· ECG has recently files their Annual Information Form (AIF) with the Canadian authorities, which
will make it easier to file prospectuses in the future. ECG is also in the process of completing its 20-F
Registration Statement with the SEC and the listing application with NASDAQ. We believe that
when these are completed, ECG will be more favourably compared to the other Internet related
marketing companies.
We expect that ECG will be listed on NASDAQ in 30-60 days and should
trade at a higher multiple similar to other companies listed on NASDAQ
like Razorfish (NASDAQ–RAZF US$37.63) and Modem Media Poppe Tyson
(NASDAQ-MMPT US$54.25).

then we could see ECG stock price increase significantly to higher
than $15.00.

3) 2000 Highlights
-----------------------------------------
On January 17, 2000, ECG launched Appstreet, a fully integrated, full service Business-to-Business
portal, which will become the destination site for web enabled business applications. This initiative
is targeted to the Rental Applications market, a market that estimated to reach $20 billion by 2003.
· On February 2, 2000, ECG advised that Decision Room, the proprietary rental application is now
available for rent on IBM’s web site.
· On March 1, 2000, ECG advised that its subsidiary The Communiqué Group Inc. has been retained
to create and execute the Enterprise Information Portal advertising campaign (estimated at US$5
million) internationally for Hummingbird Communications Ltd. (TSE: HUM). Communiqué will
handle Hummingbird’s advertising in the North American, European, Australian and Pacific Rim
markets.
· On March 7, 2000, at ECG’s annual meeting a number of announcements were made concerning
recent advertising wins:
1. ECG’s subsidiary The Watt Group has been appointed the lead design company for Wal-Mart in
its roll out of Sam’s Choice and Great Value brands in the UK and Germany. ECG did not
disclose the size of contract, but did say that it was the largest opportunity that ECG has ever
been awarded.
2. ECG advised that they have a $4-5 million contract to provided marketing services to Alliance
Atlantis and major marketing project for Leon’s Furniture.
3. ECG advised that they have secured a multi-million dollar integrated business win relating to
Oxford Properties Group. Oxford wants to aggregate traditional and non-traditional building
services and deliver them on a web-enabled basis. ECG will create and complete a new corporate
identity program, will provide brand marketing and public relations, creation of service hubs in
each of Oxfords key locations and will have one of its senior marketing executives oversee this
integration project.
4. ECG’s subsidiary, Devlin Applied Design has won a million dollars of web-based business for
BASF, CAMCO and The Centre for Occupational health and Safety. In addition, ECG showed
a sneak preview of some work they are doing for Mac Cosmetics web site.
-----------------------------------------
4) Verlorene Kunden
-----------------------------------------
All in all, these recent wins will more than offset the losses that ECG incurred relating to A & W and
Microsoft accounts.
-----------------------------------------
5) Verschiedenes
-----------------------------------------
We continue to view ECG positively because of the following:
· An improving EBITDA margin % (net revenue) from 12.1% in 1996 to 16.5% in 1999. We expect
that the margin will continue to improve as the revenue mix moves toward higher margin services.
· Strong internal growth through the synergy created by integrating the recent acquisitions.
· Continuing discussions with acquisition candidates that when completed should be accretive to
earnings and cash flow. ECG is looking to expand in the UK, Germany and San Francisco by way
of acquisition to support The Watt Group clients – Wal-Mart in Europe and Safeway in USA. ECG
is also looking to acquire an information technology company dedicated to the “back-end” of
Internet development.

Envoy`s Communique Named Agency of Record for the CFL
Communique will develop full communications campaign and all creative for Canadian league
TORONTO, March 15 /CNW-PRN/ - Geoff Genovese, president and CEO of the Envoy Communications Group (TSE: ECG - news) today announced that Envoy`s wholly owned subsidiary Communique has been named Agency of Record for the CFL (Canadian Football League). Communique will develop a brand strategy and an overall communications campaign for the league. The campaign will run in a variety of mediums including television.
`The CFL selected Communique because of the great creative work we have seen them do for adidas around their sponsorship of the league over the last two years. We believe that the agency`s understanding of the CFL, their ability to speak directly to our target audience and their depth of strategic thinking will help us increase awareness for the CFL` stated Jeff Giles, president and COO of the CFL. `We need to remind Canadians that we have a great game of football here and introduce our game to an emerging new fan base. Communique is the agency that can help us do that,` he added.
`We`re very excited about working with the CFL,` said Communique President and Chief Creative Officer Chris Stavenjord. Adding, `with adidas, we were looking for a connection with the loyal CFL fan and I think we definitely found it. This opportunity will allow us to apply the insights we have gained from our experience and use them to develop great advertising for the League. We are pleased the Canadian Football League has given us this opportunity.`
Communique is a Toronto-based full service agency and part of the Envoy Group of Companies. A new breed company, Envoy (www.envoy.to) is an integrated e-Marketer, digitally driven and committed to building global brands both off and on-line. und irgendwer hat von mir gestern 92 Stck. in Frankfurt zu 7,00 EUR gekauft, wo an den anderen Börsen die Kurse bei 6,25 lagen.

