danke für die News, ist wirklich beeindruckend; Trelawney ist aber auch keine kleine Firma mehr.

      @William

Lynas in AUS fast -10 % .
      Edelmetalle wieder runter.
Kann mir eigtl. nicht vorstellen, dass die Saisonalität+Schuldenkrise die Edelmetalle unten bleiben lässt.

Spanien ist auch abgestuft worden von Moodys.

      Hier die Trelawney BEs!

Trelawney Intersects 126.60 Metres of 1.52 g/t Gold and 421.60 Metres of 0.82 g/t Gold at Côté LakeOctober 18, 2011 - Toronto, Ontario - Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. (the “Company” or “Trelawney”) (TSXV: TRR, Frankfurt: RTW) announces the results from 10 additional holes drilled on the Côté Lake Deposit on the Chester Project located halfway between Timmins and Sudbury in Northern Ontario. The results are from the ongoing expansion and infill drilling on the Côté Lake Deposit. Drilling continues to intersect wide zones of low to moderate grade gold mineralization.

Highlights of the current drilling include:

      Hole E11-91 – 30.80 metres of 1.49 g/t gold
      Hole E11-92 – 57.25 metres of 1.57 g/t gold
      Hole E11-94 – 72.00 metres of 0.80 g/t gold
      Hole E11-95 – 1.00 metre of 85.58 g/t gold
      Hole E11-96 – 119.00 metres of 1.34 g/t gold and 126.60 metres of 1.52 g/t gold
      Hole E11-98 – 44.00 metres of 1.65 g/t gold
      Hole E11-99 – 421.60 metres of 0.82 g/t gold
      Hole E11-100 – 23.00 metres of 1.21 g/t gold and 54.00 metres of 1.05 g/t gold

Results for four infill and six exploration holes are being reported on today. Expansion drilling continues to intersect wide zones of mineralization to the southwest with hole E11-100 intersecting two zones on section 86+00E.

The infill holes have been drilled at various angles along the infill sections to provide better variography in the upcoming resource estimate. Several of the infill holes have encountered diabase dykes on the 50 metre infill sections resulting in some breaks in the continuity of the mineralization along the holes. These dykes, estimated to be approximately 20 metres wide, were not unexpected as they can be seen on the magnetic maps. Minor additional infill drilling may be required in the vicinity of these dykes to convert the resource in this area to the indicated category.

Additional exploration work has also been conducted on the second exposure of mineralization on section 87+00E that was previously reported. The size of this outcrop has been expanded by additional excavation and sampling. A total of 82 individual samples have been taken over a 20X20 metre outcrop based on a two-metre grid pattern. The samples averaged 2.31 g/t gold uncut and 1.77 g/t gold using a 25 g/t gold top-cut.

The inferred resource of the Côté Lake Deposit currently stands at 131 million tonnes grading 1.0 g/t for a total of 4.2 million ounces gold as reported in Trelawney’s press release dated March 7, 2011. To date, mineralization of the Côté Lake Deposit has been intersected over a strike-length of 1,200 metres and outcrops at two known locations 500 metres apart. The zone remains open along strike and at depth on all sections that have been drilled. In section, the zone attains widths of up to 300 metres. The mineralization, delineated by drilling to date, coincides well with a NE-SW-trending IP anomaly. The Côté Lake Deposit consists of low to moderate grade gold +/- copper mineralization which is associated with brecciated intermediate to felsic, and locally mafic intrusive rocks. The nature of the alteration and mineralization is indicative of a porphyry-style deposit.

The expansion and exploration drill program currently includes six drills working on the Côté Lake Deposit. Three drills continue with the expansion drilling and three are undertaking infill drilling.

Greg Gibson, Trelawney's President and CEO commented, “The infill and expansion drilling has progressed very well over the summer with six drills. A significant amount of additional data continues to be acquired which will be incorporated into our upcoming resource estimate planned for late this year or early in 2012. We will continue our aggressive exploration program and initial engineering studies to enable us to fast-track the development of this deposit. ”

      Côté Lake Deposit Drilling Results:

Trelawney has implemented a quality-control, quality assurance program to ensure best practice principals are being applied in the sampling and analysis of the drill core. Samples are crushed to -8 mesh then a 1,000 gram subset of each sample is pulverized to 90% passing -150 mesh. Assays have been completed using a standard fire assay with a 30 gram aliquot and an AA finish. For samples that return values of between two to five grams per tonne gold, another pulp is taken and fire assayed with a gravimetric finish. Samples returning values greater than 5 grams per tonne are re-analyzed by pulp metallic analysis, NQ size drill core is saw cut, and half the drill core is sampled in standard intervals. The remaining half of the core is stored in a secure location. The drill core is transported in security-sealed bags to the Accurassay prep lab in Sudbury, Ontario by Trelawney personnel. Accurassay is an ISO/IEC 17025 certified Laboratory by the Standards Council of Canada. In addition to quality assurance controls at the laboratory, blanks and certified standards have been inserted into the sample stream at random intervals.

