Hier mal ein Artikel zur größten Offshore LNG Anlage der Welt mal sehen ob Golar da ein paar ordentliche Aufträge abkriegt....

von stark überverkauft hochgeschnellt auf die 200 Tage Linie 7 usd, via short squeeze, die 200er touchiert u ausgebeult u in den letzten Minuten davon abgeprallt

nachhaltig durchkreuzt würde die 200er Linie wohl nur werden, wenn sich fundamental was geändert hätte- was ich bezweifele



analoger Chart für GOLAR:
stark überverkauft in Januar relativ zum Kanal (weiße Linien), seither einiges aufgeholt-



der Unterschied Öl zu Gas sollte nicht allzu sehr ins Gewicht fallen, die Charts verlaufen analog zueinander



allerdings,
Seadrill u Golar unterscheiden/ unterschieden sich erheblich in den Kennzahlen in dem Sinn, dass SDRL extrem billig war, Golar hingegen im Mittelfeld positioniert - soll heißen:

Seadrill vor einer Woche: KBV, KUV etwa 0,1 / 0,2
Golar KBV u KUV .... 10 / 100fach größer

aber, kurzfristig spielt das wohl keine Rolle

Szenario A: Golar analog zu Seadrill: es schnellt ebenfalls auf die 200er Linie hoch= 30$ - befeuert durch squeezing

Szenario B: Seadrill analog zu Golar: Seadrill fällt auf die untere Kanallinie zurück

Zahlen kamen heute,

wie bei Höegh;

beide beim KBV mit gut 1,6x derzeit fast gleich bewertet, allerdings ist Golar doppelt so profitabel.

Da ich hiervon noch weniger hatte, eben nochmal aufgestockt.

Sale of FSRU Golar Tundra to Golar LNG Partners LP

Hamilton, Bermuda: Golar LNG Limited ("Golar") announced today that it has entered into a purchase agreement to sell the Golar Tundra, a floating storage and regasification unit, to Golar LNG Partners LP ("Golar Partners" or the "Partnership") for a sale price of $330.0 million.

In connection with the closing, the Partnership will receive a daily fee plus operating expenses, aggregating to approximately $2.6 million per month, for Golar's right to use the FSRU from the date of the closing until the date that the Golar Tundra commences operations under its time charter with West Africa Gas Limited. In return, the Partnership will remit to Golar any hire income received with respect to the Golar Tundra during this period. The sale is expected to close in March 2016 and the vessel is expected to commence operations under its time charter with West Africa Gas Limited at the end of the second quarter of 2016.

The sale of the Golar Tundra will strengthen Golar's liquidity by approximately $130 million. The sale has been arranged in accordance with the Omnibus Agreement which regulates Golar's obligation to offer any vessel on charter for more than five years to the Partnership.

Golar LNG unwinds part of Total Return Swap

Golar LNG Limited ("Golar" or the "Company") today announced that it has settled and reduced its exposure under its Total Return Swap ("TRS") agreement from 3.5 million shares to 3 million shares through a direct acquisition of 500,000 shares. The Company now owns these 500,000 shares outright as treasury shares and continues to hold TRS contracts for a further 3.0 million shares. Excluding treasury shares, the number of outstanding shares in Golar after this transaction has been reduced to 93,046,663.

The Company has been reserving cash as collateral against its TRS agreements and the cash cost of unwinding the forward contract in respect of these 500,000 shares was substantially funded by a corresponding release from the cash collateral.

FSRU Schiffe,Tanker werden von den billigen Preisen und hohen Mengen profitieren
und die FLNG Technologie ist sehr wettbewerbsfähig
wenn Ophir Energy in 2016 grünes Licht gibt,wäre das nach dem genehmigten Cameroon Projekt eine weitere Bestätigung
letztlich wird es ein Rattenrennen bei Öl,Gas und Kohle geben,wer die günstigsten Projekte umsetzen kann,oder die entsprechende Technologie anbieten kann
denn aufgrund des Klimawandels läuft die Zeit (sehr) langsam aber sicher ab,die Ressourcen zu Geld zu machen
