Helle, was soll das denn nun wieder? Das sind doch nur gesetzlich vorgeschriebene Formulierungen, die in jedem Geschäftsbericht an der Nasdaq vorkommen müssen. Paßt zwar in die Landschaft hier, hat aber null konkrete Bedeutung. Das weißt Du doch, oder? Also bitte, wenn Du Dich langweilst, dann laß das nicht an den ohnehin schon genug gebeutelten Nettel-Opfern hier aus.

ist es nicht wahr, dass otc-werte nur aktien ausgeben. ich könnte die im momment mindestens 8 werte zeigenm die in den letzten 10 tagen zwischen 100 mill. bis 2 milliarden aktien ausgegeben haben bzw. wollen. ist nettel ausnahme ? nettel ist doch finanziell beschissener dran als jeder ander otc-wert. man kann doch die tatsachen nicht übersehen

du vergißt bei deinen trotzigen postings jedesmal den sachverhalt das nettel bei bedarf bis zu 10 mille dollar zur verfügung hat. lies mal die news nach.

Daß er auf die 10 mille nur noch zuzugreifen braucht, dürfte er nämlich auch noch nicht wissen.

Stell dir vor, der meldet Chapter 11 an, nur weil er von dir nicht ausreichend informiert wurde ???

Und wenn du schon Entschuldigungen einforderst, für was übrigens?, und wir hier einen Blick zurück wagen, wo sind denn deine Entschuldigungen, für jene Anwürfe die du Kritikern bei Kursen um 0,5 $ an den Kopf geworfen hast.

Und mir wurde gesagt ( du wirst dich noch wundern ...wie kann man jetzt nur verkaufen usw. )

Nettel Holdings announced today that it has received a $10 million financial commitment from Cornell Capital Partners, LP and the execution of the final agreements between both parties was completed on September 29, 2004.

Under the agreement, Cornell Capital has committed to provide up to $10 million of funding to be drawn down over a 24-month period at Nettel Holdings` discretion. There are now minimum draw downs required in the agreement. The funds may be used in whole or in part entirely at Nettel Holdings` discretion, subject to an effective registration.
