The S-XGen is the newest contender in the rapidly expanding Ultra Mobile Personal Computer (UMPC) class of minicomputers. The S-XGen has a robust shock-proof 20GB hard drive, a 6.5" X 3.8" X 1.125" form factor, including a TFT Transflective Touch Screen viewable in sunlight, 802.11b/g and Bluetooth connectivity, SD MMC and Compact Flash sockets, 2 USB 2.0 ports, and a near full-sized Qwerty folding keyboard, stereo speakers and inputs/outputs, docking socket and tri-band cell phone communications capability. Las Vegas-based Seamless Wireless looks to be keeping most of the details on its new UMPC under wraps until CES lands in its hometown early next year, but the design alone should be enough to build at least a modicum of interest from those looking for something a little different than the usual fare. Sure, it's basically just a standard UMPC with a fold-up keyboard stuck on, but every flip and fold on a gadget gets an extra bonus point from us. The only other details that the folks at Seamless seem willing to divulge are that the device will include Bluetooth, WiFi, and cellular connectivity, and that it'll pack a 4-inch LCD and a promised 10 hours of battery life -- at least it did in the concept stage, when Seamless also said it'd be ready for market by October 2006, and that clearly ain't gonna happen.

So, hab mich heute mal intensiv mit S-xgem beschäftigt (morgen gehts später weiter). Ein Tipp alles selbst recherchieren. Im Internet alles abklopfen. Z.B. China!!! Bei google China einfach mal s-xgen eingeben. In fast allen Ländern wird über dieses Gerät in Techchannels berichtet. Und die Vorstellung auf der CES Messe in den USA kommt erst Anfang 2007. Also, wenn die in das Teil nur Schrott eingebaut haben und der Verarbeitung sowie der Vertrieb und Service nicht absoluter Müll sind, dann könnte das Investment noch sehr interessant werden.

Kaufüberlegungen muss leider jeder selbst abwägen.
Sich über Firmen, Nachrichten, Kurse, Kurse in den USA, etc. gut zu informieren ist pflicht.
Risiko bei Pennystocks ist sehr groß - Chance auch.
Wenn man Geld genug übrig hat oder entbehren kann,
dann mit wenig rein und auf loooong mit sehr viel wieder raus.
Ansonsten hat warten auf gute News noch niemandem geschadet.
Alles andere ist Risiko, das allerdings auch oft belohnt wird.

Daytrayder scheinen es richtig zu machen, die kaufen jetzt wieder bei 0,002 bis 0,003 ein und hauen die Dinger mit 50% bis 100% Gewinn bei 0,004 wieder raus. Außerdem ist Freitags bei vielen Werten ohnehin Gewinnmitnahme und Sicherung angesagt.

Leute Ihr seit hier in einer Trendaktie.
Das ist meist noch kleinerer Nebenwert, die aber kurz vor einem steilen Aufwärtstrend stehen.

Das Marktvolumen dieser Aktie ist so klein, dass sich dafür Banken, Fonds, etc. noch längst nicht interessieren.

Da steigt ihr in Aktien ein, bei denen IHR Erster sind, b-e-v-o-r die große Kursexplosion einsetzt. Über diese noch "unberührten" Aktien berichten auch die Finanzblätter viel zu spät. Sie berichten erst, wenn die Analysen der Banken da sind.
Erst dann können sie ohne großen Aufwand berichten. Die Redakteure müssen dann nicht selbst die ganze Forschungsarbeit leisten.

Ich bin voll und ganz deiner Meinung, was die Trendaktie angeht.
Man darf aber auch nicht vergessen, dass es schon viele Trendfirmen gab, deren Produkte sich nicht durchsetzen konnten oder die schlichtweg nicht genug Geld hatten, um sich solange über Wasser zu halten, bis ihre Produkte sich soweit durchgesetzt hatten, dass damit Geld verdient werden konnte.
Füur mich steht fest, SEAMLESS hat wunderbare Produkte, nur reicht das Geld????

Wir werden es bald wissen.

für die “controller” eine kleine übersicht; ich glaube die wird von SLWF fortgeführt und die diagramm-balken sollten auch größer werden, wenn die kommenden marketing-maßnahme (CNET / CES) ihren roll-out vollendet haben !! und das kommt schneller, als mann/frau denkt.





ach ja… wir hatten im board wilde/heisse diskussionen über die zuverlässigkeit des managements bzgl. Phenom… hierzu meine folgende gedanken:


• in sachen S-XGen finde ich das mmgt. überwiegend zuverlässig… da bewegt sich richtig was. übrigens hat SLWF dafür 1 mio. usd hingeblättert!!


