(PLC) (OTC BB: TMXO), a leading provider of Broadband over Powerline (BPL) communication technologies, announced today that it has signed a Memorandum Of Understanding to establish a joint Saudi/Canadian company with the A.B Group based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The A.B Group has significant holdings in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and maintains high level relationships throughout the government and business sectors in KSA and the surrounding middle eastern countries.

Charttechnisch hat die sehr volatile Trimax-Aktie jüngst einen Abwärtstrend überwunden, der den Kurs des Technologieunternehmens bis in den Bereich um 50 Cent gedrückt hat. Seitdem hat sich der Kurs allerdings wieder spürbar erholt. Nicht nur der Abwärtstrend konnte überwunden werden, sondern gleichzeitig hat sich eine sekundäre Aufwärtsbewegung etabliert. Eine glasklare Turanaround-Situation also.

man sollte immer selbst schauen, ob man einem wert großes potenzial zubilligt und nicht blind auf empfehlungen von börsenbriefen kaufen.

imagin molecular ist vorher hochgekauft worden. in den letzten tagen wurde dann ordentlich abverkauft. war ich auch dabei und musste herben verlust hinnehmen. sowas ist immer ärgerlich.

trimax hingegen gefällt mir vom geschäftsmodell, der charttechnischen situation und auch vom kürzlichen anstieg des handelsvolumens in den usa äusserst interessant. die aktie ist nicht vorher hochgekauft worden und steht charttechnisch vor einem turnaround.

bin daher hier mit dabei. tipp: steig ein und setze deinen stopp loss etwa 10-20% unterm einstiegskurs. viel falsch machen kannst du dann hier nicht IMHO.

Ich schau mir jetzt erst mal die Eröffnung drüben an. Das viele BlaBla hier ist erst mal nicht gerade überzeugend.
Ich kann jedem nur raten, sich an der Kursentwicklung in usa zu orientieren und das investment nur unter dem Vorbehalt der Verlustminimierung zu tätigen, d.h. raus, sobald das Teil ins Minus dreht.

Tja, leider hat mal wieder niemand auf meine warnungen gehört. Es ist doch wirklich immer dasselbe Spiel, dass in Kombination von einigen Usern hier und InvestInside abgezogen wird.
Es kann doch nicht wirklich schwer sein, dies zu erkennen.

Werte werden vor USA Eröffnung nach oben gedrückt und bei oder kurz nach eröffnung verkaufen die Threadinitiatoren.

Ist ja nicht wirklich schwer...beobachtet User die Empfehlungen im Einklang mit InvestInside bringen und auch noch Threads eröffnen und beöbachtet auch mal werte aus der vergangenheit. Dann dürfte so etwas wie heute eigentlich nicht mehr passieren...

mal zur Info:
Internet aus der Steckdose gibt es schon seit ca. 2000.
EnBW glaube waren das, die hier in Deutschland es eingeführt hatten. Hieß Powerline ist eingestellt wurden.
Die Stromkabel haben schlichtweg keine gut Qualität um Daten relativ störungsfrei und schnell zuübertragen.
Liegt wohl auch an der schlechten Isolierung.
Ich denke das das Stromnetz in Asien nicht besser sein wird als in D.
Für ein Netzwerk im eigenen Haus ist es durchaus verwendbar und dafür gibt es auch schon seit geraumer Zeit Produkte. Einfach mal bei Conrad Elektronics fragen.
Ich bin der Meinung, ein W-LAN macht eine Hausvernetzung einfacher :-)

die Story kann also nicht der Grund für ein Investment sein.

Unter den Besuchern macht sich ein erfreutes " Mmmh" breit. Der Wert des kleinen kanadischen Öl- und Gas-Explorationsunternehmens hat sich in den vergangenen drei Monaten bereits fast verzehnfacht. Plötzlich ruft einer aus dem Publikum, er habe mit ONA " schon 150 Prozent gemacht" . Frick stürmt vom Rednerpult herunter, eilt auf den Aktionär zu und bietet ihm die Hand zum Einschlagen: Gimme five - Gewinner
unter sich.

