ich gehe aber davon aus das sie vergünstigungen bekommen.
die ukrainer oder andere ehemalige udssr-angehörige haben auch andere gaspreise wie wir. vielleicht werden die falkland inseln sogar für die oelerschließung von den tommies als neues übungsgebiet mit familienanschluß entdeckt
bin mal gespannt wie weit die reise in den süden geht, übernächstes wochenende geht es in den urlaub bis dato will ich nochmal nachlegen.

charttechnisch ist´s nun spannend. is 80 bpc könnte es noch runtergehen. ...dann muss ich alelrdings nachkaufen.
auch wenn mir die falklands insgesamt nie so wirklich ganz geheuer waren aufgrund eben dessen dass die argentinier die niederlage 1982 nicht so betrachten als dass sie keine ansprüche mehr hätten.

Argentina raised the prospect of posting military forces in the Antarctic region yesterday, with the announcement of plans to use troops to defend its interests.
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner told defence chiefs that Argentina must be prepared to assert its sovereignty and protect its natural resources, as nations compete to claim areas of the region believed to be rich in oil.
The plans threaten to inflame tensions between Britain and Argentina over the Falkland Islands, which the South American nation still considers to be its sovereign territory despite losing a war in 1982.
Argentinian forces were driven from the islands by a British naval task force after three months of fighting and the loss of hundreds of lives. The victory proved decisive in the re-election in 1983 of Margaret Thatcher.

"This world is no longer a world divided by ideology," Mrs Fernández said. "It is more complex, and it is necessary to defend our natural resources, our Antarctica, our water."
The Argentine president compared the plan to Brazil using its soldiers to protect natural resources in the Amazon rainforest.
The proposals come as Britain considers whether formally to claim exploration rights to extended areas of the sea bed around the Falklands, South Georgia and the British Antarctic Territory.
Moves are also being made by Argentina, Australia, China, France, New Zealand and Norway to boost their presence and lay claim to waters that could yield oil. Antarctica, protected under a 1959 treaty allowing only scientific research, is the only continent that remains free of military forces.
The Argentine president's comments are the first to suggest the use of troops to protect a country's interests.
The proposals come as Mrs Fernández faces growing opposition at home after winning power last year in a landslide victory to succeed her husband, Néstor Kirchner, as president.
Her ties to the Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez have strained relations with the United States and a sluggish economy has seen widespread protests against her policies.
Britain has plans to claim more than 350,000 square miles of sea bed under a United Nations convention that allows rights to areas that are a continuation of their territory's continental shelf.
However, a Foreign Office spokesman last night stressed that Britain had not made a formal submission to the UN "although we reserve the right to do so". The deadline is May next year.
The situation in part mirrors a rush for territorial rights at the North Pole, also believed to contain vast energy reserves. Russia sparked the race last August by symbolically placing a flag on the sea bed, claiming huge tracts of the region for itself.
In turn, Canada announced it would build military training bases in the region and step up patrols of shipping lanes. Denmark and the United States have followed suit since.
The Russian army said last month that it was prepared to send winter warfare forces to the region to protect its interests.

Das erklärt natürlich den Kursrückgang.
Die Engländer müssen das Falkland-Öl auch zu Marktpreisen kaufen, wobei BHP Billiton und Falkland Oil entsprechende Steuern an die Falkland-Inseln (FIG) zahlen müssen.
Die Lösung würde lauten, daß die Argentinier einen Teil des Öls kaufen können.
Ansonsten dürfen sich die Engländer nichts gefallen lassen.
Wer die Stellungnahme der FIG findet, bitte hier posten.

