Dear steadfast shareholders,


As Nettels founder/CEO, I feel confident that everyone is about to see rapid growth; at this stage we have already surpassed 3rd quarter results. This positive statement is shared by many who are involved in daily operations. We readily agree, and sense something unique is taking place on a much more consistent basis than ever before. I wasn"t going to offer an update until more conclusive facts came in, however some people feel they need to have answers that agree with their assessments and this is a grey area for your consideration and evaluation. The next release will show just how gradual or dramatic this rise has been for Nettel and those who want to help it grow like it is doing. Stock prices at this time are certainly no reflection or indication of the company"s overall health or its potential in the near future. We are ready to become known as a reliable company for many new clients who need our innovative talents and expertise in the telecom field. We have lots of compliments daily about how our user friendly services are so appreciated (especially regarding new customers).


2007 will be off to a good start by the activity Nettel shown was possible 3rd quarter. If the momentum stays at this brisk pace, I believe we?ll see stock rise accordingly, becoming increasingly popular.

Wieso jetzt - verspätete Reaktion auf den Newsletter?
Egal, Hauptsache das Interessen hält an und uns den Kurs hoch.
Das Portfolio liest sich jedenfalls sehr gut. Sollten Nettel nun wirklich den oft versprochenen Zustand erreichen, dass alle Systeme funktionieren und Umsatz generieren?!

Ich sehe ein erstes mal zumindest Zahlen
in Deinem letzten Posting !!!!!!!!außer und mfg !!!!

@Night ,kann es vielleicht auch sein,das da langsam die
250.000.000 Shares endlich raus müssen ,im Schnitt zu 0,15 Dollar !!!rechne mal ,davon kann man eine Weile ganz gut leben ,oder ???

Schau Dir mal den Kursverlauf vom Freitag ganz genau an !!!!

bzw. komme dort nicht weiter.Kann es an meinem Betriebssystem
liegen ???Das Setup des Adope Flash-Player findet den Plug In Ordner meines Browsers nicht .Wo findet man sein Plug In Verzeichnis.

Was steht in der Analyse ???
Laut aktuellem Kurs kann es nichts Gutes sein.

Analyst Summary
We are initiating coverage of Nettel Holdings Inc. (NTTL.OB) with a Speculative Buy rating and assign a
$0.32 price target. The catalyst for the rating and price target are based on both qualitative technological
considerations and quantitative valuation metrics of a bandwidth of approaches. In as much as NTTL is a
multi-segment company striving to become a successful business in VoIP telecommunications - used
computer equipment exports and commercial software development - perhaps the most noteworthy is
NTTL’s Telecommunications segment with the Advanced Voice Order Processing (AVOP) application,
acting as a real-time online marketplace (an “exchange” for sellers and buyers of VoIP traffic. The
proprietary software platform has been recently upgraded to support a larger number of exchange
members and possesses a number of features poised to make it popular among its clients. NTTL reports
that it has renegotiated contracts with its clients to benefit from better terms and that the
Telecommunications segment is gaining momentum as a whole, expected by the company to generate
over $50K per day, translating in over $4.5 million per quarter. The prepaid calling card business is also
expected to pick up, suggesting some good times ahead. These expectations come after the company has
demonstrated that it is able to generate multimillion revenues – in Q3FY05, before the renegotiations and
the software upgrade, NTTL reported over $7 million in revenues – an impressive number compared to
preceding and subsequent quarters. We believe that the company will once again reach seven-digit
revenues, quickly turning into a multimillion business during 2007.
NTTL also plans to launch a wide array of commercial software applications; however, we believe that
limited programming resources will slow down the launch and that software revenues will not be realized
until 2008. We also do not believe that the Equipment segment possesses the strength to turn into an
important revenue source. Nonetheless, we contend that the strengths of the Telecommunications segment
significantly outweigh the weaknesses of the other two segments and that a complete shutdown of the
equipment segment will not have a significant negative impact on the company. We also note that in the
event that NTTL finds the resources to ramp up these two relatively weak segments, they may transform
into important sources of revenue and risk diversification.
Among the risks attributable to NTTL, are the limited resource, slowing down the software segment
launch, low liquidity, the penny stock status of its shares and some others, shown below. Investors should
be aware of these risks and of the Speculative nature of our rating. However, we believe the benefits
outweigh the risks, and our valuation suggests a fair value of NTTL’s stock of $0.32.

ebenfalls danke von mir für Deine Mühe bzw. Infos !!!

Laut Analyse ist Nettel z.Z. pro Shares 0,32 $ wert .
Ein schwacher Trost für mich und die Einsteiger um die
0,65 § vor ca. 3 Jahren .Aber immerhin besser als garnichts !!!,
auch wenn ich nicht einmal an diese Analyse glaube !!!

Für mich sieht es danach aus,das Nettel Shares auf den Markt
wirft und für eine Jahresgage von ca. 20.000 Dollar den Kurs
pushen lässt !!!(mit Zangani hat dies wohl nicht geklappt !!)

Ein gutes Geschäft !!!für Nettel wohlgemerkt