Stolze 86 Euro Eintritt kostet das fünfstündige " Markus Frick Finanzseminar" , doch die Besucher stehen Schlange, um den Meister zu hören. Es ist, als wäre es wieder 1999. Als hätte es Börsencrash und Katzenjammer nicht gegeben. Die Kurse von Aktiengesellschaften, deren Namen nur Branchenkennern bekannt ist, explodieren binnen Tagen - nachdem eine Handvoll selbst ernannter Experten die Firmen in Börsenbriefen und auf Investoren-Websites hochgejubelt haben. " Bei einigen Werten ist das jetzt teilweise schon wie beim Neuen Markt. Die Zocker, die Freaks sind alle wieder da" , triumphiert Börsenbrief-Schreiber Egbert Prior, der einst der Mobilcom (Zürich: MOB.S - Nachrichten) -Aktie zum Höhenflug verhalf und sich jetzt wieder einer großen Fangemeinde erfreut.

Frick und Prior sind Hauptakteure in der Neuauflage des großen Börsenspiels, das vor allem mit Kleinstwerten im so genannten Freiverkehr gespielt wird. Die Umsätze in diesem Marktsegment waren im Januar dreimal so hoch wie vor Jahresfrist. Andere Bekannte mischen ebenfalls wieder mit, etwa der frühere " Aktionär" -Vizechefredakteur Sascha Opel, oder Kurt Ochner, ehemaliger Fondsmanager, der einst als " Pate des Neuen Marktes" tituliert wurde.

Weltweit größter Zockermarkt

Sie alle schrieben zu den Hochzeiten der deutschen Technologieblase die Kurse nach oben. Nach dem Crash verschwanden sie in der Versenkung, jetzt sind sie zurück: Ob im " Sat.1-Frühstücksfernsehen" , oder bei " Der Aktionär TV" auf N24 - überall tauchen die Ratgeber auf. " Die Kleinanleger suchen sich wieder Gurus" , sagt Börsenprofessor Wolfgang Gerke von der Uni Erlangen. " Sie wollen jemanden, der ihnen zeigt, wo es lang geht, nach der Devise ,Mach mich schnell reich!‘" Und so haben die Gurus wieder Macht über den Markt.

Mit jeder Erfolgsstory, die die Profit-Propheten verbreiten, wächst die Gier ihrer Jünger. " Es gibt keinen größeren Zockermarkt auf der Welt als Deutschland" , sagt Jürgen Kurz, Sprecher der Deutschen Schutzvereinigung für Wertpapierbesitz (DSW). Markus Frick berichtet seinen Anhängern in Bielefeld, er verdiene jetzt an einem Tag mehr als während seiner zehn Jahre als badischer Bäckermeister. " Das können Sie auch schaffen - wenn Sie mir zuhören" , ruft der 33-Jährige den 650 Zuhörern zu. " Auch die Aktie von Globex Mining ist noch nicht genug gestiegen" , verkündet er dann. Dabei ist das Papier des winzigen kanadischen Rohstoff-Explorers binnen 90 Tagen um 300 Prozent hochgeschossen. Tom, ein Mittdreißiger im Publikum, hört zu und nickt: " Über Globex Mining habe ich in der Zeitschrift ,Der Aktionär‘ gelesen. Da wusste ich: Diese Aktie muss ich haben."

Also kaufen die Anleger - und jagen den Kurs tatsächlich in die Höhe: Als Frick in seiner " E-Mail-Hotline" (das Jahresabo kostet 890 Euro) am 2. Februar das Papier des winzigen kanadischen Explorations-Unternehmens NFX Gold empfahl, schnellte dessen Kurs binnen 45 Minuten von 0,63 Euro auf 1,08 Euro. Mehr als 12 Millionen NFX-Aktien wurden an diesem Tag am Frankfurter Freiverkehr umgesetzt. Im gesamten Jahr 2005 waren es gerade einmal 198.000 Stück.

