NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FFGO - News) confirms that Hunt Gold Corporation, in which it holds an interest of 48% of the outstanding stock; has today terminated the services of its Transfer Agent, Action Stock Transfer Corp; and with immediate effect.

The Management of both Fortress Financial Group, Inc. and that of Hunt Gold Corporation is of the opinion that this is in the best interests of stockholders.

It was promised that the stock in Hunt Gold Corporation would be issued immediately to Fortress Financial Group, Inc. stockholders; and made available to all eligible stockholders.

Action Stock Transfer appears incapable of satisfying our request in a reasonable period time.

We will honour our promises to our stockholders and ensure that this is completed without any further delays.

A new Transfer Agent will be immediately appointed to Hunt Gold Corporation and the details announced on Monday January 7, 2008.

(PINKSHEETS: FFGO - News) announced on January 4, 2008 that Hunt Gold Corporation, in which it holds an interest of 48% of the outstanding stock; had terminated the services of its Transfer Agent, Action Stock Transfer Corp; and with immediate effect.

Les Smiedt joins Fortress Financial Group, Inc. to head the Company's Marketing and Advertising

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FFGO - News) confirms that the Company has appointed Mr. Les Smiedt as a Marketing and Advertising Consultant to the Company with immediate effect. Mr. Smiedt has entered into a five year contract with the Company, a copy of which is being filed shortly on a Form 8-K with the SEC.

The Form 8-K filing will contain all of the details of Mr. Smiedt’s remuneration and incentive package with the Company.

Leslie (“Les”) Smiedt, age 55, is an inventor with extensive experience in the manufacture and marketing of new and innovative products. Hallo,

habe diesen Dreck auch noch im Depot. Nach dem Kapitalschnitt sind es genau 12350 Stück (Verlust von 98,9% :laugh

Ich wollte sie heute verbilligen aber meine Bank (Comdirekt) meinte, die wären nicht handelbar, da unter der WKN A0M22K eben nicht handelbar, sondern es wären fiktive K/V. Und da alle deutschen Banken über die Nasdaq OTC handeln, könnte keine Bank diese Pinkshit Aktie handeln. Kommt mir bitte nicht mit Comdirekt ist Scheisse oder so...möglicherweise stimmt das.

Meine Fragen:
1) Welche Bank oder welcher Onlinebroker handelt die Dinger offiziell?
2) Kann man sich bei der Bank zu 1) kurzfristig anmelden?
3) Gibt es eine WKN unter der die Dinger in der USA gehandelt werden? Für die Comshit muss eine 6-stellige WKN sein, Die 7-stellige, die in meinem Musterdepot angezeigt wird gilt nicht.