David Beilhartz, Vice President, Exploration of Trelawney, a Qualified Person under NI 43-101, has prepared or supervised the scientific and/or technical information for the property and verified the data disclosed in this press release.

Status Update – Rocmec Property Exploration Plan – October 2011

October 18th, 2011 – Rocmec Mining Inc. (TSX-V: RMI) is pleased to provide a status update regarding its exploration plan for the Rocmec 1 gold property.

In September work was initiated to investigate the potential of properties held by Rocmec in Dasserat Twp., both on the mining lease and within the broader property, and to prepare a detailed plan for the next phase of exploration. The broader property work is being carried out by Geodem Inc see press release of October 12 and the Rocmec 1 Mining Lease by Bryan S. Osborne P. Geo. who is also Qualified Person for the overall project.

From the discovery of gold mineralisation in Dasserat Twp. in 1924 up until 2006 extensive exploration has been focused on a number of sub-parallel gold-bearing veins contained within a shear structure transecting the length of a differentiated sill composed largely of diorite. The main veins, referred to as the Shaft, McDowell (Russian Kid) and Talus, are within the dyke. In 2006, mineralisation was discovered by Rocmec mining Inc on the footwall of this steeply dipping dyke structure. All these veins are included in the May 2010 SGS NI- 43-101 Technical Report.

The new zone of mineralisation is referred to as the Boucher Zone and to date drilling has indicated two gold-bearing zones, the Boucher 1 and Boucher 2 with the latter some 10m on the footwall. This new zone has been the subject of limited drilling since its discovery since it is not accessible from the existing underground workings.

The following table shows the grade and thickness comparison for the principal veins sampled, by drilling or drift channels, in the Rocmec 1 mine area:

Vein Number of Intervals Av. g/t Av. vein width (m)
      McDowell 305 7.64 .80
      Shaft 46 7.53 .54
      Talus 93 7.56 .80
      Boucher 1 15 12.03 1.20
      Boucher 2 7 15.2 1.44
      1 g/t Cut-off, Gold values cut to 45g/t
This table clearly demonstrates that that Boucher 1 and 2 veins are the least explored, have the highest average grades of the five veins explored and also have the greatest vein widths. The highest grades encountered on the property to date also occur in the Boucher sector with values of 620g/t over 0.30m  and 505g/t over 0.56m in hole RS-02-07.

While the Boucher veins have received relatively little attention, and a 2010 programme of drilling close to surface yielded poor results, nevertheless, sizeable targets remain open on strike and at depth. In particular, the eastern extension of the Boucher 2 vein shows good intersections close to surface providing a focused exploration target of considerable potential extending on to ground recently acquired by Rocmec.

In May 2010 SGS recommended an exploration programme of 1,245,000$ dedicated to the mine area exploration, including 870,000$ for a ramp to access the Boucher zones. Given the relatively low level of exploration and the grade-width characteristics of the Boucher 1 and 2 veins, the immediate exploration focus on the Rocmec property should be directed towards this sector. Prior to ramping, it is felt that valuable information can be achieved by surface NQ core drilling and geophysics (IP, Magnetic and Seismic) along the trace of the vein structures as well as the depth extension. Short-hole probing of the surface zone combined with cuttings analysis may also be effective in tracing the gold structure.
It is proposed to allocate a budget of 500,000$ to investigating the Boucher vein system with the objective of exploring the extent and geometry of the gold-bearing veins, the mineralogy and the grade/thickness distribution.  This would allow for an improved understanding of the deposit prior to driving a ramp and undertaking further resource definition drilling. An additional budget of 300,000$ will be allocated to geophysical work and exploratory drilling on the overall Dasserat property held by Rocmec in line with the recommendations of the SGS technical report.

Bryan S.Osborne P.Geo. and Qualified Person for the Rocmec project has reviewed this press Release for content and accuracy.
