      Axial Vector Energy Corporation
      "AVEC"

      (USA - Pinksheets: AXVC)
      (Germany - WKN A0ERXF / BAE1)

US Dollar zu zahlen. Das bedeutet weitere 9 Millionen US Dollar.

"DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, Nov 02, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

In the news release, "AVEC JV Petro Signs Strategic Development Alliance With Saudi Arabia's Dhahran Oil & Gas to Commercial Sulphur Removal From Refinery Streams & Heavy Crude Oil," issued earlier today by Axial Vector Engine Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AXVC), we are advised by the company that the headline of the press release should read "AVEC JV Petro AVEC Signs Strategic Development Alliance With Saudi Arabia's Dhahran Oil and Gas to Commercial Sulphur Removal From Refinery Streams and Heavy Crude Oil " rather than "AVEC JV Petro Signs Strategic Development Alliance With Saudi Arabia's Dhahran Oil & Gas to Commercial Sulphur Removal From Refinery Streams & Heavy Crude Oil" as originally issued. Complete corrected text follows.

      Shareholder Letter - Sep 9, 2009
      www.axialvectorenergy.com/pdf/letter.shareholder.pdf

      "Ladies and Gentlemen

      WE HAVE A PRODUCT
While this may not be as important as the “The Eagle Has Landed” on July 1969 when Apollo 11 touched down on the moon’s surface, for shareholders of AVEC it is a very close second.

There are other comparisons worth noting. Apollo 11 broke new ground for mankind with its moon mission and AVEC has now broken new ground for creating energy. A unique position has been created for AVEC in that the engines you see running in the videos posted on our new website can indeed run beautifully on “non fossil fuels”, an incredible breakthrough in non polluting, renewable products, which do not take a toll on our food supply and have no negative energy impact.

These are the building blocks of the future and provide enormous future profit potential for the investors and licensees of AVEC. For current and soon to be shareholders of AVEC, we think there is an even more important reason to feel good about having products that can now be sold and licensed around the world. That is that we are also able to use “any other” type of fuel and deploy engines and generators globally with the existing distribution and supply system in place today.

Diesel and Kerosene, to name only two, are available everywhere. AVEC engines use 25% less of it for the same power with much lower emissions. Using less energy is the same as achieving large conservation programs for energy or mandating higher mpg requirements. The economy and the air we breathe are both big beneficiaries of this accomplishment.

If all ICE (Internal Combustion Engines) were converted to AVEC engines in the USA alone, how many fewer barrels of oil would we need to import? A huge number.

While this letter is signed by both the Chairman of the Board of Directors Samuel Higgins and President and CEO Sanjai Chhaunker we would like to thank many people who have had an input including our directors, engineers, prospective customers, investors and our very vocal and intelligent shareholders. We are using this letter to tell it like it is for the collective version of how to make AVEC one of the real success stories of this decade.

      WHERE ARE WE GOING?
Beginning today, AVEC operates as a holding company. Our wholly owned subsidiary “Adaptive Propulsion Systems” (APS) will serve as our development arm and license vehicle for our Engines, Generators, Engine Control Systems and Gensets. We acquired APS from Tactronics Holding LLC in a negotiated sale. Originally the purchase price was $2,000,000. In exchange for not having Tactronics do two other engines, we were able to purchase it for $1.00. Assets transferred to us included new intellectual property which is now being added to our patent portfolio and design and testing tools, equipment and inventory valued at over $1,000,000. We also now have the exclusive rights to see our products in the United States Military and other NATO militaries receiving the full value of this for AVEC shareholders. The IP is we believe worth much more and under our new product development program with “Engine Tec”. We are positioned to transfer our current technologies to licensees and develop and market new products from our original breakthroughs. Headed by Douglas Hahn, whom you will see in our videos today conducting the engine tour, is the “glue that welded all the pieces together” to finally complete our units that can now be licensed and transferred to create our revenue streams which we believe will be quite large.

