Könntes Du nochmals kurz erläutern wie man ins Share Registry kommt ? Da gab doch irgendein Formular/Antrag dass man an ARU schicken mußte

Keine Sorge Maximilian,

jeder wird Bezugsrechte eingebucht bekommen. Schau mal in den Deep Yellow Thread - genau das gleiche und alle haben am Ende 1:1 Bezugsrechte eingebucht bekommen, die am Record Date im Share Registry eingetragen waren.

ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 14 November, 2006
Arafura Resources NL (ASX:ARU) today announced a $10.992 million non-renounceable rights issue.
Under the terms of the rights issue the following conditions will apply:
• 30,535,745 shares in Arafura will be issued (assuming no existing options are exercised prior to the
record date).
• The shares will rank equally in all respects from the date of allotment with the existing class of quoted
shares.
• The issue price of the shares will be 36 cents each.
• Arafura will apply for quotation of the shares issued pursuant to the rights issue on the official list of the
ASX.
• The rights issue is non-renounceable.
• Shares in the rights issue will be offered on the basis of 2 shares for every 5 shares held by the
shareholder on 5.00pm WST on 29 November 2006.
• The record date to determine entitlements is 29 November 2006.
• The rights issue will not be made available to shareholders registered outside of Australia and New
Zealand.
• The closing date for receipt of acceptances is 5.00pm WST 14 December 2006.
• The rights issue is underwritten to $10,992,868 by Bell Potter Securities Limited.
• Holdings statements will be dispatched on 22 December 2006.
• Arafura shares will be quoted on an “ex” basis on 23 November 2006.
Arafura has previously announced plans for a proposed demerger which will deliver to Arafura’s shareholders
direct ownership in a dedicated uranium exploration company (NuPower Resources) focused on the Northern
Territory of Australia.
If the proposed demerger proceeds, the funds raised by the Rights Issue will be used to subscribe for shares in
Arafura’s subsidiary NuPower Resources, working capital in Arafura and meet the estimated costs of the
demerger. If the proposed demerger does not proceed then Arafura will use the funds to evaluate tenements
prospective for uranium, working capital in Arafura and meet the costs of the proposed demerger to date. Full
details of the intended use of funds are set out in the Prospectus that will be mailed out to all eligible
shareholders.

OT - Marathon hat aber so ein Piffel-Property in Südaustralien. Schaut Euch lieber die produktionsnäheren Gesellschaften an, z.B. URA.AX - würde mich wirklich freuen, wenn die mal jemand untersuchen könnte. Ich schreibe gerade was zu Erongo ERN.AX zusammen, recherchiere aber noch etwas...

Das ist das Uran-Äquivalent/tonne; hatte ich doch kürzlich mal vorgerechnet. Wir lagen bei 8,13 US$/kg für REO inkl. Uran. Das multipliziert mit 31 (3,1% Gehalt) = 252 US$/tonne / 0,55 (Anteil REO am Gesamtumsatz/t) = 458 US$/tonne

458 US$/tonne / 60 US$/lb (Uranpreis) = 7,70 lb Uran-Äquivalent/t

7,7 lb/t * 0,454 (Umrechnung lb) = 3,5 kg/tonne = 0,35%

die 0.35% kann ich bei arafuras liegenschaften nirgends finden, das wären ja über 8 pound/tonne ???

ansonsten sieht marathon mit am besten aus (großer kreis, mäßige grades aber sehr preiswert)
