Danke für die kurze Zusammenfassung. Mein Englisch ist leider nicht so gut, dass ich dem Interview folgen könnte. Bin allerdings auch der Meinung das Globex etwas unterbewertet ist. Allen noch ein schönen Sonntag.

Habe mir das Interview nochmals zu Gemüte geführt und möchte folgendes hervorheben:

Zuerst erklärt Jack das Modell einer Property Bank: Günstiger Erwerb von Projekten, ausreichende Bearbeitung um den Wert sichtbar zu machen und wenn die Märkte drehen und man eben solche Projekte haben will, diese an den Mann zu bringen gegen Cash, Aktien und Explorationsarbeiten. Somit gibt man das Risiko und die Kosten in andere Hände.

Das Modell ist für den Investor schwierig zu erklären. Globex habe aktuell 151 gut diversifizierte Projekte mit zahlreichen Metallen, die für den Investor betreffend Wert und Potenzial schwierig einzuschätzen sind.

Die Frage nach der Unterbewertung schien Jack etwas unangenehm und überraschend zu sein und er meinte, dass Globex ungefähr zwischen 5 und 10 CAD gehandelt werden müsste wenn man sich die Bewertung von anderen Explorern ansieht. Die aktuelle Bewertung von Globex mit rund 50 Cent sei lächerlich und er zog als Beispiel die Bewertung von Enforcer Gold heran (die haben unser Projekt Montalembert in Option und wenn ich mich nicht irre, nur noch ein weiteres Lithiumprojekt), welche mit 20 Cents gehandelt würden. Im Gegensatz zu denen hat Globex beachtliche Einnahmen, umfangreiche Aktienpositionen und sind Besitzer ihrer Projekte währenddem Enforcer 15 Mio auf Montalembert investieren muss (und sie tragen nun das von Globex abdelegierte Risiko) und haben schon nach 6 Monaten wesentlich mehr ausgestellte Aktien als Globex in über 30 Jahren.

Wichtig ist vor allem, dass bis zur Messe in München erfreuliches betreffend Francoeur vorliegt, das Du dann in der Präsentation verkünden kannst....

Besten Dank an gst54......Super Interview. Zum ersten Mal hört man von ihm, dass er der Ansicht ist, dass der Kurs zwischen 5-10 CAD betragen müsste. Wir wären mit 5 CAD schon zufrieden!

Der Kurs hat sich bei kleinem Volumen auf 0.48 CAD erholt. BID/ASK aktuell bei 0.48/0.51

Hi William,

super vielen Dank bzgl Sayona jetzt bekommt man mal ein Gefühl was da wann passiert sehr gut die haben aber auch eine ordentliche Capex zu stemmen aber das wird schon.

Warum der Markt nicht auf die Francouer NR reagiert liegt mM nach daran da Sie erstmal unterstellt wir machen da richtig viel und das hat auch top Potential ABER das alles dauert noch 3 Monate bis wir dazu was sagen können. Dazu kam irgendwo der Hinweis das der Fokus derzeit auf Francouer liegt also ist von anderen Fronten nicht so viel zu erwarten.

Das lässt aber auf einen heißen Herbst hoffen mit all den Francouer Updates und dann sprudelnden Nyrstar Zahlungen :-)

Excavation to Start at Globex’s Francoeur/Arntfield Gold Property - Wir sind gespannt

19 juillet 2017 - Rouyn-Noranda, Québec, Canada. GLOBEX MINING ENTERPRISES INC. (GMX – Toronto Stock Exchange, G1MN – Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Berlin, Munich, Tradegate, Lang & Schwarz Stock Exchangesand GLBXF – OTCQX International) is pleased to inform shareholders that Globex has received permits to undertake three 100 metre long trenches in the area of previously announced drill hole FS-16-35 which returned 1.19.g/t Au over a calculated true width of 40.19 m (132 feet) (See press release dated January 25, 2017) and will commence excavation this week.

An area of approximately 100 m by 70 m has been cleared in preparation for the trenching and contracts have been given out so that trenching can begin. The 100 m long trenches will be excavated so as to expose bedrock for 70 m (230 ft) to the east of the mineralized drill hole where overburden is thought to be shallower. Once the trenches are completed and the bedrock power washed, the geology will be mapped in detail and all exposed rock channel sampled and assayed for precious metals. Interestingly, further to the east of the area to be trenched, historical maps show numerous grab samples of quartz veins and mineralized showings with significant gold values but do not indicate any systematic sampling. It is hoped that the current program of trenching will confirm the wide zone of gold mineralization encountered in hole FS-16-35 and extend the mineralization to the east, thereby supporting the concept of an open pittable, large tonnage, low grade gold exploration model target. Previous work on the property was oriented toward high grade underground exploration models.