APS will have a new updated website soon and we have uploaded lots of technical data including Dyno reports and are registering OEMs now for an easy due diligence process to facilitate licenses. Operating APS this way will also give us a pathway to finance further marketing costs utilizing Debt or Equity finance from APS. We are also in discussions with a major group on making a large investment in APS because of the results we can now show.

      PETRO AVEC
Our 60/40 JV between Petrosonics LLC (60%) and AVEC (40%) now seems to be getting traction. As this is written both by Dr. Mark Cullen, founder of Petrosonics, and us are in India. We have been here in June giving technical presentations and negotiations with three entities, and have progressed to being invited back to discuss terms of a deal. We seek a co-development partner here where they will invest at least $10,000,000 to start. This will allow us to complete our investment of $7,000,000 to acquire ownership in full to our 40% of PETRO AVEC. We will also then provide an option to the winning group to a discounted license and a reduced royalty per barrel, which can cover all of India. While this leaves enormous sums on the table for the others versus what the license is valued at based on world standards, we feel it is critical to get into production quickly. An agreement based on standards of the above will force the rest of the world to quickly adopt our technology or risk being run out of the business by other refiners who can deliver “near zero” sulphur finished product at a price unheard of in today’s processing cost standards. The world’s oil producers and consumers are starting to take notice of us also. PETRO AVEC will be presenting at the World Refiners Conference this year in Houston as well as the Petrochem Arabia conference to be held in Saudi Arabia. We think it will not be long before we have field units operating creating royalty streams and in 2010 it is likely that one of the national oil companies will want to own the whole business.

      AVEC TECHNOLOGY CORP.
Today is the first day of business for AVEC Technology Corp., our wholly owned subsidiary. Over the years we have acquired a lot of experience in commercializing technologies in many different fields. We will now put that collective experience to work here by acquiring patented products that are fully developed and ready to sell. No R&D work will be done here. This division will concentrate on marketing, sales and licenses. Significant revenue is possible here as there are a great many “market ready” products that will fit nicely into the substantial network that the company principals have. Generating enough revenue to cover all divisions overhead is the goal here. Excess profits greater than that will be welcome and will strengthen the foundation of the company. The first of these acquisitions is expected to be announced by October 1, 2009. We will notify all of you then, so watch close as we are confident you will be pleasantly surprised.

      MOVING TO A HIGHER MARKET
We have retained the law firm of Novack, Burnbaum, Crystal of New York City to coordinate all our legal and accounting work. Long experienced in corporate and regulatory needs, they have worked with both of us to establish a plan to move us to a higher trading market. Our target is the small cap NASDAQ. We will need to file our form 10, get a 4.00 share price and meet other requirements and we believe we can do all of these things. In the meantime we will start reporting as if we were on a higher market already by filing 8k and other events as outlined by the attorneys.

      HOW WE GOT HERE
Since assuming leadership, we have conducted an intensive internal review of our company's systems, procedures and internal controls as AVEC embarks upon this significant new phase of its existence. During the next 60 days we will be devoting considerable focus toward working with our independent auditors as they complete the annual audit for our fiscal year that ended December 31. We will also be completing the preparation and filing of SEC Form 10-K for that fiscal year, which will then be followed shortly thereafter by the filing of Form 10-Q for the third quarter of the current year.

Financial information to be publicly filed or released during the next few months will show the company has existed on a skeleton budget, which was provided by small private offerings of stock and loans from friends and or officers and directors. We have settled some debt claims against us and won a hard and expensive four-year battle on frivolous litigation.

If you are a negative person you have been having a lot to be right about on AVEC for some time. We waited too long for the engine to be finished which eroded our ability to do anything else and made lots of other mistakes too. The actions being taken now however have reversed course and we will not make the same mistake twice.

We are restructuring our remaining debt so that we will be on time with current payables, and we have a $52,000,000 of tax loss carry forwards to apply against future earnings as permitted by applicable laws.

As a small company, the outsourcing of licensing activities for our patent portfolio provides us with the basis to plan for a revenue stream without the need to devote further resources to create and sustain an in-house licensing and support team. We intend to shape our business plan to keep expenses relatively low and allow current or future employees to focus on their areas of expertise so that we may focus on future growth. With the economy the way it is we can contract for top flight help at one half of what we used to have to pay.

