Vielen dank für die Info`s. Hört sich wirklich verdammt gut an. Wundere mich nur, warum der Kurs nicht schon längst höher gestiegen ist. Warten wohl alle noch auf die endgültige Finanzierungszusage. Werde aber trotzdem mal ein Bein in die Tür stellen und mir mal einige Stücke ins Depot legen. Habe da ein gutes Gefühl !

HUNGARY: We have two licenses in south central Hungary that allow us to drill and develop oil and natural gas within an underground geologic formation called the Mako Trough. The consulting firm of Gustavson Associates, has assigned a potential resource of 796 million barrels of oil and 17.5 trillion cubic feet of gas to two key formations within the Mako Trough. We have signed drilling contracts to initiate a seven-well program on our Hungary properties beginning in the fall of 2005.
ROMANIA: Through a farm-in agreement with Pannonian International, Falcon may earn a 75% interest in a coalbed methane property in the Jiu Valley of Romania. The prospect contains approximately 21,500 gross acres with a potential gas resource estimated to be in the order of 450 billion cubic feet, according to an independent geological evaluation. Our first coalbed methane (cbm) well was spudded in July 2005.
CANADA: Falcon owns minority interests in several producing and non-producing gas wells on two different properties in Alberta, Canada. Wjile these properties generate some cash flow, Falcon has no plans for further development of these minor properties.

Under the letter of intent, the parties will undertake a six weeks due diligence period and also will need to agree upon specific terms and conditions, and to obtain final approval of Falcon`s Board of Directors and of Macquarie Bank`s Board of Directors, in order to enter into a definitive agreement.
