Nö, da müssen schon 20 Nullen weg.
Bis die aufwachen kannst Du für 1000.0000.000.000 USD vielleicht noch eine Dose Cola kaufen.
Aber nur wenn die schnell aufwachen.
Wenn ich mir anschaue was gerade passiert, waren wir mit unseren Containerschiffen um das viele Geld abzutransportieren garnicht so falsch gelegen.

Möglicherweise werden selbst die verschmähten GWGO Assets noch mal was Wert sein, wenn es sie denn geben sollte.

Ich hätte da mal eine Frage, da ja einige hier schon seit langem dabei sind, wie ist eigentlich der Stand mit den zugesicherten Dividenden. Ich bin seit 2005 hier am Start und demzufolge auch bezugsberechtigt, was die Dividenden zu den bekannten Minen betrifft. Eigentlich wollte ich die schon ganz gern haben oder habt ihr die schon abgeschrieben.

Ich habe in letzter Zeit Viel über euch gelesen was ihr vom Stapel
lässt.
Ihr schreibt eine Menge Schwachsinn und vertreibt euch die Zeit
mit unsachlichen Argumente.
Ihr solltet lieber die Zeit nutzen und ein paar IQ Tests durchführen,
dan wisst ihr wenigstens das andere intelligenter sind und auf euer
Gelaber nicht eingehen.
Euer Thread ist ein Fall für den Neurologen,ein bekannter von mir ist
Psyhiater und ich habe ihm ein paar Seiten von eurem Gelaber ausgedruckt,er hat nur mit dem Kopf geschüttelt und meinte denen
ist nicht mehr zu helfen.

Also nur damit ihr wisst was Experten über euch Denken.

ich würde mich auf Diskussionen in diesem Thread nicht einlassen,
hier gibt es Leute die wollen das man deren Unglück mit denen
teilt,ich finde es übertrieben was einige schreiben,und ich kann es nicht verstehen das man nach so einer großen Pleite sich mit
Great west gold new sich die Hände schmutzig macht.
Mal ganz ehrlich Sie haben sich bestimmt auch von den übertriebenen
Optimismuss am Anfang verführen lassen,kann ich auch nachvollziehen,
aber das es einige immer noch nicht kapieren und so einen Schrott
noch schreiben der in Richtung Optimismus geht,ist für mich entweder
Betrug oder Dummheit, warscheinlich beides.
Es gibt so viele Betrüger Aktien die katastrophal gelaufen sind, und
dann kommen die Hirnlosen,die noch an einen Wunder glauben und
müllen die ganzen Threads voll mit Optimismus.
Ich habe nichts dagegen wen man sich Sachlich und ehrlich über eine
Firma unterhaltet,aber wenn manche anfangen zu spinnen,dann sinkt
das Nivou von diesen Threads,es hat mit freie Meinung nichts mehr
zu tun wen man nur Mist schreibt.

Ich wünsche Ihnen viel Glück an der Börse,und lassen sie sich mit
Gesprächen mit Spinnern nicht ein.

Du solltest mal Deinen Freund fragen, ob er Dich kostenlos untersucht.

Die Leute die hier noch Posten tun das aus Ironie.
Jeder hier hat noch was von dem Schrott im Depot. Aber es lohnt nicht, das Klopapier zu verkaufen, weil daran nur der Makler verdient.
Wenn es Dich stört, dass Leute, die sich gut verstehen, hier etwas Blödsinn labern, dann such dir halt einen anderen Thread.

Kannst es ja mal bei den Jungs von der Telekom oder der IKB versuchen. Sollen ja echte Wachstumswerte sein.
Aber fang nicht an, hier die langjährigen User dumm anzulabern.

Ich habe lächerliche 5000 Stück im Depot reingepackt mehr wollte
ich nicht.
In Berlin werden die aber noch gehandelt.
Ich glaube von Cascade Energy sind ca 100 Millione Anteile auf dem
Markt so viel ist das nicht.
50 bis 100 Euro kann man riskieren finde ich,angenommen Cascade
bricht aus und wegen 50 Euro ist man nicht dabei.
Ich Zocke gerne und mir ist es auch egal ob es klappt oder nicht
eine kleine Summe ist der Spaß aber wert.

Also ich habe mir jetzt auch mal überlegt mit 50€ zu zocken. Ich würde gerne bei Porsche einsteigen.Weiß jemand, ob ich dann nur 0,0375006 Aktien in mein Depot bekomme? Oder wird das dann aufgerundet auf eine Porsche Aktie? Habe leider keinen Psyhiater, wie zum Beispiel gutenabend, der mir mal schnell beratend zur Seite steht.

Also ich würde mein Geld lieber der IKB zur Verwaltung geben. Die wissen wie man ein richtig großes Rad dreht.
Ich werde morgen mal dort nachfragen, ob ich meine GWGO Aktien in die Verwaltung dort einbringen kann.
Schließlich ist mein Verlust mit GWGO prozentual mindestens genauso groß wie der Verlust, den die IKB produziert hat.
Nur GWGO sind Betrüger und die IKB Leute sind Banker.
Wo ist da der Unterschied ?????
Aber möglicherweise springt die KFW ja nochmal ein und ich bekomme meine ganze Kohle wieder.