A CFO will be hired who knows how to say yes and no. We cannot call him (or her) a new CFO, as we have never had one. Another of those mistakes now being corrected.

Advisory Board. We will be reactivating AVEC’s Advisory Board within the next 30 days with a renewed focus and some new faces. In order to have the benefit of input from the perspective of our shareholders, we are initiating a new policy of having a shareholder representative occupy one of the seats on the Advisory Board. Anyone wishing to apply please send us an email.

THE BEST MOUSE TRAP IN THE WORLD(Market Awareness)
There is an old saying that “the best mouse trap in the world isn’t worth anything if nobody knows about it”. It is time to tell and show the world just how good AVEC products are and we will. While Sanjai has been charged by the Board to run the company, Sam has been charged with hitting all the roads and telling the story. Some of the things we will do are boost awareness among USA business media, as well as among the local financial community in Dubai United Arab Emirates, that AVEC is a visionary technology solutions provider offering innovative products and services for a wide variety of industries.

We will also be boosting awareness among regional and national trade media, industry market analysts, prospective customers and partners by successfully introducing and promoting all existing and future products. Create media placements that can be used in cross-promotional marketing - as a sales piece or published on the Web. The Fox airing of the AVEC story on September 27th will be a great start to this.
Be sure to go to the AVEC website, www.axialvectorenergy.com, and see the two videos that were filmed the same day the FOX piece was shot.

We welcome your feedback. Although we wish we could answer every one of our shareholder's calls, letters and emails, many of which we receive daily, it's not physically possible without diverting our attention from business operations focused on our goal of creating added shareholder value. Also, taking time to communicate on a one-to-one basis with individual shareholders is often unproductive, for we spend much time explaining that no matter how much we might like to answer all their probing questions, in order to comply with applicable securities laws we cannot divulge certain information to one person unless the same time is publicly disclosed.

We will make our best effort to see that your questions, compliments, concerns or complaints are addressed in a timely fashion.

      GREEN, GREEN AND MORE GREEN
This is our time. Our products and JV’s are all Green, environmentally beneficial and solve real problems in energy consumption, the air we breathe and the way we produce fuels for our energy. We have applied for millions of dollars of grants, zero interest loans and other incentives being provided by the US Government. Companies with much less to show than what we have received grants for development that in some cases exceeded 100 million dollars. Over five billion dollars is available and we are going after it aggressively. This is the first round of some $3 billion in direct payments to companies in lieu of tax credits to eventually support an estimated 5,000 biomass, solar, wind and other renewable energy production facilities.

"These grants will help America's businesses launch clean energy projects, putting Americans back to work in good construction and manufacturing jobs," said Energy Secretary Steven Chu.

"This renewable energy program will spur the manufacture and development of clean energy in urban and rural America, allowing us to protect our environment, create good jobs and revitalize our nation's economy," said Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner.

Chinese green grants are also available and we are applying there as well. The speed at which some of them have been granted is amazing. We will communicate all to you as progress develops.
Even the World Bank has joined the show with announcements like this.

The World Bank completed a PIPE investment in Suntech Power Holdings on Friday, providing the Chinese maker of solar panels with $50 million to refinance debt and switch to a higher-quality solar technology.

      SUMMARY
We have created three carved in stone principles for AVEC.

      1. Turn what we have into cash and earnings streams.

      2. Grow our share price so that our equity can be used to acquire additional technologies which can easily transcend into earnings streams.

      3. Pay it out. Keep 20% of our profits as retained earnings for additional technology projects and pay the balance net to shareholders.

We have received a lot of critical comments (lots of it deserved) and lots of it by manipulators for there own benefits. We respect the ability of Americans to do this and believe in the system as it applies itself to small companies. If you do not like the way things look, people should tell. If you do become a shareholder or increase the position you already have. This company has been like the Wild West in its volatility from 0.04 cents to 6.85 then back to 0.04 and now at plus 20 cents. If this plan is correct and carried out correctly a real “game changing” business will emerge quickly.