SARASOTA, Fla., and TORONTO, May 24 /CNW/ -- Two portfolio managers of leading Canadian mutual fund groups told StockHouse.com that they believed shares in Envoy Communications Group (Toronto: ECG) would climb higher. Said Ed Ho of Dynamic`s Small Cap Fund, "I think I`d be negligent to say I think it should be a $30 stock or a $20 stock or even a $15 stock, but when it gets to $12 in the near term, I will review that and see where the progress has been. That`s one stock where I sort of have to watch as it develops because it`s developing so fast."
Steve Misener of the BPI Small Cap Fund told StockHouse.com after he was asked if Envoy could head higher, "Oh yeah. We don`t have any doubts on the revenue side because we think it`s well managed and the trend`s in place.
From a stock price perspective certainly, well the stock has moved of late.
We think that the story`s still just in the discovery mode..." Misener added
in response to another analyst`s forecast of a price target of $15, "I`d say our expectations are perhaps a little more modest than some, but we still see great upside in the stock."
Earlier interviews with David Wong of Canaccord Capital and Gene
Vollendorf of Bissett & Associates were included in the roundtable discussion for comparative purposes. Wong had set a 12-month price target of $15.30/share on Envoy. Vollendorf had previously told StockHouse.com, "Again, no reason why it can`t be in the $15 range, sooner rather than later, and beyond that, $20."
Kommentar eines Boardteilnehmers: Patience is the key!

Hallo Gerd,

Ich bin gespannt was danach passiert.
... dann dürfte es mit den Übernahmen losgehen.
Denkt dran: KUV von weniger als 1 !!!!!!

Hallo Leute,

gehandelt.
Es gibt auch keinerlei neue Unternehmensnews.
Wer es noch nicht weiß,unter
http://www.newswire.ca/cgi-bin/view.cgi?OKEY=45712
http://quotes.telenium.ca/get_quote?ECG..T
Beiträge in diesem Thread. Aber warten hat bekanntlich ja noch
keinem Anleger geschadet. Also warten wir es ab.
Gruß Martin

Hallo Envoyaner !

J.D. EDWARDS & CO ("JDEC-Q") ENVOY COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INC ("ECG-T;ENVFF-L") - Canadian Business Gets Wake-Up Call With Powerful - E-Business Commercial From J.D. Edwards Canada
J.D. Edwards Canada Ltd., a leading supplier of e-business software solutions that deliver speed and agility, announced the launch of a new advertising campaign created to drive home the message that Canadian Business is woefully behind in the adoption of e-business. The campaign, targeted at senior executives looking for agile systems that can adapt rapidly to changing requirements in the new economy, cuts to the heart of the e-business issue and reinforces J.D. Edwards` prominent position in the marketplace.
Last year the Canadian subsidiary produced the first TV commercial for J.D. Edwards worldwide. This year`s campaign, again conceived and created in Canada by Toronto`s Communique Group, includes the commercial spot, banner and print ads, web site links and belly wraps for the Globe and Mail`s Report on Business Magazine. To find out the story behind this new innovative commercial, visit http://www.jdedwards.ca/company/commercial.htm.

"Our mission at J.D. Edwards Canada is to help Canadian organizations follow their dreams. Companies wanting to create wealth in the new economy must make e-business a priority now," stated Robert Beauchemin, J.D. Edwards Canada Vice President & General Manager. "Our aggressive marketing activities, as demonstrated with this new TV spot, are turning up the heat on this issue while increasing awareness for J.D. Edwards` agile Enterprise Software."

Hallo Jungs!

