Hobson/Palangana Site Tour – Analyst Comments and Photos

Dear Shareholder,
On February 25, last Thursday, UEC hosted a range of uranium industry professionals for a tour of the Company’s fully licensed Hobson processing facility and the Company’s fully permitted Palangana project in South Texas. Forty-five (45) professionals were on hand, including: representatives from Asian, European and North American utilities, uranium buyers from around the world, several fund managers, energy analysts, newsletter editors, welcoming politicians from both the state and local levels, and various South Texas landowners.
This tour was a great success for the Company. Without a question, every guest came away with a greater recognition of the Company’s near term production plans.

Subsequent to the site tour, several of the analysts in attendance published their observations and impressions of the Company’s progress.
For example, one day after his visit to Palangana and Hobson, Byron King, the editor of Energy & Scarcity Investor, an Agora Financial publication, stated:
“...I’ve also met many of the seasoned hands who will make it all happen…They’re among the best…These guys are chomping at the bit to bring the whole operation on line…right off the bat, this one company will increase the domestic supply pipeline by 33%...UEC has a lock on the south Texas uranium play… It's the only licensed processing facility in the region. So landowners are figuring out that they need to lease to UEC, or not lease at all.
“If you didn’t pick up any shares of UEC back in January you may want to pick them up today…I stick by my words from the original write-up: ‘“this is a great uranium play that fits into a great uranium story.’”
Rob Chang from Octagon Capital also followed up on his impressions in a note that included the following statements:
“During the tour, we were impressed with the quality of the facility and view it to be closer in quality to facilities operated by global majors than to a company with a US$200 million market capitalization. We are additionally impressed with the fact that the acquisition only cost UEC approximately $10 million in stock and a $1 million cash payment...
“General sentiment among those in attendance was that management appeared knowledgeable, organized, and capable.”
