CROSS HAIR EXPLORATION - VERY UNDERVALUED

While that may seem like a bold statement, we do have benefit to compare CXX with a nearby neighbor in the Labrador Mineral Belt, Aurora Exploration, (AXU).

Allow me to recall comments from two esteemed sector analysts, Peter Grandich and Lawrence Roulston. Peter Grandich has stated that Cross Hair Exploration’s development is trailing AXU by about one year. With my own eyes and ears, I heard Mr. Grandich say on television that Cross Hair is the best undrilled project on the American continents. Yet on another occasion he said that Cross Hair is the best project that I have seen in my career. Lawrence Roulston has said that Cross Hair’s ‘Area C’ alone has the potential to rival AXU’s Michelin deposit. You may know that Aurora Exploration is the Uranium company spinoff from Fronteer Development Group.

So what does the neighbor AXU have? It has the Michelin deposit and a new promising discovery, Jacques Lake along with other prospective targets. There are 62 Million shares outstanding and at $13.50 per share, AXU has a market cap of $837 Million. Comparing that to Cross Hair’s fully diluted market cap of $185 Million leaves something to consider - Cross Hair Is Significantly Undervalued relative to neighboring AXU. Cross Hair is valued at only 22% of Aurora Exploration.

What does Cross Hair have for shareholders? Area ‘C’ will soon be a compliant deposit that will draw institutional interest. There are many targets that have been identified and some are under early stage drilling activity. Perhaps it may be useful to recall esteemed analyst Brien Lundin’s www.goldnewsletter.com comments from 18 months ago, initiating a recommendation of Cross Hair Exploration.

He mentioned a large, dense gravity anomaly that is the tell tale sign of an I.O.C.G.S./Uranium deposit. Area ’C’ is on the outside perimeter of the potential deposit which may be similar to Australia’s Olympic Dam deposit. So what has Cross Hair been doing?

Aside from expanding the resource on area ’C’ which was partially drilled by Shell, Cda., decades ago, drilling on areas ’B’ and ‘1 thru 4 ’
suggests so far that all the areas may encompass one large mineral deposit. If it ultimately proves up, shareholders could have a deposit worth Billions.

Management is on a promotional tour through nine states in the U.S. Listings on the Toronto and American Stock Exchanges have been mentioned. We are looking forward to news releases shortly, including ‘AREA 51’. What is ‘AREA 51’? Following Airborne imaging last year, ground follow up during the Winter, identified an area with extremely high Scintillimeter readings showing through a thick overburden. Ordinarily, overburden of just a few inches diminishes readings. No equipment was available, but digging 2 feet down did not penetrate the overburden. We are expecting the first drill results shortly.

In the interest of brevity, there are numerous other targets under exploration which is just beginning. Clearly, FRG’s spinoff AXU is a good model for comparison. Both are outstanding situations and the purpose is not to determine which of the two has more potential, but merely to compare value. In time, the drill will tell which of the two is more valuable.

It has been 18 months since I sold Fronteer Development Group for Cross Hair Exploration, and I don’t regret the decision. Once again, let those profits run and run.

Also wer in den nächsten 12 Monaten gut Geld verdienen will, kauft Crosshair.

This is a dynamic unfolding situation quickly moving forward, step by step, everything in due time.

Open for your consideration is analytical comparison of CXX with a nearby well known neighbor in the Labrador Mineral Belt, Aurora Exploration, (AXU), the spin off from Fronteer Development Group (FRG).

This is a look at professional analysis and opinion. First up are comments from two highly regarded sector analysts, Peter Grandich and Lawrence Roulston.

Peter Grandich has stated that Cross Hair Exploration’s development is trailing AXU by about one year. Some months back, Mr. Grandich said on television that Cross Hair is the best ‘Undrilled’ project on the American continents. Yet on another occasion he said that Cross Hair is the best project that I have seen in my career. These comments from Mr. Grandich were prior to the start of drilling which is still in early stage discovery. Recently, he said, following conversation with management that - “On A Scale Of One To Ten, it sounds like an Eleven, thus far“ . News is just starting to flow, folks.