Mehr als 50 Euro sollte man für Klopapier eben nicht ausgeben ,
ich wickle die Scheine in meinem Klopapierhalter ein ,damit meine
Gäste etwas zu Lesen haben, und sich beim Scheißen die Namen von den
Scheißfirmen einprägen.
Habt ihr schon mal eine US OTC AKTIENKLOROLLE gesehen, zum
Kackengeil.
Ein Prototyp von mir selbst entwickelt,US OTC AKTIENKLOROLLE hat
ein Digitaldisplay 5" Zoll und man tippt die WPKN ein,und schon
kommt eine Aktie zum Arschabwischen heraus.
Ich habe dafür schon ein Patent gesichert.
Und falls die Rolle leer wird kann man direkt aus dem Klo online neue
Scheine ordern.

Tja so einen Luxus hat nicht jeder nur ich .

Ich war jahrelang im Waisenhaus, für mich sind 50 Euro eine
Menge Geld.
Als Kind wurde ich einfach ausgesetzt und dan bekam ich im
alter von 10 Jahren eine Patentante die mich aufgenommen
hatte,ich war sehr dünn und total abgemagert,sie hatte
mich wieder aufgepepelt und bezahlte meine Waldorfschule
dort lernte ich spielerisch schreiben und lesen,sie sagte
zu mir:,,Mein Junge eines Tages wird mal was ganz Großes aus
Dir.Eines Tages blätterte ich in der Börsenzeitung und
fragte meine Tante,was sind Aktien ?
Meine Tante meinte,damit kann man Geld verdienen oder Geld
verlieren,ich entschied mich natürlich für Geld verdienen.
Weil ich ja schon während der Waldorfschule alles spielerisch
lernte entschloss ich mich um spielerisch nur mit 50 Euro
zu investieren.
Meine Waldorfschullehrerin Frau Kaschitzki meinte zu mir
man soll mit dem Geld vorsichtig umgehen.
Sie hatte natürlich wie immer Recht, hätte ich nicht auf sie
gehört, dann hätte ich eine Menge Geld verloren.
Frau Kaschitzki ist leider vor 6 Monaten gestorben,jetzt
kann sie mir keine guten Tips mehr geben.

Naja ist ja auch egal,ich will euch mit meinen privaten
Geschichten nicht belasten.

ich muß mich doch sehr über den Inhalt Deines posting wundern. Das hat mit Fortress Financial Group, Inc. doch gar nichts mehr zu tun. Mein Kopf macht zudem während dem Lesen so eine Art Schüttelbewegung. Ich glaube ich muß mal meinen Psychiater besuchen.

Hiermit ermahne ich Dich Arubabeachclub den Ernst beiseite zu lassen und Dich vollkommen auf Fortress Financial Group, Inc. zu konzentrieren. Oder meinst Du ich schwitze umsonst Blut und Wasser, da ich hier gewaltiges Kapital investiert habe !!!

Ich habe nämlich ziemlich genau 6666,66 Aktien und bei einem aktuellen Kurswert von 0,0075 kannst Du Dir ausrechnen mit wieviel ich hier drinne bin.

es tut mir sehr leid, sollte ich Sie durch mein Posting seelisch gequält oder verletzt haben.
Selbstverständlich werde ich in Zukunft alles unternehmen, um solche sinnfremden, irreführenden Postings zu vermeiden.

Warscheinlich nix.
Die Gurke ist tot und wird erst wieder zum Leben erweckt, wenn sich keiner mehr daran erinnert.
DAnn gibt es einen neuen Namen, CEO, Geschäftszweck und eine neue Story auf die wieder genügend Deppen wie wir reinfallen.
Frag mal merenge. Der hat glaube ich einen Anwalt gefragt.
Was dabei rauskam, weiß ich aber nicht.

Ich hab nur noch cash, einen put auf den DAX und Goldminen. Der Put war zwar heute nicht der Bringer ist aber immer noch gut im Plus.
Alles andere ist mir im Moment zu riskant.
Lieber ein paar Wochen nix gewonnen als alles weg.

Ich weiß dass bei einer Klage meistens nicht viel dabei heraus kommt.
Fakt ist doch aber..es gibt sämtliche Fillings und die sind ja alle schriftlich festgehalten,dass wir von den anderen Unternehmen Aktien erhalten hätten sollen.
Das ist ja nicht passiert und dürfte doch eigentlich ein Ansatzpunkt für eine Klage sein.

Ihr habt Euch ja erstaunlich lange gehalten in diesen Chat

Habe mit entsetzen feststellen müssen das fast alle Top Empfehlungen der Pro.dingsdabums und Bullyrei in den Miesen sind mit -40 bis -80% wobei die Watchlist erst 1 Jahr alt ist.
Die Totalverluste habe ich einfach mal ausgeblendet.
Wo kriegen die blo? Ihre Super Perf.-Zahlen her? Und wer zahlt dafür?