This new escalation in the region is being treated very seriously according to sources in the Falkland Islands with a formal statement expected today. The new belligerance by the Argentinians means that a new threat is posed to Britain’s rule over the Falkland Islands.
Even though Britain won the war over the Islands in 1982 by driving Argentinean forces away, the South American country still considers the region a territory of its own.
Argentina’s President, Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner, said “This world is no longer a world divided by ideology…It is more complex, and it is necessary to defend our natural resources, our Antarctica, our water” reports the Daily Telegraph.
As part of its foreign policy, Britain has the right, under a United Nations convention, to claim more than 350,000 square miles of sea bed.
However, a spokesman for the Foreign Office said, yesterday, that Britain has not made a formal submission to the UN “although we reserve the right to do so” the Daily Telegraph reports.
Action has also started on the parts of Australia, China, France, New Zealand and Norway to heighten their presence and call for a piece of the cake, in a region that could be a vital oil resource.

Mir hat gerade jemand 2000 Stueck in Frankfurt zu 1,25 Euro verkauft! Danke schoen! (War in etwa pari, die ganzen Tage zuvor hatte der Kurs hier in D Aufgeld.) Danach hat der Marketmaker den Kurs sofort wieder auf 1,34 im Ask gesetzt! (dieser Schlingel!)
Sieht so aus, als ob sich diese Short-Attacke jetzt ihrem Ende zuneigt. Desire und Rockhopper sind heute bereits schon wieder leicht im Plus. Sollte es weiter runter gehen, dann geschieht dies um einiges langsamer als beim bisherigen Absturz
Sollte das Oel jetzt abschmieren, dann schaetze ich eher, dass die Shorties dies zum Eindecken ausnuetzen.
Fundamentale Gruende fuer den Fall von FOGL kann ich keine erkennen. Auch ein Oelpreis von 100 waere fuer FOGL bei weitem ausreichend, profitabel zu foerden.
Und dass die Uebernahme von Rio Tinto von BHP Billiton der Grund des Absturzes war, glaub ich eigentlich auch nicht. Ok, RT hat ein paar Assets in Argentinien, genau gesagt: 2, ein potash-projekt, dessen igv zwar schon in die milliarden geht,(Produktionsstart 2011), und ein bereits produzierendes borax-projekt, das aber nur im Vergleich zu Rio Tintos Boraxprojekt in USA nur minimal zum cashflow beitraegt. Das USA-Projekt liefert 35 mal mehr Umsatz. Alles nichts im Vergleich zu den Multimilliarden an Oel, die BHP vor Falkland heben wird. BHP ist also von Argentinien nicht erpressbar, zur Not kann BHP die argentinischen RT-Projekte auch verkaufen.
ein weiteres Indiz, dass hier geziehlt geshortet wurde, ist der FIH-Kurs. Der hat die Baisse der 3 Falkland-Oel-Explorer nur etwas wiederwillig mitgemacht, aus fundamentalen Gruenden unverstaendlich, da FIH und und ganz Falkland mit dem Oel steht und faellt. Die Shorter haetten sich da etwas mehr Muehe geben sollen, und auch FIH so richtig mit runterziehen muessen, damit das ganze glaubhaft wirkt.
Ach ja, noch was: Wenn jeder seine FOGL-Aktien zum Verkauf reinlegen wuerde, mit einem Mondpreis-Ask von sagen wir mal 5 Euro, (der eh in den naechsten 3 Monaten unmoeglich erreicht wird !!!), dann koennen diese Aktien schon nicht mehr an die Shorties ausgeliehen werden, und den Shorties geht dann die Luft aus !! (Auch eine Art von Short-Squeeze).

just wollte ich bei falkland ne nachkauforder reinstellen.... wobei ich mir denke öl könnte erstmal richtung 100 gehen bevor die 200 rufen... und falkland bei 100 usd pro barrell... ich ahne schlimmes. vielleicht doch noch warten.
in so einem panischen markt verkaufe ich grundsätzlich nichts weil ich die kohle in den nächsten ca 200 jahren nicht brauche
da lieg ich dann aber immer auf der nachkauflauer.
derzeit kauf ich nur nach, was auch immer... wenn die märkte wie jetzt aussehen, denn die nummer hatten wir ja schon öfter und der leckere rebound war immer ein feines häppchen.
(wenn´s ruhiger zugeht schau ich dass meine kleine cashposition ein bischen wächst)