Solange die Rendite stimmt, machen sich die wenigsten Aktionäre Gedanken über Ungereimtheiten bei diesen Kurssprüngen. So explodierten die Umsätze der NFX-Aktie bereits kurz vor Fricks Tipp: Zwischen dem 18. Januar und dem 1. Februar wechselte in Frankfurt an jedem Tag eine sechsstellige Zahl von NFX-Papieren den Besitzer, zu Preisen zwischen 0,29 und 0,62 Euro. Die ungewöhnliche Belebung zwang die Firmenspitze in Toronto sogar dazu, gleich zwei Erklärungen abzugeben: Man habe keine Hinweise auf veränderte Geschäftsaussichten und könne sich die drastischen Kursbewegungen nicht erklären.

Substanz spielt keine Rolle

Wie viel Substanz hinter einem Unternehmen steckt, spielt heute wie damals kaum eine Rolle. Nur so ist zu erklären, wieso etwa die hessische Nanotechnologie-Firma Neosino, die im ersten Halbjahr 2005 keine 350.000 Euro Umsatz machte, an der Börse bereits mehr als 200 Mio. Euro wert ist. Ochner und Prior sind von dem Papier der Firma begeistert, in deren Aufsichtsrat der frühere " Focus" -Redakteur Marian von Korff sitzt. Prior selbst bekennt zwar: " Das ist die abenteuerlichste Geschichte, die ich je gehört habe. " Die Aktie hat er nach eigenen Angaben trotzdem gekauft.

Schließlich habe Neosino-Vorstandschef Edmund Krix schon einmal " einen Riesenerfolg gehabt mit Teleplan" . Tatsächlich gelang es Krix, das Unternehmen zu Europas zeitweise größtem Reparaturkonzern für Computermonitore und Drucker aufzubauen. Doch als der Gründer 2000 bei Teleplan ausstieg, brach der Kurs der Aktie ein: 1,2 Mrd. Euro Anlegerkapital wurden vernichtet.

So klingen die Botschaften der Investment-Berater wie Hohn: " Halten Sie den Löffel auf, wenn es Brei regnet!" , ruft Prior auf seiner Website auf. Und listet darunter seine " besten Empfehlungen der letzten Wochen" auf: " Electronics line 3000: plus 277 Prozent, Colonia Real Estate: plus 250 Prozent, VEM Aktienbank: plus 235 Prozent."

Die Preissprünge gereichen den Protagonisten nicht zum Nachteil: Der Kurs von Kurt Ochners neuer Beteiligungsgesellschaft KST hat sich dank eines ähnlich strukturierten Portfolios in einem Jahr fast vervierfacht. " Das System funktioniert wie eine selbst erfüllende Prophezeiung" , sagt DSW-Sprecher Kurz. " Bei Unternehmen mit geringer Marktkapitalisierung reicht die durch eine Empfehlung ausgelöste Nachfrage aus, den Kurs hochzutreiben. Man muss nur genügend Gläubige finden." Zwar könne mit Nebenwerten noch viel Geld verdienen, sofern man nur rechtzeitig aussteige. Dies aber werde vielen Anlegern nicht gelingen. " Es ist wie ein Schneeballsystem" , sagt Gerke: " Man muss den Nächsten davon überzeugen, dass er noch einen findet, der ihm noch mehr Geld gibt."

Anleger haben nichts gelernt

Der Effekt wird verstärkt, weil sich die Gurus untereinander empfehlen: " Die Zeitschrift ,Der Aktionär‘ ist Pflichtlektüre" , wirbt Frick in Bielefeld, " und auch den Börsenbrief ,Pennystockraketen‘ empfehle ich. Der hat starke Kontakte und ist sehr kompetent." Kleinaktionär Tom hat die " Pennystockraketen" bereits abonniert - für 390 Euro pro Jahr. " Das Geld habe ich gleich wieder drin" , hofft er. Herausgeber des Informationsdiensts ist Sascha Opel, ein weiterer Meinungsmacher von früher, den das Stuttgarter Landgericht Anfang 2005 wegen Marktmanipulation zu einer Bewährungsstrafe von sechs Monaten verurteilte. Opel hatte gestanden, für sich und andere Investoren Aktien gekauft und später mit Gewinn veräußert zu haben - nachdem er zwischenzeitlich deren Kurse durch Empfehlungen hochgetrieben hatte. Nach seinem Abschied beim " Aktionär" zog sich Opel vorübergehend aus der Anlegerszene zurück und verlegte ein Sexmagazin.