Und ich dachte die hätten wir schon gefunden.....

Nahe Tiflis fanden Forscher der Universität Bochum das älteste Bergwerk zur Herstellung von Gold. Fasziniert sind die Archäologen vom guten Zustand der 4500 Jahre alten Anlage und dem professionellen Abbau. Aus dem gefundenen Gold entstanden zahlreiche Statuen und Schmuckstücke.

Nahe Sakdrissi, etwa 50 Kilometer südwestlich von Tiflis, fanden Thomas Stöllner und Andreas Hauptmann von der Ruhr-Universität Bochum ein altes Goldbergwerk aus dem frühen dritten Jahrtausend vor Christus. Es zählt damit zu den ältesten bekannten Goldbergwerken der Menschheit. In der Bronzezeit vor etwa 4500 Jahren wurde das Gold des Bergwerks gehandelt.

Fasziniert sind die Bochumer Forscher vor allem vom guten Erhaltungszustand der prähistorischen Anlage. In acht Gruben, die dicht beieinander angelegt sind, wurde sowohl über als auch unter Tage Gold abgebaut. Die Untertagegruben reichen neun bis zwanzig Meter in die Tiefe. Erhaltene Werkzeuge belegen, dass die Menschen damals auch kleinste goldführende Quarzgänge ausbeuteten. Über Tage fand eine rege Weiterverarbeitung des Erzes statt, und am nahe gelegenen Fluss wurde das Gold vermutlich ausgewaschen. Plätze, an denen das Gold eingeschmolzen wurde, haben die Forscher allerdings noch nicht gefunden. In vielen Museen liegen kleine goldene Statuen und Schmuckstücke von Nadeln über Ringe bis zu Halsketten aus der Bronzezeit. Das Material für diese Kunstwerke stammt in vielen Fällen aus der Grube von Sakdrissi, wie die Forscher jetzt anhand von Spurenanalysen nachweisen konnten.

Mindestens 25 Gegenstände aus dem Zeitraum von 2500 bis 1500 vor Christus konnten die Forscher auf das Gold der uralten Gruben zurückführen – ein Großteil davon wurde im alten Griechenland hergestellt. 3000 v. Hi ,
Ich habe kein Problem,weil ich die Finger von solchen looser Papiere lasse.
Es ist nicht nur Great West Gold, sondern auch noch andere
amerikanische looser Aktien die ich beobachte.
Ich kann nur wiederholen das nur looser so etwas kaufen, weil sie hoffen das eines Tages das große Geld kommt,aber in wircklichkeit
kommt eine Entäuschung nach der anderen.
Als ich negative Bemerkungen schrieb und womit ich auch leider
Recht hatte,werde ich als der Idot dargestellt nur damit andere
die Versagt haben als Gewinner stehen.
Ich finde man soll nicht gleich beleidigt sein wen jemand über
looser Aktien herzieht.
Oder hat jemand von euch Angst das ich neue Investoren vergraule.
Ich habe eine Bemerkung von einem User gelesen:Es lohnt nicht mehr
die Anteile zu verkaufen,der Markler würde nur dabei verdienen.
Great West Gold hat schon so oft euer Geld in den Sand gesetzt,
und trotzdem haben einige noch nachgekauft.

Wenn mich persöhnlich jemand verarschen würde,dann würde ich so eine Betrügerfirma nicht in Schutz nehmen,ich würde sagen aus

Einige haben ein paar Tausend Euro in den Sand gesetzt.
Meine Frage

Haben diese Leute wircklich geglaubt das man mit Müll Geld verdienen kann ?
Ja aber nur wenn man in eine Recyclingfirma investiert.
GWS sollte Resycling betreiben,den die Investoren kauften ja schon
Müll Papiere.
Great West Gold hätte auch genug Arbeit,wenn die eine Resyclingfirma eröffnen würden.
Die haben so viel Müll produziert in der Vergangenheit,sie bräuchten Jahre um ihre verfallenen Papiere zu entsorgen.
600 Milliarden Aktien und dan nochmal 300 Millionen Müll.
Ich finde Great West Gold müsste Ärger von der Umweltaufsichtsbehörde bekommen.
Jetzt weis ich auch inzwischen warum sich unser Klima verändert !
Die holzen den ganzen Regenwald ab um ihre Great West Gold Anteile
zu drucken. Schon mal was von Resycling gehört ?
Demnächst kauft der Georg Busch kein Erdöl mehr im Nahen Osten,sonder die verfallenen Anteile von GWG um zu heizen.

Ich sage nur ,

rettet das Klima und kauft keine Anteile von Great West Gold mehr

sondern kauft euch eine Kiste Bier da kauft ihr auch gleichzeitig
1 QM Regenwald noch dazu .