In other work in the area, some 230 core samples have been submitted for assay from old drill holes where sampling was restricted to quartz veins or heavy pyrite mineralization. While most of the core was dumped by previous owners, some boxes were preserved over limited core lengths on either side of targeted gold zones in some drill hole. These boxes have been recovered, re-logged, split and sent in for assay. Once all assays are received, Globex hopes to have more confirmation of widespread low grade gold mineralization along the Francoeur Wasa Fault and secondary structures. For the most part, Globex is limiting our initial work toward amassing data within the first 100 m of surface.

Globex controls approximately 7.5 km of the Francoeur Wasa Fault structure and is focusing much of this summer’s exploration upon increasing our understanding of the structures gold potential.

Ongoing work elsewhere on the Francoeur/Arntfield property includes prospecting, surface sampling, mapping, compilation and structural interpretation.

Secova Commences Phase 1 Drilling Program at the Duvay/Chenier

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - Jul 19, 2017) - Secova Metals Corp. ("Secova" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SEK) (FRANKFURT: N4UN) (OTC: SEKZF) is pleased to announce that drill permits have all been received, and now commences the Company's first drill program on the Duvay/Chenier Property (the "Property"), located 15 kms northeast of Amos, Quebec.

The Duvay/Chenier Project covers nearly 8,000 hectares, including more than a dozen historical gold showings. The most advanced of the showings are at Duvay, where more than 350 drill holes, a 96 m mine shaft, 275 m of underground workings, and more than 3,200 tonnes of bulk sampling has been reported since discovery in the 1930's, as described in numerous assessment reports filed with the Quebec government. Gold occurs at Duvay in locally rich surface samples and drill intervals (e.g. 402 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 0.36 m, 76.8 g/t gold over 0.46 m, 83.194 g/t gold over 1.0 m and 27.17 g/t gold over 1.14 m) along a regionally significant shear zone (the Duvay main shear) that extends for 2 km to the northwest to Lake Obalski, and for 4 km to the southeast to the Standard Gold Mine shaft (off the Property).

Secova's Chairman and CEO Mr. Brad Kitchen commented, "The Company has worked hard to build the first 3D model of the Duvay gold mineralization that incorporates the extensive historic information and new exploration data. From this 3D model, we have now developed a systematic and robust exploration plan that takes into consideration all the various aspects of Duvay. Phase 1 will consist primarily of drilling identified zones of mineralization and various structural anomalies. Concurrent with this drilling, data from new ground and airborne exploration will enable Phase 2 to commence almost immediately after completion of this first drill program."

1) Known gold bearing structures and quartz veins at the Duvay Zone Principal

A majority of the richest gold intervals intercepted historically at Duvay are hosted in quartz veins associated with the northeast trending faults extending from the main shear. These historic results include the drill intersection of 83.194 g/t gold over 1.0 m (50.0 to 51.0 m depth) comprising visible gold from a sub-horizontal quartz vein 0.5 m thick. These gold occurrences associated with northeast trending faults and their host quartz veins will be the target of drilling within the Duvay Zone Principal. Phase 1 Plan: 10 drill holes for 1250 m total.

2) New geophysical anomalies interpreted from Secova's proprietary 3D Power IP ground survey

Secova contracted Abitibi Geophysics to conduct their innovative and effective IPower-3D ground geophysical survey, which identified a strong chargeability anomaly 300 to 400 metres north of the main Duvay shear. This anomaly is the most significant of the 6 cigar-shaped tubes which this IPower-3D program identified. The anomaly will be the target of priority drill holes in this area seeking to extend Duvay mineralization to the north. Phase 1 Plan: 5 drill holes for 1250 m total.

3) Untested, coincident magnetic and electromagnetic targets associated with the extension of the main Duvay shear zone towards Lake Obalski.

The previously untested magnetic and electromagnetic anomalies were originally identified from an airborne geophysical survey flown by helicopter in 2012 and confirmed by ground magnetics later that same year. These targets are also associated with northeast trending faults, as interpreted from the magnetics, and are covered by recent sediments. Phase 1 Plan: 6 drill holes for 1000 m total.

New high-resolution airborne magnetic survey

Secova has commenced high-resolution airborne magnetic surveys over selected priority targets outside the main Duvay mineralization area. These priority targets include planned drill targets near Lake Obalski, as well as new exploration areas where further ground work will commence this summer. Magnetic sensors for these high-resolution surveys are being flown by drone aircraft, at low altitudes and tight line spacings (20 m) to give the maximum resolution. Pioneer Aerial Surveys Ltd. of Regina, Saskatchewan, has been contracted to fly approximately 700 line kilometres of drone surveys. The surveys are expected to allow detailed interpretation of structures and magnetic anomalies to assist in identifying the most favourable location for follow-up drilling this year.

Tres-Or Resources Ltd., the underlying property owner, is operating the field program at Duvay.

The Company is also pleased to announce it has granted 14,300,000 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the Company. The stock options have an exercise price of $0.05 per common share under the terms of the Company's Stock Option Plan.