Lawrence Roulston has said that Cross Hair’s ‘Area C’ alone has the potential to rival AXU’s Michelin deposit. You may know that Aurora Exploration is the Uranium company spinoff from Fronteer Development Group.
So what does the neighbor AXU have? It has the Michelin deposit and two new promising discoveries, Jacques Lake and Otter Lake along with other prospective targets. There are 62 Million shares outstanding and at $14.44 per share, AXU has a market cap of $895 Million. Comparing that to Cross Hair’s fully diluted market cap of $259 Million leaves something to consider - Cross Hair Is ‘Significantly Undervalued’ relative to neighboring AXU. Cross Hair is valued at only 29% of Aurora Exploration. That gap has been closing as the market adjusts the undervaluation of CXX’s shares.

What does Cross Hair have for shareholders? Area ‘C’ will soon be a compliant deposit drawing institutional interest. In the Nov. ‘06 issue of Gold newsletter, Brien Lundin said that Area C is growing MUCH MUCH LARGER, pointing to the potential convergence of several areas. There are many targets that have been identified and some are under early stage drilling activity. In the November issue he also said that Cross Hair Exploration is the most target rich Uranium explorer anywhere.

Perhaps it may also be useful to recall esteemed analyst Brien Lundin’s www.goldnewsletter.com comments from 18 months ago, initiating a recommendation of Cross Hair Exploration. He mentioned a large, dense gravity anomaly that is the tell tale sign of an I.O.C.G.S./ Uranium deposit. Area ’C’ is on the outside perimeter of the potential deposit which may be similar to Australia’s Olympic Dam deposit. So what has Cross Hair been doing? Aside from expanding the resource on area ’C’ which was partially drilled by Shell Canada., decades ago, drilling on areas ’B’ and ‘1 thru 4 ’ suggests so far that all the areas may encompass one large mineral deposit. Now in the December / January issue, Lundin reports that Lower Area C may may join with Area C with a rich mineral intersection. This will be drilled in 2007 as a priority target. If it ultimately proves up, shareholders would have a deposit worth Billions.

Management has wrapped up a promotional tour through nine states in the U.S. Listings on the Toronto and American Stock Exchanges have been mentioned. We are looking forward to news releases shortly, including Madsen Lake, Moran Heights, and ‘AREA 51‘. Croteau Lake, perhaps the most prospective area of all, is a newly identified area of much interest that will be drilled in early 2007 along with ‘Intense Infill’ drilling on Area C, likely Area B, and probably whatever becomes most interesting based upon the next set of drill results. There are numerous other targets, but perhaps most importantly, is the expected release in January of the updated Sec. 43-101 resource which, as mentioned, is then scheduled for intense ‘In-Fill’ drilling. That is what will draw institutions.

We are expecting the first drill results shortly on this and other areas prospective for deposit discoveries.

It may be useful to include thoughts and comments from some savy CXX shareholders. First up we have
Salmonblaster’s estimate of a potential resource which ‘ONLY’ assumes that Area C encompasses Area 1

      ** Salmonblaster’s Partial Estimate **

I just ran a hypothetical based on what I THINK the company has been telling us - that Area 1 and C zone may be one huge deposit, 2300 meters long, 300 wide, 20 deep.
Using a .10% grade, by my calculations that implies (subject of course to extensive verification by drills) a possible deposit of around 91 million pounds.

      300 X 300 X 20 = 13800000 meters cubed
      2200 lbs/tonne X 3 tonnes / meter cubed = 6600 lbs per meter cubed
      6600 pounds per meter cubed X 13800000 meters cubed = 91080000000 lbs
      9108000000 X 0.001 = 91 million lbs

Looks okay to me. Density of the ore is the variable. Obviously used a lower density.
As to the 2300m, 300m , 20m , and 0.1%, they don't sound out of the realm of possibility to me. JMO

      ** Mike78 Sees Price Potential To Low $ 20’s + **

Hi Daycare - I think 15$ per pound is around the right number to use to value CXX's potential Uranium reserves. It appears to be the kind of number the market is putting on AXU's findings thus far, next door. That leaves any potential acquirer the appropriate margin to mine and sell the U-308 (of course if U hits $100 per pound), the value of reserves will go up accordingly, to at least $25)

In the gold market acquirers are usually willing to pay 25% of the market value of reserves.
So if CXX might find 100MM pounds on the property, expect the stock price to hit $1.5 bb/70MM shares = approx $21.42 share. U price appreciation in the meantime will add to valuation.