Hast Du auch gesehen, wie "gigantisch" die Umsätze sind.
Es wurden immerhin 32000 shares zu 0,02 gehandelt = 640 USD = ca. 450 Euro
Wir werden aber bald sehr reich

THAT'S GOOD TO KNOW, the company are obviously trying to avoid undue criticism from past actions, and to clean up their act, without hype, so far, for the future. They are are preparing the ground upon which to build.

My email to them was not a specific personal enquiry, it was a general one, hence stock reply. But in their reply it says, if noted:- "....Should you require to know the exact stockholding that you have in each of those five companies (if eligible on the "Record Dates"), kindly advise me as to the stockholder name and address and we will be in a position to scrutinise the stockholder registers and advise you accordingly....."

So, it further indicates they are trying to clean up their act. These are the signs we must read, and ask WHY? To me it appears to indicate better things are coming.

As we all know the saying 'a leopard never changes his spots' we think. therefore, another scam. If so, from where we are, we are in at the beginning, and we can't really lose any more. So, legit, or scam, we should only gain - at least enough to get our money back.

It seems Bezanno is back in the saddle also. The signs, while maintaining caution, do look good. They are obviously holding back all positive stuff (if any) on the new venture until the right moment it can have the greatest impact, which is exactly what I would do in these circumstances.

Hold fast, and keep your powder dry. Wait until you see those BIG dollar signs clearly in the whites of their eyes.

PS Of course, there could be one other reason, but naw, I'll keep that for another time let's enjoy a bit of good news for a day or two. However, if I detect any signs, I will share it with you.

Please be advised that the Company started trading yesterday, Monday October 8, 2007 under its new Trading Symbol “FFGO” and its new CUSIP Number : 34958T107. The Company has filed a Form 8-K to this effect, with the SEC.

The Company has a professional IR company preparing its new Corporate web site and I am not sure as to when it will be completed. Stockholders will be notified accordingly.

I can confirm that the Company did effect 5 (five) separate distributions (spin offs) to its stockholders, as follows :-

1) Ambassador Gold Holdings Plc – For Stockholders of Record as at January 2, 2006.

2) Bouse Mining Holdings Plc - For Stockholders of Record as at November 7, 2006.

3) Copperstone Mining Holdings Plc - For Stockholders of Record as at December 2, 2005.

4) Golden Eagle Mining Holdings Plc - For Stockholders of Record as at January 4, 2006.

5) Sentinel Resource Holdings Plc - For Stockholders of Record as at November 14, 2005.

We are in possession of the stockholder registers for each of those companies. We are maintaining these stockholder registers “in house” at this time, to reduce costs.

Should you require to know the exact stockholding that you have in each of those five companies (if eligible on the "Record Dates"), kindly advise me as to the stockholder name and address and we will be in a position to scrutinise the stockholder registers and advise you accordingly.

All shares in these companies are being held “on book” for on behalf of the shareholders. The Company is expecting to effect deals on each of these five mining holdings, fairly shortly and stockholders will be advised accordingly. Please note that whilst Great West Gold, Inc. is now primarily focussed on credit/debit card and payment solutions, it still holds the same Gold Mining Exploration assets, these stockholdings are completely unaffected.

The Company did effect certain stock splits and its Transfer Agent (Computershare) does hold a large number of shares “on book” for stockholders, in respect of these “Dividend Shares”. These are unrelated to the above-mentioned five distributions. We are in possession of that schedule and we are in a position to advise you if shares of the Company’s Common Stock are being held by that Transfer Agent. Im Raging Bull Board ahben einige diese Mail von Lumpi auch bekommen.
Es sind zwar wieder die gleichen Satndardsprüche dabei das man jemanden engagiert hat die Webside Professionell zu gestalten und das die namen der Aktionäre bekannt sind die Anspruch auf Divi haben usw, aber wer weiß, Wunder gibt es immer wieder, und Lumpi macht richtig kOhle wenn er die 5 Minen an die Börse bringt, ob wir davon was sehen???? der Kurs dürfte aber hochgehen.
Letztes Jahr gab es auch daas Sommerloch udn dann bis Ende des Jahres viele Ankündigungen.
Schaun wir mal.

Wenn sich das bewahrheitet, dann werde ich doch mein Geld wieder haben! Trotzdem muß man hier vorsichtig sein, weil Lumpi in diesem Jahr so viel und sehr oft gelogen hat. Wenn er es wirklich ernst meint, dann erwarte ich hier sogar 1$ Aktienkurs!
Ich habe keine andere Wahl, ausser WARTEN und Hoffen!!!

Susan Last ist net mehr bei Computershare, Kim Portet hat mir eben geantwortet.
Er schrieb das was auch Lumpi schrieb das Fortress in Eigenregie da es billiger ist die Lsiten verwaltet udn dann alles selber regelt

Hier kann gar nichts mehr helfen. Zwar gab es einen winzigen Funken Hoffnung, aber es sieht so aus, als ob hier nichts mehr helfen könnte.