Dass die Anleger aus den Erfahrungen der vergangenen Jahre gelernt haben, bezweifelt Börsenprofessor Gerke: " Mein Eindruck ist, dass der Nebenwerteboom benutzt wird, um das schnelle Geld zu verdienen." Aktionärsschützer Kurz denkt ähnlich: " Früher haben sich fünf, sechs Leute gegenseitig Aktien verkauft und so den Kurs hoch gezogen. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es heute wieder so ist." Im weitgehend unregulierten Freiverkehr ist die Preisbildung schwer durchschaubar. Wenige Akteure treiben die Kurse, und die Informationen sind besonders ungleichmäßig verteilt. " Das ist unfairer als Roulette" , sagt Gerke, " hier gibt es Leute, die mehr wissen als man selbst."

Auch Egbert Prior macht sich keine Illusionen: " Das ist schon ein ziemliches Spielcasino. Der Einbruch wird kommen." Bis dahin werde aber noch einige Zeit ins Land gehen. Die will der Tippgeber nutzen, um seine Prior Capital AG im Mai an die Börse bringen. " Wir wollen ein paar Millionen einsammeln" , bekennt er offen. Bereits im März wagt sich Marian von Korff aufs Parkett. Der Ex-Journalist, der im Neuer-Markt-Boom zugleich vier Monate lang für " Focus" Anlageempfehlungen schrieb und einen Fonds beriet, gründete vor einigen Jahren eine Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft. Nun will er mit dem Börsengang eines Tochterunternehmens 13 Mio. Euro erlösen. Der Meister hält diese Summe für einen Kleckerbetrag: " Das ist eine Klitsche" , sagt von Korff über seine eigene Firma.

Der ostwestfälischen Kleinanleger hingegen sind von der Aussicht auf Millionengewinne elektrisiert: " Momentan ist es einfach, 25 Prozent zu machen" , ruft ihnen Markus Frick in Bielefeld zu - um dann eine ernste Warnung auszusprechen: " Es können nicht immer 100 Prozent Gewinn sein, und wenn die ,Bild‘-Zeitung mit Anlagetipps kommt, dann ist es Zeit, vorsichtiger zu sein." Ob er damit die Ausgabe vom 9. November 2005 meinte? Dort stand ein halbseitiges Interview mit Frick. Überschrift: " Wie wird aus einem Bäcker ein Börsen-Millionär?"

Das Produkt gibt es bei ENBW schon seit 1999.
Wird nicht weiter verfolgt.
Auch bei RWE wurde das Produkt zurückgestellt.

Der Anschlußkosten sind einfach zu hoch,und nicht 100% Störungsfrei bei RWE und ENBW.
E.ON u. Vattenfall hat damit erst gar nicht angefangen.
So weit ich das weiß.

Das ist ein wichtiges Signal für heute. Das bedeutet, dass wir die Fahrt nach Norden weiter aufnehmen!!!

Eins ist ja auch klar: Wären drüben nicht relativ viele Stücke verkauft worden, dann würden wir jetzt schon weit über einen US$ stehen. Waren offenbar Altaktionäre, die die Gunst der Stunde genutzt haben.

Das ändert natürlich nichts an den exzellenten Perspektiven von Trimax!!

Nach Berechnungen der Marktforscher von Jupiter Research soll die Zahl der Haushalte, die über die schnellen Breitbandzugänge im Internet surfen, innerhalb der kommenden sechs Jahre von derzeit rund 50 auf 78 Prozent der Internet-Haushalte nach oben schnellen. Insgesamt wächst die US-amerikanische Internetgemeinde in den kommenden Jahren aber relativ langsam von 75 Millionen Haushalten zum Jahresende 2004 auf 88 Millionen im Jahr 2010.

opla - wir alle sind von solchen infos abhängig und wir machen nie den kurs - die marketmaker sind andere -wir sind im höchstfall entscheider auf 2. oder 3. informationen uns eine aktie ins depoz zu nehmen.
dessen bin ich mir wohl bewusst und kann damit leben

oktober/november ist eine ähnliche situation im chart zu beobachten. kann mir durchaus vorstellen, dass die verkäufe demnächst aufhören, news oder ähnliches auf den markt geworfen werden und der kurs wie im herbst sehr schnell eine 50 oder mehr %ige steigerung erfährt.