• in sachen phenom kann die verzögerung m.e. nicht alleine dem mmgt. zugerechnet werden. da gibt es auch andere faktoren /stci könnte noch interessant werden, schließlich mußte SLWF 1,5 mio. usd software-development abschreiben!), hier ein auszug aus dem letzten jahresfiling (ziemlich weit unten):

On December 23, 2005 Software Technology and Consulting, Inc., (STCI) was sent a Notice of Default by us regarding their failure to deliver a completely debugged and corrected software program as per agreements. These programming bugs were discovered during the Company's Beta Testing of the product in October of 2005 when the core product was tested and it was found that several key functions failed to operate properly. STCI assured the Company that the problems would be fixed before December 15, 2005. As of this date no effort has been made by STCI to correct the problems and complete this project.

Hatte mich nach dem Chart-Warnzeichen erstmal mit anderen Aktien beschäftigt. (Leider auch nicht immer erfolgreich.) Aber dadurch habe ich keinen Auftrag erteilt zu 0,003, sondern nur hin und wieder einen Blick auf SLWF geworfen. In einem Anfall von Übermut habe ich heute einen Kaufauftrag zu 0,001 Euro in München erteilt mit Gültigkeit Jahresende. Bin gespannt, ob der ausgeführt wird und ob das dann im Laufe von 2007 zu einem Gewinn führen wird.

Hallo Zusammen,

leses immer mal wieder mich durch eure Postings.
Habe mich auch gerade auf der Homepage von seamless umgeschaut.
Dabei ist mir aufgefallen, dass die ein ganz schönes Minus einfahren.
Ich denke, dass der Aktienkurs für die momentane Situation gerechtfertigt ist. Seamless ist hochspekulativ.
Bin also gespannt wo die Aktie in einem Jahr steht.
Oder ob es sie gar nicht mehr gibt.

ein alter bekannter meldet sich mal wieder... bei 0,30 usd bin ich ausgestiegen; soll nichts heißen, nach 1 1/2 jahren habe ich aber genug und den glauben an das investment verloren. so wie ich früher gepostet habe, glaube ich eher an kurse von 0,1 usd mit market-cap 4 mio. usd.. wäre immer noch stramm für diese company, die zwar mit renenues aber nicht mit earnings glänzen kann. vielleicht täusche ich mich, das hoffe ich für euch.

Personal Computer in "ultramobilem" Format


Der S-XGen soll einen ausgewachsenen Laptop ersetzen können.

Rund 15 cm breit, 10 cm hoch und 3 cm tief: Auf den ersten Blick wirkt der kurz vor der CES präsentierte S-XGen von Seamless Internet Inc.[1] wie ein gewöhnlicher PDA. Der verbaute 520-MHz-Prozessor vom Typ Intel PXA 270 Xcale widerspricht dieser Einschätzung dann auch ebenso wenig wie das Betriebssystem (Microsoft Pocket PC) oder die vorinstallierte Anwendungssoftware (Microsoft Office Mobile Suite).

Als sichtbare Besonderheit verfügt das rund 400 Gramm schwere Gerät nur ab Werk über eine ausklappbare, abnehmbare Tastatur, die im entfalteten Zustand fast die Breite eines gewöhnlichen Desktop-Modells erreicht. Der Hersteller verspricht dennoch, dass der S-XGen mit seinem transflexivem 4-Zoll-Touchscreen-Display (Auflösung 470 × 280 Bildpunkte) einen ausgewachsenen Laptop ersetzen kann. Ausgestattet wurde das Gerät dafür mit einer 20-GByte-Festplatte.

Auch bei der Kommunikation will Seamless Maßstäbe setzen: Der S-XGen besitzt daher neben USB (1.1 für Active Sync, ansonsten 2.0), Bluetooth und IrDA noch einen 10/100-MBit-Ethernet-Anschluss und WLAN-Funktionalität (802.11b). Um dem Versprechen, es handele sich um einen "ultramobilen" PC, gerecht zu werden, ist das Gerät zugleich noch ein Triband-Handy. Allerdings glauben auch die Entwickler nicht, dass sich jemand dieses Mobiltelefon direkt ans Ohr hält – auch wenn dies dank integriertem Lautsprecher und Mikrofon möglich wäre. Stattdessen soll der Anwender ein Bluetooth-Headset benutzen sowie – zum Wählen – eine so genannte "Dialerkarte" in der Größe einer Kreditkarte. So kann das S-XGen in der Jackentasche bleiben.