Diese Aktie ist für mich definitiv tot, Lumpi ist und bleibt der größte Lügner der Welt. Er und GWGO haben noch nie ein einziges Unze Gold ausgegraben. Alles von Anfang an eine Lüge und Betrug.

Ich hab´s mir abgewöhnt und lass die Sch.... einfach liegen.
Wenn stimmt was er schreibt dann freu ich mich, wenns nicht stimmt, warte ich bis 2011.
Ach ja, am 15.10. ist D-Day für die grandfather Regelung.
Ich denke zwar nicht, dass es gerade bei WAGI/GWGO/GWGD/FFGO usw. was zu bedeuten hat, aber im Amiland haben die schon seit 2 JAhren darauf spekuliert.
Vielleicht wirds ja doch eine Überraschung.
Ich halte es aber eher für den Beginn eienr neuen Lügenkampagne.

Company Confirms Negotiations to Dispose of Certain of the Company's Portfolio of Gold Mining Exploration Assets

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FFGO - News) confirms that it is now in advanced negotiations to dispose of its interests in the following gold mining exploration properties: “Mockingbird”, “Golden Eagle” and “Ambassador”.

ADVERTISEMENT
The negotiations in respect of the sale of the “Mockingbird”, “Golden Eagle” and “Ambassador” Gold Mining Exploration properties; are being conducted with a publicly quoted company in the USA. This would result in the immediate and proper exploration being conducted on these Gold Mining Exploration properties, a very strong incentive to the Management of your Company and to the minority stockholders in these three Gold Mining Exploration properties.

Genau da liegt ja das Problem, bei dem Sa...haufen!!!!
Die hatten das ja vor einem Jahr noch nicht hinbekommen, deswegen hab ich ihnen halt meine Infos noch mal geschickt!!!
Vielleicht hat es ja geholfen und wir/ich bekomme noch zu lebzeiten ein paar mehr Wertlose (oder auch nicht) Aktien in mein Depot gebucht!!!!

The Company is now in a position to confirm that this transaction is expected to be concluded shortly.
The Company, in the same announcement, disclosed that was in preliminary discussions to dispose of the balance of its interests in its two additional Gold Mining Exploration properties; namely "Bouse." and "South Copperstone".
The Company is in a position to confirm that it is now in the final stage of negotiations in respect of this transaction, being the sale of interests in "Bouse" and "South Copperstone" and it is now expected that this transaction will be concluded without any further delay. DETAILED ANALYSIS OF TRANSACTIONS :-

1. Hunt Gold Corporation is acquiring the entire Issued Share
Capital of Sentinel Resource Holdings plc ("Sentinel"), being
2,200,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each from Fortress Financial
Group, Inc. (being the majority stockholder, through its wholly
owned Investment Company, Western Diversified Mining Resources,
Inc.) and the other stockholders of Sentinel.

Sentinel, through its wholly owned subsidiary company, owns the
rights to the "Mockingbird" Gold Exploration properties.

Hunt Gold Corporation will be issuing 1 share of its Common Stock
for every 4 Ordinary Shares of 1p, in Sentinel.

Hunt Gold Corporation will be issuing an amount of 550,000,000
shares of its Common Stock to acquire 100% of Sentinel.

These shares are being issued as follows:-

268,750,055 shares of Hunt Gold Corporation Common Stock to
Western Diversified Mining Resources, Inc. (a wholly owned
Investment Company of Fortress Financial Group, Inc.)

54,999,945 shares of Hunt Gold Corporation Common Stock to
Searchlight Exploration, LLC, the Mining Partner to Sentinel and
beneficiary of royalties on future mining production.

226,250,000 shares of Hunt Gold Corporation Common Stock to other
minority stockholders of Sentinel, these being beneficiaries of a

Fortress Financial Group, Inc. does not intend to retain all of its stock in Hunt Gold Corporation and intends to distribute the majority of its stockholding in that Company, to Fortress Financial Group, Inc. stockholders, as a special Stock Dividend, in the near future. Fortress Financial Group, Inc. (formerly Great West Gold, Inc.) stockholders who were eligible for Stock Dividends in Sentinel (November 14, 2005), Ambassador (January 2, 2006) and Golden (January 4, 2006), will be receiving a total amount of 407,250,000 shares of Hunt Gold Corporation Common Stock.

All of these terms and conditions have been agreed upon by all of the parties and are effective as of today. This will be the Effective Date, upon which date the shares in Sentinel, Ambassador and Golden are exchanged for shares of Hunt Gold Corporation Common Stock.

This is a very brief overview of these mining projects.

The “Mockingbird” Property:-

Dr Wayne P Colliston, compiled this report in August, 2004 on the “Mockingbird” gold (silver – copper) property.

At the gold price of approximately US$400/oz (in August 2004), this provides a value estimate for the deposit in the range of up to $400 million. The estimated gold resource does not include the potential of the 16 gold placers identified on the property. At the current Gold price of circa US$800/oz, the revised and updated valuation report being prepared by Dr Colliston, will be significantly higher.