Melde mich auch mal wieder zu Wort! Hoffe auch auf den Ausbruch. Haben aber auch schon über 30 % nach gegeben in den letzten 2 Wochen. Investinside hat ja eine Prognose auf über 2 EUR abgegeben. Das erscheint mir etwas hoch.

Ich weiß zwar nicht ab welchen Zeitpunkt inside fusa empfohlen hat, aber man konnte wenn man ab mitte Januar in fusa investiert war (Kurs lag bei ca. 1,- €) etwa 4 Wochen später (mitte Februar) seine Aktien mit 200% Gewinn bei 3,-€ verkaufen. Das finde ich ist kein schlechter schnitt.

Internet aus der Steckdose ist schon zu oft gefloppt, wird mich nicht wundern wenn es erneut ein Flop wird.

Wenn Riesen wie RWE daran scheitern, wie soll es Trimax gelingen?

BPL könnte W-LAN ablösen, mehr aber auch nicht.

Die Deutsche Telekom nähert sich mit großen Schritten dem Internet-Fernsehen (IP-TV) über das Breitband-Glasfasernetz. Gestern verkündete das Unternehmen eine Zusammenarbeit mit dem US-Softwareriesen Microsoft. Finanzielle Details wurden nicht genannt. Nur soviel: Es sei der größte Vertrag dieser Art für Microsoft in Europa und der zweitgrößte weltweit, hieß es.

Die Telekom baut derzeit in zehn deutschen Großstädten, darunter auch in Hamburg, ihr besonders schnelles VDSL-Netz auf, um den Kunden über die Telefondose künftig auch Fernsehen anzubieten. "Geplant sind bis zu 100 Programme, Marktstart wird Mitte des Jahres sein", sagte Telekom-Sprecher Mark Nierwetberg dem Abendblatt. Bis zu eine Million Kunden wolle man bundesweit bis Ende 2007 unter Vertrag haben. Preise könne er noch nicht nennen, es würden aber "attraktive Pakete geschnürt".

Das TV-Angebot der Telekom soll dank der hohen Geschwindigkeit der VDSL-Leitungen (bis zu 50 Megabit) auch das hochauflösende Fernsehen HD-TV sowie zeitversetztes Fernsehen ermöglichen. Damit wäre ein Videorekorder überflüssig. Die Kunden könnten dann etwa einen verpaßten Tatort-Krimi auch noch um Mitternacht oder zu jeder anderen beliebigen Uhrzeit ansehen.

"Wir reden hier von Fernsehen der 3. Generation, von einem Sprung wie beim Schwarzweiß- zum Farbfernsehen", sagte Nierwetberg. Ein wichtiges Zugpferd für das neue Internet-TV der Telekom dürfte der Bundesliga-Fußball sein. "Wir werden Bundesliga-Spiele live zeigen", kündigt der Telekom-Sprecher an. Das gehe, weil man sich die Rechte für das Internet gesichert habe. "Wir suchen jetzt nur noch einen Partner mit Sendelizenz, der das Programm redaktionell verantwortet", so Nierwetberg. Auch für die Settop-Boxen suche man noch einen Partner. Die Geräte bringen die TV-Signale von der Telefondose auf den Fernseher. Die Telefondose wird per Kabel oder WLAN-Funk (50 Euro) mit der Settop-Box verbunden.

Telekom-Wettbewerber HanseNet hat angekündigt, mit Internet-TV bereits zur Fußball-WM im Juni zu starten - ebenfalls mit rund 100 Programmen.

Trimax/PLC Signs Contract With IP Applications

Collaboration Delivers Significant Efficiencies and Ongoing Innovation


TORONTO--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 18, 2006 -- Trimax Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, PLC Network Solutions Inc. (PLC) (OTC BB:TMXO.OB - News), a leading provider of Broadband over Powerline (BPL) communication technologies, announced today that it has closed on an agreement with IP Applications Corp. of Vancouver, BC, Canada, an expert in the management and delivery of business processes and services over the Internet.