In Deutschland wird man auf das Gerät noch etwas warten müssen: Bis zum März sollen erst einmal in den USA 10.000 Geräte an den Einzelhandel ausgeliefert werden, deren Listenpreis bei 1395 US-Dollar liegen wird. Auch auf den europäischen Markt strebt das Unternehmen mit dem Produkt, sucht derzeit aber nach eigenen Angaben noch nach einem Partner.

I was impressed with the level of sophistication at this facility, which manufactures electronics devices for some of the world’s most respected brands. Even so, they found the complexity of integrating the many functions and components contained within the S-XGen™ to be an engineering challenge and they rose to it – helping us create one of the most unique computing and communications devices available today.

I am also very pleased with the inroads Handheld Learning has made with the S-XGen™ in the educational market via integrating it with their RedHalo mobile managed learning platform. (PINKSHEETS: FGBF), a Nevada corporation, and 500,000 Rule-144 restricted (as of date of transfer) shares of common stock of DLR Funding, Inc., a Nevada corporation, (collectively, the "Repayment Shares") to Ayuda as payment in full of the three separate loans made by Ayuda to the Company with an aggregate balance of $4,904,508.03.

The transfer of the Rule-144 Restricted Repayment Shares from the Company to Ayuda has been completed and has been deemed satisfied in full.

The IBM BladeCenter® technology was chosen in order to upgrade the company’s network infrastructure for the secure transaction system for software and services purchases.

Chris Akins, Seamless CTO, stated that, "IBM's BladeCenter® gives us the most flexible and reliable architecture on which to deploy our products and services. I am very impressed with the quality of the BladeCenter® hardware and the options it gives us in quickly deploying new services."

Seamless is anticipating several significant benefits to deploying the IBM BladeCenter® technology, including:

• Lower acquisition costs;
• Lower operational costs for deployment and troubleshooting and repair;
• Lower power, cooling, and space requirements;
• Dramatically reduced cabling requirements;

• Potential total cost of ownership reductions of
- 10 to 20 percent for acquisition costs

On August 7, 2007, the Board of Directors of Seamless Wi-Fi, Inc. (the "Company"
and its "Board") approved a stock dividend payment of 400,000 shares of the
Company's holdings of 1st Global Financial Corporation Common Stock to the
Company's shareholders (the "Shareholders"). Pursuant to the Board's resolution,
beginning September 14, 2007, one share of 1st Global Financial Corporation
Common Stock shall be distributed for each 20,000 shares of common stock of the
Company (the "Shares") held by the Shareholders of record as of September 7,
2007 (the "Record Date"). Shareholders owning fewer than 20,000 Shares as of the
Record Date shall receive a cash in lieu payment on or before September 24, 2007
equal to 10% of their holdings based on the Shares' closing price on the Record
Date.



The officers of the Company were authorized and directed to perform all acts
necessary or appropriate to carry out payment of the stock dividend and cash in
lieu amounts.

...und schon wieder eine Lüge...der S-XGen sollte im Januar auf dem US-Markt erscheinen, jetzt spricht man von Vereinbarungen, 3000 Einheiten im ersten Quartal auzuliefern, für die auch Vorbestellungen vorliegen würden.

Laut SLWF in 2007 gäbe es aber schon zig tausend Vorbestellungen, wo sind diese alle geblieben? Die hat es bestimmt nie gegeben....da soll man jetzt noch an die 3000 glauben, die derzeit vorliegen würden?

....ich glaube dass alles erst, wenn es einen Beweis hierzu gibt, nicht nur so eine faule Aussage aus dem Munde des Lügners Al Reda!

Man muss schon einen echten Riss in der Schüssel haben, um sich über fallende Kurse zu freuen. So richtig wertvoll wird das ganze, wenn man wie Du investiert ist.

Bin hier seit 2005 investiert, erste Kaufkurse bei 0,11Euro und bis dato 15.000 Euro in den Sand gesetzt.

Meinst Du nicht auch, dass es mein gutes Recht ist, an SLWF noch etwas zu glauben in der Hoffnung, von den 15.000 Euro mal wieder was zu sehen?