INTRODUCTION:

The Projects are located in the historic Mockingbird Mining District, about 50 miles (80 kilometres) southeast of Las Vegas. The project area is on federal lands about 5 miles (8 km) west of the major Las Vegas / Phoenix highway and within 10 miles (16km) of the Colorado River; it comprises of 4 claim groups spread over 2,500 acres.

As such, enough is known about the Projects to warrant reassessments of their mineral resource potential.

In Arizona, the Company will enter one of the most exciting and historical gold producing areas in the USA with its new high potential gold projects namely, the Mockingbird and Great West Gold Project including the four claim groups. Significant reserves and gold mineralization are expected at depth, constrained by the structural controls associated with the Mockingbird detachment fault.

The sources of information available at the time of compilation of this report have been extracted from reports of the US Geological Survey, reports prepared for Golden Sierra Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary Company of Hunt Gold Corporation) and references from the gold industry including other Arizonian gold projects.

The resource potential available to the proposed future operations has been estimated by the project managers and consultants based on data drawn from reports and records related to the Golden Sierra Limited and previous operations. There is no reason to doubt the authenticity or substance of those records and we believe that for the purposes of this report the estimates extracted from those reports could be acceptable.

A complete audit of the information available at the time of compilation has not been carried out, and the valuation of the mineral potential contained in this report assumes that confirmation of certain of the resources will be carried out at an early stage of exploration.

The investigations have concentrated on the review of the gold resource within the Mockingbird Project area and have relied on estimates and proposals as provided by Golden Sierra and previous data to make the review and estimates. There is no reason to doubt the information so obtained.

TITLE

Mining title consists of 2500 acres (1,011.72 HA) of mineral rights and comprise a number of federal claims namely:

Lode deposits: three

Placer deposits: sixteen.

And Claim Groups, which consist of:

The Mockingbird Claims, the Dandy Claims, the Great West Claims and the MP Claims.

It is significant to note that the claim block includes four existing mines namely, Mockingbird, Great West, Hall (Dandy) and Pocahontas; all these mines contributed significantly to the past gold production in this important gold producing mining district.

PROJECT OVERVIEW AND PAST EXPLORATION

The Mockingbird Project involves an important new type of Arizona gold deposit, called a “detachment fault” deposit. Detachment fault deposits were first recognized as a separate form of gold deposit in the 1980’s. The best example of an Arizona detachment gold deposit is Copperstone (Figure 1), which, like Mockingbird is in the highly extended Western Arizona terrain near the Colorado River.

Copperstone was the biggest gold discovery in Arizona in at least 50 years. Cyprus Gold profitably mined the 500,000 oz open pit resource during the 1980’s. Based upon the underground drilling by American Bonanza, it appears that the underground high-grade resource is even larger. This is however to be expected from the style of mineralization associated with detachment faults.

Unlike Copperstone, Mockingbird is an historic gold producer, producing some 15,000 ounces from high-grade ore at a weighted average grade of 0.8 oz/T. A majority of this production was from the Mockingbird Mine itself, which is the centerpiece of the Company’s land position. Other mines producing gold were the Great West, Hall (Dandy) and Pocahontas Mines, all of which are included in the claim block (see Wilkins 1982).

A gold rush was initiated at Mockingbird during the 1980’s, with many companies providing large amounts of exploration activity. Anaconda, who acquired the Mockingbird Project, focused exploration on the area east of the historic Mockingbird and Great West mines, and lying beneath the surface trace of the Mockingbird detachment fault.

Anaconda estimated a deposit of at least 10 million tons of .05 to 0.1 oz / T gold. This means the deposit is in the range of 500,000 to 1,000,000 ounces of gold, approximately the same size as Copperstone. This estimate does not include the additional vein material included in the earlier mentioned Wilkins Report. Joe Wilkins assessed the deposit for Gulf Mineral Resources in 1982 (see “Economic Geology of the Mockingbird Mine Area”) and assumed a deposit of at least 500,000 tons at 0.1 oz / T from just the surface veins. The project was turned down as Gulf was of the opinion that the project was not big enough. Santa Fe Gold (now part of Newmont) acquired a claim block at the historic Mockingbird mine. Although their work showed anomalous gold in numerous samples, Santa Fe cancelled the project without drilling on the erroneous theory that the gold was largely found in veins and not in wall rock.

It is clear that in making this decision, the structural geology controls on the mineralization were poorly understood. This left the door open for Anaconda, which acquired two square miles of claims (all included in the Companies’ land position). Anaconda geochemistry delineated numerous gold anomalies. A seismic survey confirmed that the detachment fault was largely horizontal under the eastern portion of their claim block.

There is little subsequent exploration history on the property. Arco (Anaconda’s parent company) shut Anaconda down and abandoned the project. Chevron then staked the same area, did their geochemistry and selected drill targets. Chevron then merged with Gulf, and the combined unit was under the management of former Gulf personnel. As explained above, Gulf had previously turned down the project and now moved to terminate it. Western States next acquired the property for several years and apparently only did some trenching.

