Frontline Ltd. (the “Company” or “Frontline”) (NYSE:FRO) today announced that it has entered into memorandum of agreement (“MOA”) to acquire a 20% ownership interest in Feen Marine Scrubbers Inc., a leading manufacturer of exhaust gas cleaning systems (“FMSI”). Pursuant to the MOA, Frontline and certain entities affiliated with Hemen Holding Ltd, Frontline’s largest shareholder, have agreed to order FMSI exhaust gas cleaning systems for 14 vessels, with options to order an additional 22 systems at fixed prices.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 58.388.856 von Einstein-10 am 07.08.18 09:32:22Bin gespannt was DHT gemacht hat in Q2, dass dürfte das schwächeste Quartal der letzten Jahre gewesen sein ... über den Lauf der Kapitalerhöhung von FRO hört man ja auch nicht viel, ich denke nach deren Abschluss könnte sich der Kurs auch wieder etwas erholen!
heute nach börsenschluss meldet dht zahlen... erster einblick wie es bei fro aussehen könnte...

Frontline Ltd. announced the Company entered into an Equity Distribution Agreement dated July 24, 2018, with Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC (“Morgan Stanley”) for the offer and sale of up to $100.0 million of common shares of Frontline.
In accordance with the terms of the Equity Distribution Agreement, the Company may offer and sell its common shares at any time and from time to time through Morgan Stanley as its sales agent. Sales of the common shares, if any, will be made by means of ordinary brokers’ transactions on NYSE or otherwise at market prices prevailing at the time of sale, at prices related to the prevailing market prices, or at negotiated prices.
The net proceeds of this offering will be used to opportunistically fund growth opportunities, for certain capital expenditures, including to purchase exhaust gas cleaning systems that reduce sulfur emissions to comply with upcoming implementation of new IMO standards, and for general corporate purposes.