Under the agreement, IP Applications will provide Trimax/PLC with the essential operational and support services (i.e. BPL user account provisioning and management, authentication, billing and 24/7 multilingual technical help desk) and Internet applications (i.e. email, anti-spam, anti-virus, web content filtering) required to manage and support the company's BPL services.

BPL technology uses the existing electrical infrastructure to create a high-speed broadband communication network which can be used for Internet, VoIP, IPTV, and Smart Grid Utility applications.

This partnership agreement completes Trimax/PLC operational and network requirements for launch of its BPL offering. It will allow Trimax/PLC to achieve significant efficiencies and gain access to resources and different skill sets and expertise. Trimax's partnerships have improved its ability to innovate and compete as it moves from test pilots and NDAs to execution with some of the power and utilities corporations and commercial and residential landlords it is presently working with.

Trimax Announces Successful Test Pilot by Multi-Source, Inc., and Provides Update on Intended Acquisition

(PLC) (OTC BB:TMXO.OB - News), a leading provider of Broadband over Powerline (BPL) communication technologies, announced today that its acquisition target, Multi-Source, Inc. ("MSI")(Press Release March 23, 2006) has received positive test results from its telemeter pilot project with a South American Utility.

MSI has developed this telemeter solution over the past 18 months. The company will now be able to reference this success to advance other Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) agreements with Utilities it is presently in discussions with. While deploying AMR for a Utility, the solution also creates a platform for the delivery of Broadband Services to customers.

Michael Spasov, President of MSI, stated, "Since 2005, we have fostered relationships with three utilities and two telecommunications companies in South America. As a result of our solution, we are able to leverage the existing electrical infrastructure to create new revenue streams through value added services such as AMR, Internet and VOIP over the Utilities grid."

According to Sergio Iturri, MSI's Project Management Director, the successful deployment of the 60-day evaluation verified to the Utilities Executive Management that MSI's Tele-metering solution at the pole resolved the utilities main issues.

Michael Spasov indicated the utility has lost energy revenues of between $30-40 million (U.S.) a year. With MSI's solution, the amount of energy that is distributed at the transformer level is now 100% billable to residential and commercial customers with no opportunity to steal or by-pass meters because they are remotely controlled and securely enclosed on the pole. Successfully deploying this technology in emerging markets will enable MSI to demonstrate its solution globally. Multi-Source has now entered into negotiations with various government agencies and expects to finalize an agreement within 60 days.

The closing of the announced acquisition of Multi-Source by Trimax / PLC is expected to be finalized within 30 days. Multi-Source is an international provider of BPL services and equipment. It gives Trimax / PLC significant market traction with greater resources to contract and deploy BPL communications technology, particularly throughout North and South America, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

kann mir einer das erklären - hatte gestern abend noch letzt 10 k von tmxo.
sehe ,dass der kurs in usa abschmiert - will 5 k zu 44 drüben kaufen - bekomme keine obwokl der kurs bis auf 37 runtergeht ?
dann heute in fra. -obwohl umrechnungskurs bei ca. 31 ist kann ich einen grosteil zu 41 verkaufen und die anderen dann zu 39.
erst dann wurde runtergetaxt , aber noch immer stehen 10 k im bid.
wäre dankbar , wenn mir einer das erklären könnte.

Plan of Operations

Trimax Corporation is a provider of Broadband Over Powerline Solutions. The company is a high-technology systems integrator and provider of state of the art devices that supplies power-line communications (PLC) solutions for the commercial, residential, and industrial markets. Trimax Corporation provides a full spectrum of services through its FCC certified high-speed modems and devices. The services provide triple-play high-speed data communications using existing electrical wiring infrastructure such as secure high-speed 128kb encrypted Internet access, Voice Over IP services (VoIP) and high speed Internet video signals (IPTV). The electrical wiring already in place can become a backbone for a local area network. A gateway distributes data to multiple modems, which users plug into ordinary outlets to access data at speeds between 6mbps and 60mbps.

The company and its (BPL) Broadband over Powerline devices are presently FCC certified as well as having obtained certification in various parts of the world. No further research and Development is needed in order for the company to be able to sell and market its products. The company has secured various individual contracts within North America and various other parts of the world and anticipates on deploying its devices and bundled services sometime within the calendar year. The company will continue to search and secure additional contracts within 2006 for its devices and bundled services as it anticipates and foresees a trend towards the adoption of the technology.