ENVOY COMMUNICATIONS GROUP INC ("ECG-T") - Selected to Lead BASF-Subsidiary Into Future: - Devlin to Design ART`s Business-to-Business Web Site
Geoff Genovese, President and CEO of the Envoy Communications Group announced that its subsidiary Devlin Applied Design, the Toronto-based web developer, has launched an innovative e- commerce extranet for Automotive Refinish Technologies, Inc. (A.R.T), a subsidiary of global chemical giant BASF.
A.R.T. is a North American distributor of automotive collision repair paints and associated products. The Devlin-designed site (http://www.bodyshopmall.com) provides A.R.T.`s body shop customers with a new level of ease and efficiency in transacting day-to-day business, including on- line product ordering, color formula information, technical data, and news and information sharing. Launched this week in selected markets, the e-commerce capabilities of the site will be made available to all A.R.T. customers in North America by 2001. "This project with A.R.T. is another example of how our leading edge formula for developing highly effective, business-to-business web sites and e-commerce solutions is applicable to every industry," said Geoff Genovese, President and CEO of Envoy.
"This site is a business-to-business tool -- a password-protected extranet providing A.R.T. customers with on-line access to the A.R.T. products and services used daily in body shop business operations," explained Catharine Devlin, President of Devlin Applied Design. "With the site, A.R.T. is giving its customers -- who are in an increasingly competitive industry -- a new tool to improve productivity and profitability. It is an important step in helping A.R.T.`s customers to re-engineer their businesses to meet the challenges of the future," Devlin said. In designing the GUI (graphical user interface) for the site, Devlin employed target customer usability testing in its in-house usability labs to ensure a high degree of user satisfaction for body shop personnel.
Our e-commerce strategy is designed to improve the supply process for our customers," said John Montes, President of A.R.T., in a statement released by his company. "The prototypical A.R.T. customer is a progressive, growth- oriented collision repair organization," Montes explained, "and to serve their needs, we must continue our evolution as a leading-edge, forward thinking company which develops initiatives such as bodyshopmall.com." Reinhart Thorsen, A.R.T. Director of Market Development, added that the website "will allow body shop customers to save time and money in the ordering and inventory management process, as well as to increase shop productivity and through-put."
In addition, Devlin aided in the training of A.R.T. personnel, including the creation of an interactive and fully animated site walk-through/ "features and benefits" program on CD. The site delivers a wealth of features, services, and information that are critical to daily body shop operation. On-line product ordering will be based on a "shopping list" tailored to the shop`s unique needs, crafted from a streamlined "Product Portfolio" system of paints and associated products designed for maximum shop productivity and inventory cost efficiency. Color formula lookup, (currently done using microfiche or updated CDs), will now be provided on-line, giving users access to up-to-the- minute formulas in the BASF worldwide color database. Enrollment information on scheduled BASF and other industry training courses will allow shop personnel to keep their capabilities and professionalism at the forefront of the industry. www.bodyshopmall.com also provides shops with technical product and safety data, as well as access to industry partners, publications, and other resources.
Established in 1993, Automotive Refinish Technologies, Inc. (A.R.T.) is a full-service PBE (paint & body equipment) jobber organization with stores throughout the United States and Canada. A wholly-owned subsidiary of BASF Corporation, A.R.T. is a single-line distributor of the BASF GlasuritAE, R- MAE, and LimcoAE refinish system brands, as well as a full line of associated products. A.R.T.`s parent company, BASF, is among the top ten producers of chemicals and related products in the United States, Canada and Mexico. BASF in North America has its regional headquarters in Mount Olive, N.J., and is a member of the BASF Group (Ludwigshafen, Germany).
A new breed company, Envoy (www.envoy.to) is an integrated e-Marketer, digitally driven and committed to building global brands both off and on-line. In addition to Devlin Applied Design, Envoy owns leading e-Marketing agencies Communique, FUSIONcreative, Hampel/Stefanides of New York and The Watt Group.

Hi!
Hab ich gefunden!
Envoy Communications (WKN:909242)
aus Kanada, Internetadresse: http://www.envoy.to
Firmenprofil:
- seit 1996 bestehende kanadische B2B Internet Firma

- Jan.00 Einführung von Appstreet ( neues B2B – Portal )
- Feb.00 `Decision room` B2B-Software über IBM verfügbar
- Mrz.00 Wal-Mart hat ENVOY als B2B Firma für Ihre Europa Expansion ausgewählt
- Seit 1996 durchschnittliches Umsatzwachstum von 97 %/pro Jahr ( 1996 = 11,5 Mio ... 1999 = 100 Mio ) und
VorsteuerGewinnwachstum ( 1996 = 0,4 Mio ... 1999 = 5,1 Mio ) von 240 % pro Jahr
Kunden :
- BASF, Adidas, CDNow, National Discount Brokers, PhoneFree, Toshiba Canada, Bridgestone/Firestone,

Ausblick :
- geplante Expansion nach England, Deutschland, San Fransisco
- NASDAQ Listing in den nächsten Wochen geplant
- Viele neue vielversprechende Aufträge und erstklassige Kunden gewonnen
- Cross Margin ( Umsatz – Vertriebs/Fremdkosten ) soll sich von 30 Mio. Euro 99 auf über
80 Mio. Euro in 2000 erhöhen.
Kritikpunkte :

Geoff Genovese, CEO of Envoy Communication
es geht los ... + 24%

nggak,

Also stay long!!

Hallo mn00,
Es geht also schon früher los.
