobile Go-Window(TM) for Windows Mobile(TM)-based Smartphones, Microsoft`s(R) operating system version for cellular and mobile phones.

The Mobile Go-Window is a horizontal text-entry bar on the screen of a smartphone, cell phone, PDA or other Web-enabled wireless device where users can enter numeric strings from UPC or other bar codes to link directly to targeted online information via patented PaperClick(R) technology and software.

The fourth Go-Window product for Web-enabled wireless devices, it runs on Windows Mobile-based Smartphone devices including the Motorola(R) MPx200 (US and Europe), Samsung(R) i600 (U.S.), Orange(R) SPV E200 and Orange SPV C500 (Europe), O2 Xphone (Asia), Amazing Phone (Asia), Dopod 515 and 535 (Asia), iMate(TM) Smartphone2 (Asia), and Mio(TM) 8380 (Asia).

Continuing to Grow the Go-Window Product Line

Charles T. Jensen, president, COO and acting CEO of NeoMedia, said his company "is aggressively and pro-actively building our Go-Window product line for wireless devices. With the introduction of the Go-Window for Windows Mobile-based Smartphones and our previous introduction of Go-Window for the Pocket PC, we have covered Microsoft`s mobile operating systems."

Previously, NeoMedia also has Go-Window products for devices using the PalmOS(TM) (operating system), including the Palm(TM) Tungsten C PDA and the Handspring(TM) Treo 270 and 600 Smartphones, and Java MIDP 2.0 (Mobile Independent Device profile). NeoMedia also supports the worldwide marketplace for SymbianOS(TM)-based devices with PaperClick for Camera Cell Phones(TM), introduced in December, which uses the camera of a Web-enabled phone to take a "picture" of a bar code to link to the Internet.

"As life becomes more and more mobile, use of cells phones, PDA`s and other wireless devices has become ubiquitous," said Jensen. "Now, with our four PaperClick Go-Window products and PaperClick for Camera Cell Phones, users can quickly and easily get the information they need where and when they need it."

Go-Window Available to Wireless Carriers and Manufacturers

The PaperClick Mobile Go-Window is immediately available for purchase by wireless carriers and manufacturers of Internet-capable cell phones, smartphones, PDA`s and other wireless devices, as well as for demonstration purposes to IT and wireless industry research analysts and potential partners.

"The Go-Window is ideal for wireless carriers and manufacturers who can offer it to extend and elevate the level and range of their product offerings," said Jensen.

NeoMedia Technologies Names Charles T. Jensen Permanent CEO
Tuesday September 7, 8:30 am ET

FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 7, 2004--NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM - News), announced today that its Board of Directors has named Charles T. "Chuck" Jensen as the company`s permanent CEO.
Jensen has served as president, COO and a director of NeoMedia since June 2002, as well as acting CEO.

NeoMedia Chairman Chas Fritz saluted Jensen "for a job very well done difficult times for the company and IT industry.

"Chuck Jensen`s efforts, particularly his strong financial background, have helped NeoMedia come through the IT industry storm that destroyed many other small, technologically-driven companies," he said.

"Under Jensen`s leadership, NeoMedia`s debt has been reduced by half ($12.6 million on June 30, 2002 to $6.6 million as of June 30, 2004)," said Fritz. "He also secured institutional capital - a $20 million Standby Equity Distribution Agreement with Cornell Capital Partners - which significantly increased the market cap and liquidity of the stock (market cap was $3.2 million at June 30, 2002, and $21.7 million at June 30, 2004).

"In addition," said Fritz, "Jensen has led the effort to introduce our core PaperClick® technology, which provides automatic links to targeted online information, to the wireless marketplace worldwide, and helped identify the high-margin emerging marketplace in vehicular micro paint repair industry. There," he said, "his efforts led to the acquisition of CSI International, now NeoMedia Micro Paint Repair business unit."

Jensen, 60, joined NeoMedia in 1995 as CFO, with more than 27 years of financial business background, including audit experience with Price Waterhouse & Co. His previous background also includes serving as CFO for Jack M. Berry, Inc., a Florida grower and processor of citrus products, and Viking Range Corporation, a Mississippi manufacturer. Previously, in Virginia, he was treasurer of Lin Jensen, Inc., a ladies clothing and accessories firm, and for more than a decade was controller and vice president of finance for The Pinkerton Tobacco Co. Jensen holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Western Michigan University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

PaperClick for Camera Phones at Intel PCA and NeoMedia Booths at CTIA
Tuesday October 19, 12:24 pm ET

FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 19, 2004--PaperClick for Camera Cell Phones(TM) for the Nokia® 3650 and 3660 from NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM - News), one of the hottest new products at CeBIT and CTIA Atlanta earlier this year, will make its West Coast debut at CTIA Wireless IT and Entertainment 2004 in the Intel PCA (Internet Personal Client Architecture) booth and NeoMedia booths (#421 and 567). CTIA will be held October 25-27 at Moscone West in San Francisco.
"NeoMedia is delighted to bring PaperClick to the West Coast as a participant in the Intel PCA booth as well as in our own independent booth," said Chas Fritz, the company`s chairman.

