Vancouver, BC – January 13, 2022 – Destiny Media Technologies (TSXV: DSY) (OTCQB: DSNY), the makers of Play MPE®, a cloud-based SaaS solution for digital asset management in the music industry, today announced financial results for its fiscal 2022 first quarter ended November 30, 2021.

Fred Vandenberg, President and CEO said, “Play MPE® experienced overall modest revenue growth in the first quarter of 2022. Independent record label revenue continued to show strong results where the Company established new highs in total independent label and independent record label revenue in Europe, Australia, Canada and the US.”

Highlights

Highlights for Q1 2022 include (all figures are USD, and comparisons are to Q1 2021):

65% increase in USA major label revenue;
Highest recorded global quarterly independent record label revenue;
Exclusive multi-year major label agreement in South Africa.
During the quarter under a normal course issuer bid, the Company repurchased 30,300 shares for a total cost of $0.044M. Total repurchases under the normal course issuer bid to November 30, 2021 of 215,585 shares for a total of $304,570.

Mossberg to the Company's Board of Directors. Following the appointment of Mr. Mossberg, the Board will be comprised of five directors, four of whom are independent.

Dave also served in the United States Army Reserves as an interrogator/Russian linguist.

Ich denke/hoffe mal dass wir am 09.06.2021 den Tiefpunkt der aktuellen Bewegung gesehen haben. Hier sind wir genau auf der 200 Tage Linie aufgesessen... seither geht es wieder aufwärts... (habe nicht gedacht dass es soweit runter geht never the less... die Stochastik ist im überverkauften Bereich und der MACD ist gerade am Schnittpunkt (noch nicht ganz, denke ein bis zwi positive Tage fehlen) ein Kaufsignal zu generieren.

Das Q3 ist abgeschlossen (März - Mai) und die Zahlen sollten so um den 15.06.2021 präsentiert werden.

Bin nach wie vor zuversichtlich und werde das warum zu gegebener Zeit nochmals darlegen.... da ich Denke dass wir hier den Boden erreicht haben werde ich "vorsichtige" Zukäufe wieder aufnehmen.

Jupp, das meinte ich.
Jahrelang wurde DM doch von diesen Leerverkäufen gebeutelt.
Aber diese Ausreißer sind schon nicht alltäglich für eine doch ziemlich beständige Firma.
Ich bin ganz entspannt, kennt man ja.

Mal sehen was Montag so passiert, solche Ausreißer hatten wir ab und auch mal nach oben, das Kernproblem hier in meinen Augen ist die niedrige Handelsliquidität, heißt es werden viel zu wenig Aktien pro Tag gekauft oder verkauft, wenn ich es richtig gesehen habe hat eine Order von weniger al 10000 Stück den Kurs runter gerissen, kann auch einfach nur eine unlimitierte Verkaufs Order gewesen sein.... Montag werden wir schlauer sein.

Wobei was das bringt weiß ich auch nicht wirklich ... außer PR... aber ist ja auch schon was, würde mir wünschen dass die Strategie klarer dargestellt ist und dem Investor ein klareres Bild gezeichnet wird wie und warum die Umsätze wie auch die Erträge im Zukunft wachsen, warum ? Weil wie soll man diese Fa. Mit einem Firmenwert (Marktkapitalisierung) bewerten und beurteilen, was noch immer nicht ganz klar ist für mit sind die 30, 50 oder 100 Mio Dollar wert....