GEOLOGY OVERVIEW:

The Mockingbird Mining District is situated along an undulating pediment along the east flank of the Black Mountains and occurs in the “basin and “range” province of the south-western United States. The province has undergone crustal extension, with the development of symmetric structural arrays such as horsts and grabens, with the horsts being the ranges and the grabens being the basins in the “basin-and-range topography. Igneous activity (basaltic volcanism) occurred with the extensional faulting during the Mesozoic to the Cenozoic. The Mines in the district are situated along a distinct N30 degree west linear feature that cuts across the Black Mountains and displaces all older lithologic and tectonic features. The NW trend is probably a late tertiary, basin and range fault zone that localized and preserved the mineralization at the mines

The geology and mineralization of the Mockingbird District is strongly influenced by Tertiary-age detachment faults and younger high-angle normal faults, associated with the abovementioned crustal extension. The regional geological setting is a major detachment fault (called the “Mockingbird Mine Fault”; Faulds et al., 2000) separating tertiary volcanics in the upper plate from Precambrian gneiss in the lower plate.

Mineralization is found in both quartz veins and breccia zones hosted by steep faults. The mines in the Mockingbird district are located along northwest to east west striking, north-dipping to flat quartz veins containing specular hematite, oxidized copper minerals and free gold.

The nature of the structures and mineralization further suggest potential for another type of ore deposit – that of the strong likelihood of a major detachment fault associated gold / copper deposit, similar to the proven and mined Copperstone and Mesquite deposits. This was the working hypothesis of Anaconda and, later, Chevron. Unfortunately, the hypothesis could not be tested; neither company drilled the property because of project cancellation resulting from shutdown of the company (in the case of Anaconda) or merger (with Gulf, in the case of Chevron).

Surface and dump sampling shows a close correlation to Copperstone mineralization with the following average grades for all samples:

Gold - 0.09 oz/T; Silver - 0.3 oz/T and Copper -0.4%.

Chevron’s geochemical work suggests two undrilled anomalies in Sections 26 and 35.

Sixteen Placer gold deposits have been identified on the claims area, but have not been tested to date.

EXPLORATION MODEL:

The Mockingbird Pro. ject area has the potential for the development of a large gold reserve

Expectations are high that a resource will be confirmed by following the known mineralization, (a) eastward (in the case of the Mockingbird Mine) and (b) north-eastward (in the case of the Dandy and Great West) under the detachment fault. The deeper Mockingbird gold mineralization is expected to occur in northwest-striking, moderate to shallow dipping fault zones related to the Mockingbird fault structural horizon in the footwall of the fault (Precambrian basement gneiss). The expected gold mineralization will be associated with breccia zones where the fault rock has been intensely sheared, altered and replaced with intense hematite and magnetite, chloritization, silicification and copper oxides related to the fault. Without the benefit of Anaconda’s work, it will be necessary to re-do some geochemical and geophysical work to select drill sites.

The Mockingbird Area is modelled as a lower plate deposit, and east of the Mockingbird detachment fault the lower plate is buried. This area east of the fault is where most of the former claims occur; however large scale mining did not acquire the historic Mockingbird, Dandy and Great West Mines which are west of the fault where the lower plate is exposed.

RESERVE REVIEW

A. naconda estimated an Inferred Resource of at least 10 million tons of 0.05 to 0.1 oz/T gold with additional resources of silver and copperUS Geological Survey Open File Report 92-002 and the Arizona Department of Mines and Mineral Resources corroborated these estimates. Underground operations and an open pit have previously been established with initial assay results and informal sampling confirming widespread surface gold mineralization, some of which is high grade gold (2 oz/T).

The deposit size may be in the range of 500,000 to 1,000,000 ounces of gold. At the gold price (in August 2004) of approximately US$400/oz, this provides an estimated value for the deposit of US$400 million. At the current Gold price of US$800/oz, this Project has a considerably greater value.

The estimated gold resource does not include the potential of the 16 gold placers identified on the property.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS

Conclusion

From the assessment of the Mockingbird Project Area the following conclusions are made:

1. The Mockingbird Project is a relatively high tonnage, low-grade potential deposit. It has an Inferred Resource of at least 10 million tons with variable grade of 0.05 – 0.10 oz/T (1.55 – 3.1 gram/ton).

2. The gold resource is estimated to be of the order of 500,000 to 1,000,000 ounces of gold; this excludes the potential of the 16 gold placers on the property.

3. Silver (0.3 oz/T) and Sulphide mineralization (copper: 0.4%) may also show potential during future development on the whole property.

4. The gold resource can be raised significantly by drilling for the subsurface extension of the Mockingbird Detachment Fault, with the expectation of discovering high volume mineralised detachment fault deposits.