What Nokia Camera Cell Phones Do with PaperClick

"With the power of PaperClick for Cell Phones, information retrieval is truly wireless," said Fritz. "By taking a picture of an EAN or UPC bar code, you can display data on the screens of the Nokia 3650 or 3660 camera phones anywhere, anytime.

"For CTIA," said Fritz, "we`ve activated UPC (and EAN in Europe) product codes for demo purposes, making it possible to take a picture of the code on a product, such as a can or bottle, and then link directly to the targeted Web site. For example," he said, "you can take a picture of the ISBN (for International Standard Book Numbers) code on virtually any book to link automatically via the Internet to a Web site which displays an image of the book and its price elsewhere!"

      Patented PaperClick Technology

PaperClick(TM) allows bar codes and other machine-readable identifiers link directly to Web pages and other information sources, and runs on Windows®-based PCs and the Palm Pilot® PDA. Developed and patented by NeoMedia as an extension of its PaperClick platform, PaperClick for Camera Phones employs a standard browser, client software, and a network of online service and applications servers transparent to users, who simply take a picture with the phone for an automatic link to tailored on-line Web information.

A limited quantity is available to IT and wireless industry research analysts, consumer products brand managers, and potential partners. Information is available at (630) 435-9200, X122, or by e-mailing info1@paperclick.com. Along with free PaperClick for Cell Phones software, the system requires a Nokia 3650 or 3660 camera cell phone with a Nokia CC-49 macro lens and Internet/Web-enablement.

      Business Editors/High-Tech Writers
      FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 25, 2004--The popular
PaperClick(R) platform from NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:NEOM),
which links cell phones, personal digital assistants (PDA`s) and PC`s
directly to Web pages and online data through bar codes and other
identifiers, is now available in Australasia through a new reseller
agreement with a leading provider of mobile marketing and m-commerce
      solutions.

Australia, to offer patented PaperClick technology to wireless
carriers and manufacturers "wishing to enhance or expand their product
and service offerings. Along with targeting the wireless industry,
NeoMedia is growing its distribution network worldwide," he said,
"making PaperClick technology immediately available to product
marketers who wish to directly, effectively, efficiently and
interactively reach their mobile target audiences.
"Australasia, like Europe, is a leader consumer of wireless
technologies, particularly cell phones and PDA`s," said Jensen. "Much
as PaperClick received a strong reception when it was introduced in
Europe earlier this year, we believe that, marketed by AURA, it will
also be embraced by the wireless communications and technology
      industries in Australasia."
      PaperClick an `Ideal Fit` with AURA`
NeoMedia`s Jensen called PaperClick "an ideal fit for the

a code can be entered for automatic linking to specific online
      information."
Adam Dunne, sales and marketing director for AURA, shared Jensen`s
      excitement.
"Cell phones have become an essential part of our modern lifestyle
and culture as now far more people have them than have PC`s," he said.
"The natural evolution is for consumers to want their mobile devices
to offer much more than just simple voice, text and data services. We
see PaperClick technology providing consumers and business with a
range of m-commerce solutions, such as simple and secure bill payment
and product purchasing, as well as instant access to valuable and

[DQFVNDJ] NeoMedia Technologies to Issue First Stock Dividend, with Distribution of Shares
      of IPoint-Media Ltd.
      of Tel Aviv
      Business Editors/Technology Editors
      FT. MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 2004--NeoMedia
Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: NEOM), today announced its intention to

NeoMedia will distribute 5% (or 20,435 shares) of IPoint`s common

receive one share of registered, free-trading IPoint stock for
approximately every 18,000 shares of NeoMedia stock they own.
Mr. Jensen said that the date of the property dividend payment
will be announced after the Securities and Exchange Commission
declares IPoint`s SB-2 registration statement effective.
On September 13, 2004, NeoMedia, a developer and international
marketer of software and patented technologies which link products,

announced the signing of a business development and investment
agreement with IPoint-Media. Ltd. Specializing in customer interaction
management, iPoint developed the world`s first IP video call centers

immediately received 7 percent of the stock in IPoint, and that it
also acquired an additional 10 percent of IPoint for a $1 million
      investment.
"NeoMedia is pleased to reward our loyal shareholders with this
stock property dividend," Mr. Jensen said. "When NeoMedia agreed to
take an interest in IPoint, I noted that the two companies shared
synergies in product and mission, and that we were both innovators who
created leading-edge solutions for a worldwide, world-class customer
base. Today`s announcement is the first fruit from what we hope will
      be a fruitful relationship."
