Destiny Media Technologies Schedules Fiscal 2021 Year End Earnings Release and WebinarVancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 16, 2021) - Destiny Media Technologies Inc. (TSXV: DSY) (OTCQB: DSNY), the makers of Play MPE®, a cloud-based SaaS solution for promotional music marketing, today announced that the Company will hold a live webinar on Tuesday, November 23, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time) to discuss financial results for its fiscal year ended August 31, 2021. The Company plans to release financial results for the year before market open on November 23, 2021.
This webinar replaces the Company's traditional conference call format.
The live webinar will include comments from President, Chief Executive Officer, Fred Vandenberg, and Director of Business Development, Glenn Mattern.
Date: Tuesday, November 23, 2021
Time: 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time)

Destiny Media Technologies Appoints David Mossberg to Board of Directors - Press Release | 11/08/2021Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 8, 2021) - Destiny Media Technologies Inc. (TSXV: DSY) (OTCQB: DSNY), the makers of Play MPE®, a cloud-based music distribution, collaboration and content discovery platform, today announced the appointment of David M. Mossberg to the Company's Board of Directors. Following the appointment of Mr. Mossberg, the Board will be comprised of five directors, four of whom are independent.
"We are excited to add David to our Board and believe his extensive experience in capital markets and investor relations will be a valuable addition to Destiny Media Technologies," said Fred Vandenberg, Chief Executive Officer and President of Destiny Media.
Mr. Mossberg, 51, is a seasoned capital markets executive with more than 25 years of experience analyzing companies and advising public company executives in multiple industries. He currently is the CEO of Three Part Advisors, LLC, a strategic investor relations advisory firm. Prior to founding Three Part Advisors, Mr. Mossberg was a sell-side analyst at Southwest Securities and was Director of Research at Hodges Capital Management. He holds a MBA from Southern Methodist University and BBA in Finance and BBA in International Business from University of Texas - Arlington. Dave also served in the United States Army Reserves as an interrogator/Russian linguist.
Mr. Mossberg commented, "I have closely followed Destiny Media Technologies for more than ten years and am thrilled to be joining the board during what is an exciting time for the business. Ich denke/hoffe mal dass wir am 09.06.2021 den Tiefpunkt der aktuellen Bewegung gesehen haben. Hier sind wir genau auf der 200 Tage Linie aufgesessen... seither geht es wieder aufwärts... (habe nicht gedacht dass es soweit runter geht 
never the less... die Stochastik ist im überverkauften Bereich und der MACD ist gerade am Schnittpunkt (noch nicht ganz, denke ein bis zwi positive Tage fehlen) ein Kaufsignal zu generieren.
Das Q3 ist abgeschlossen (März - Mai) und die Zahlen sollten so um den 15.06.2021 präsentiert werden.
Bin nach wie vor zuversichtlich und werde das warum zu gegebener Zeit nochmals darlegen.... da ich Denke dass wir hier den Boden erreicht haben werde ich "vorsichtige" Zukäufe wieder aufnehmen.

Jahrelang wurde DM doch von diesen Leerverkäufen gebeutelt.
Aber diese Ausreißer sind schon nicht alltäglich für eine doch ziemlich beständige Firma.