For the three months ended March 31, 2006, the Company incurred a loss in the amount of $212,992. Most of the expenses incurred for this period were for basic monthly company expenses. Operation costs over the next year will depend on a number of factors, including the cost of manufacturing its products and devices to allow it to be more competitively priced with other present technologies as well as, the cost of conducting marketing research and preparing a marketing campaign.

Recent Developments and Discussions

On May 17, 2006, Trimax entered into an agreement with a broadband over powerline provider for the purchase of its hotel client service book. The purchase agreement calls for the acquisition of the service book for 50 Hotels, which represents recurring revenue stream from 4,600 rooms in total. The Company is projecting that a revenue stream of $400,000 will be realized within the next twelve months, commencing on June 28, 2006. As well, the acquisition allows for the potential to upgrade the services by adding applications and ISP provisioning to these Hotel sites.

Management has thus far funded its operations through various small investor private placements, but is still pursuing various sources of financing. The company has recently entered into discussions with a high net worth individual who has tentatively committed to invest between $750,000 and $1,500,000 USD. The company has also commenced searching for an investment banker with the intent of raising a secondary and much larger round of financing in order for it to fully complete its business plan objectives. The Company has entered and developed relationship's with other hardware providers that can deliver product at a much reduced cost from its previous supplier, which will allow the company to sell broadband power line communication access products, as discussed in note 1, which management believes will produce the necessary income to attain profitability in the future

Liquidity and Capital Resources

The company has raised private placement funds through various investors. The company continues to raise funds through various small individual investors to keep its business operational until it can be financed or self sufficient. The company foresees a trend towards the adoption of (BPL) Broadband over Powerline devices and the technology in general which will assist the company in the prospects of being able to attract and procure revenue generating clients and contracts. During the previous quarter the company addressed the issue of the cost disadvantages of its BPL products that were being derived from its previous supplier sources. Ich habe auch keine Ahnung. wollte wohl zu einem ngemessenen Kurs raus, klappt aber auch nicht. Liege bei 50-60% im Minus. Bin auf einen börsenbrief reingefallen.

Ja, diese Mail habe ich auch erhalten !!!!!! Ich habe aber erst heute Nachmittag bei 0,33 gekauft. Bin nun gespannt, ob die angekündigte "Explosion" morgen in den USA stattfinden wird. Bin schon zufrieden, wenn es gegen 1 USD gehen sollte.......... Abwarten und Tee trinken !

Diese Companie ist Müll!!
Wurde vor einem halben Jahr bei ca.60 !!! Cent empfohlen
und nach dem die Lemminge gekauft haben haben die
Guru-Anhänger verkauft.Bis vorgestern.
Jetzt die goldene Nadel im Heuhaufen,
vorher der brandneue Technologieknaller,balla.balla.
Morgen früh im xetra,38 Cent mitnehmen.
Gulf Shore und Alitalia kaufen!Beide mit Risiko aber
doppelter Chance.Nur meine Meinung.
Besser ein Ende mit Schrecken,als ein Schrecken

Nach dem gestrigen Aufschwung geht es heute im OTC-Trading wieder mächtig bergab mit TRIMAX. Ich hatte viel Glück, denn ich konnte mit 0,30€ ein- und 0,45€ wieder aussteigen. So gesehen, nicht übel...

Der Kursverlauf spricht Bände !!!
Vor 10 !!! Jahren hieß es schon : das Internetfähige
Stromnetz kommt,damals hießen die irgendwas mit dot.com.
Sind schon fünf Jahre Pleite....

Aber der Rebound von Paramount(fette Silberader festgestellt)
Alitalia(nach schlechten zahlen kaufen) DKM (Börsenmakler
Schnigge)Rekordzahlen kommen,da geht etwas.

Nichts für ungut,aber die goldene Nadel im Heustock
hat sich wohl als alte Lunte und Rohrkrepierer erwiesen,
oder glaubst du an den Rebound ?

er meint daß die aktie unterbeweret sei und die aussichten für das unternehmen gut sind.
kurs aktuel +40%