5. The sixteen identified placer deposits are easily mineable and also have the potential of raising the gold resource.

Recommendations

Extensive exploration at greater depth should be considered as very important

The “Golden Eagle” Property:-

The Gold and Silver Mining Exploration Projects controlled by Golden Eagle Limited are situated in Imperial County, California and extend to an area of 3,345 acres. The historical Geological work indicates potential reserves of up to 5 million ounces of Gold.

GEOLOGY:-

The regional geological setting is dominated by a major low angle fault system that occurs throughout the south-eastern Chocolate Mountains, and which is commonly known as the Sortan fault. At the Golden Eagle, this structure probably connects up with a similar structure to the north. Most of the gold occurs in a breccia unit related to the Sortan fault that strikes northwest, dips northeast and juxtaposes Jurassic Winterhaven Formation against lower plate gneisses which have been extensively intruded by biotite alaskite phases of the Marcus Wash peraluminous granitic complex. Previous drilling by Santa Fe Resources did not test any along-strike or down-dip projections of this structure, which appears to be concealed by shallow Tertiary to Quaternary alluvial cover. Possible additional targets include mineralized megabreccia lenses of gneiss within the Bear Canyon conglomerate unit.

POTENTIAL:-

The Golden Eagle property is located between the Mesquite gold mine and the Picacho gold mine. Mesquite was mined by Newmont for over 15 years and produced 154MM tons of ore at an average grade of .026 OPT, for a total of 4MM ounces gold. Newmont proved an additional 42.9MM tons at .021 OPT, which the present owner (Western Goldfields) plans to develop. Picacho was the flagship gold mine of Glamis Gold, producing 388,000 ounces of gold from 1981 until the mine’s closure in 2000. Geochemical work by MagnaChem Exploration demonstrated the similarity of the mineralization at Golden Eagle to the arsenic-rich peraluminous gold systems at both Mesquite and Picacho.

GEOLOGY:

The regional geological setting is predominantly preCambrian, with an embayment of quartz diorite bounded by schist to the north and east and by the Shylock Fault Zone to the west. Locally, the principal types of gold deposits are (1) preCambrian gold-quartz veins in igneous rocks (the type of deposit at the Ambassador), (2) Mesozoic or Tertiary gold and gold-silver veins in metamorphic rocks and (3) scattered preCambrian gold-quartz-tourmaline VMS deposits.

In the Ambassador project area, the dominant rock type is quartz diorite. In the western part of the claim block (West Hills), dikes of granodiorite porphyry cut across the quartz diorite. At the Ambassador mine and in the East Hills Area east of the mine, there are gold-quartz hypothermal veins, which were deposited under conditions of high temperature and pressure, probably genetically related to the later stages of emplacement of the preCambrian age quartz diorite mass.

The project is located in the Black Hills Mining District, which is immediately south of the Verde Mining District and immediately west of the Cherry Creek Mining District. Each of these districts has seen significant past production of gold, silver and copper.

Well-known area mines include the United Verde, United Verde Extension, Yaeger, Monarch and Logan Mines.

POTENTIAL:

Past exploration by UNC focused on sampling of the underground workings of the Ambassador Mine, and also delineated mineralized areas for further exploration in the East Hills and the West Hills. The sampling showed good gold grades at the mine exposures and the potential for developing an economic ore deposit of over 1,000,000 ounces of gold and gold equivalent silver and copper credits through a staged exploration program. UNC abandoned its mining business in order to focus on its milling business, allowing this promising project to lapse prior to initiating drilling. The locally available infrastructure is excellent. While the neighboring ranch has since been subdivided, the mine is over .5 mile from the nearest development and there is a separate access road directly to the mine. In light of the present level of precious metals prices and obvious prospects for further increases, the time is ripe to resume exploration of this promising property.

Hallo, die assets klangen schon immer gut.
Es kommt immer nur darauf an, was man daraus macht.
Da Hunt Gold mit Sicherheit zum Lumpi.com Imperium gehören wird, bin ich im Moment weniger optimistisch, dass die jemals mit der Förderung anfangen. Hat WAGI/GWGO/GWGD ja auch nie gemacht.
Dass da Potential drin zu vermuten ist, war mir 2005 schon klar. Wenn es so weiter geht wie bisher, werden die mit der Förderung beginnen, wenn wir wieder D-Mark haben und der Dollar nur noch auf dem Mond akzeptiert wird (also in ca. 2 Jahren :laugh.

Etwa die Hälfte oder mehr der USA wären zerstöt.... die Aktienkurse könnten ev. um 70 - 90 % einbrechen.... auch ev. trotz Börsenschliessung....
und wer dann mehr als 100 % investiert ist... der muss dann schauen wie er die Schuldne zahlen kann.... aber auch wer nur 70 % investiert ist hat es nicht unbedingt schön....

Auch eine Katastrophe in Kalifornien würde einen grösseren Crash verursachen... aber nicht so schlimm wegen Yellstone...

Und dann gibt es der fefährliche Vullan an der Westküste von Europa auf einer Insel,,,, der könnte wohl in fast ganz Westeuropa eine riesige Tsunamiwelle auslösen....