The prize is delineation of C Zone with B Zone and Area 1. Potential in these areas alone is 100 Million lbs. + if proven to be combined at the size depth and grades some have assumed here. Just these Areas alone, have a projected value of $1.5 Billion or about $21.44 per share. That’s at $60.00 per pound Uranium.! Given the amount of drilling planned I don't think it takes very long, much the way it did not take long for AXU.

I became very excited when I re visited the company website and took stock of all of the potential discoveries CXX has on their properties. The IOCG target (C zones) is just the beginning!! GLTA

** Mmerlin Mentions More Value From Multi Mineralization **

Have read in other companys N/R's that the labs are backed up. Seems like every kid and his dog are drilling or about to drill in Labrador. Good thing our guys scooped up the high quality property that AXU didn't get. Most of the rest looks like moose pasture including the SSE property that a certain IDIOT is always promoting. Another thing that is slowing down the process is that the recent cores have been sent to 2 different labs one in Newfoundland for Au,Cu & Ag then off to Ont for U & ICP.

Clearly, FRG’s spinoff, AXU, is a good model for comparison with CXX. Both are outstanding situations and the purpose is not to determine which of the two has more potential, but merely to compare value. It’s rare for an explorer like CXX to have consenting opinions from multiple analysts and in my opinion, these have usually been winning situations,. In time, the drill will tell which of the two is more valuable in a powerful market for explorers. Expect both to move higher as we go forward. Good luck to shareholders of both winning companies. Thank you to contributors.

      JANUARY 30, 2007 - 09:15 ET

Crosshair Exploration & Mining Corp.: Report on 2006 Uranium Drilling Results from C Zone

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Jan. 30, 2007) - Crosshair Exploration and Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CXX) (the "Company") is pleased to announce final assays results from the 2006 exploration program at the Upper and Lower C Zones on the Central Mineral Belt Uranium property in Labrador.

      - All 58 holes drilled in 2006 successfully intercepted uranium mineralization.

      - The thickest and highest grades ever reported occur both in the Upper and Lower C Zones.

      - The Upper C Zone has now been extended 750 meters along strike and 350 meters down dip (250 meters vertically).

      - The Upper C Zone is open for expansion both along strike and to depth.

      - The Lower C Zone has been traced for 700 meters on strike and down dip for 500 meters and remains open for expansion.

Within the Upper C Zone that is emerging as the main corridor of mineralization, a zone of thicker and higher uranium grade material has been identified. Significant intercepts include:

      - ML-3 intersected 0.10% U3O8 over 12.90 meters.

      - ML-11 intersected 0.12% U3O8 over 14.63 meters (48.25 meters @ 0.05% U3O8).

      - ML-12 intersected 0.10% U3O8 over 9.00 meters.

      - ML-20 intersected 0.14% U3O8 over 30.30 meters.

      - ML-32 intersected 0.14% U3O8 over 28.90 meters.

      - ML-40 intersected 0.10% U308 over 13.15 meters (41.50 meters @ 0.05% U3O8).

      - ML-44 intersected 0.10% U3O8 over 9.15 meters.

      - ML-56 intersected 0.10% U308, over 6.13 meters (31.90 meters @ 0.05% U308).

This zone will be one of the main targets of the upcoming winter drill program.

Nine holes were drilled into the Lower C Zone (100 meters stratigraphically below the Upper C). The Lower C Zone was extended 500 meters down dip from the original Shell Canada Resources drilling in 1979. The new intercepts have significantly higher grades and thickness when compared to the historical results and include the following significant intercepts:

      - ML-44 intersected 6.10 meters of 0.10% U308

      - ML-47 intersected 4.50 meters of 0.10% U308

A new resource estimate will be compiled using results from the 58 diamond drill holes completed in 2006.

The 2007 drill program will be expanded with a significant increase in drilling in both the Upper and Lower C Zones. Maps and full assays from the 2006 program have been posted on the Company website at http://www.crosshairexploration.com/s/Addenda.asp?ReportID=1…