Reality is like “proof is in the pudding”. If we implement this plan correctly we will build a highly profitable and socially significant contributor to good.

You have our assurance that the new management team is approaching its role enthusiastically, with a positive attitude toward shouldering the added burdens of compliance and a determination to do our best to produce added shareholder value to merit your confidence and support.

We thank you for your future support,

      Samuel Higgins, Chairman
      Sanjai Chhaunker, President &CEO "

      Hi Lawuki2005,

"PETRO-AVEC officials will be presenting the third party technical due diligence from two of the world's largest oil producers which has confirmed the viability of removing sulphur from oil allowing cleaner air and dramatic savings on both capital outlay and per barrel cost of processing.

Independent valuation models for royalty concessions to PETRO-AVEC range between $0.50 and $2.00 per barrel. Global oil consumption is now estimated at 85.8 million barrels per day and the amount of "sour" high sulphur oil is increasing rapidly making the Oxidative Desulphurization and Heavy Crude upgrade technologies of PETRO-AVEC even more valuable as no other current solution exists.

"We have today begun the exposure worldwide to show the value of the technology now that our worldwide patents have been granted to most major oil producing markets," states Samuel Higgins, Chairman of AVEC and Managing Director of PETRO-AVEC. "

vom 01.09.: "Samuel Higgins, Chairman of AVEC, stated, "We are receiving worldwide recognition and increasing estimates as to the value of the technology, especially since we continue to win new patent awards from major oil producing markets." Mr. Higgins went on to note, "So much so, that we have been invited to present at the 'Petrochem Arabia' conference in Saudi Arabia this October and the International Green Summit in Moura, Portugal this November." "

"Zero Sulphur; World Finance speaks to one of the leaders of the market to establish where the industry is heading

Petro-Avec (Dubai) has been awarded the 2009 Financial News award for best New Technology in a Refinery, for its novel processing technology for removing contaminants, most notably undesirable sulfur and nitrogen containing compounds from crude oil and fractions thereof, as well as upgrading fuel quality.

Petro-Avec is a joint venture between Petrosonics LLC, the entity responsible for the development of the technology, and its capital partner and exclusive licensee, Axial Vector Energy Corporation (AXVC).

The process is a green technology which has been developed to meet the demands for low emission fuels, and in particular diesel fuel. The world is moving to zero sulphur fuels while diesel demands are increasing. Moreover, new fuel streams are being mandated to be desulphurised including home heating oil, off road diesel, locomotive and marine fuels. However, most of the world’s oil reserves are high sulfur, or sour, and heavy (high viscosity). Hydro-treatment, the most commonly used conventional technology used to remove sulfur contaminants via the use of hydrogen gas at high temperatures and pressures, is reaching its capacity. In addition, hydro treatment is not a viable option for zero sulfur needs or for small to medium sized refineries, which would be cost prohibitive or not feasible.

The Petro-Avec process uses ultrasound as its energy source with modest pressure and temperatures. The sterically hindered dibenzlthiophenes (DBT), which are the hardest and most costly to remove, are converted to their sulphone. Dependant on the refiners’ base configuration and needs and target sulfur goals, the sulphone is removed by liquid/liquid separation or solid bed absorption in the case of no hydrotreatment availability. This would be the case in small refineries and NON-refinery petroleum processors (ie tire to diesel, transmix plants) where the addition of hydro treatment is cost prohibitive. These refiners risk closure. In refiners with low severity hydro treatment availability the Petro-Avec process can be inserted pre or post hydro treatment. A fractionated heavy segment of higher boiling point material of the atmospheric stream for diesel or LCO, approximately 10 percent of total, can be captured treated with the technology and returned to the hydro treatment unit where it is easily removed with no loss of carbon. This occurs with a significant savings in both capital and operating cost. This could reduce the severity of a ULSD type unit that processes a feed containing 50 percent LCO, to an operation typical of a 500 ppm unit. With a reduction in LHSV, H2 purity and consumption, an existing unit could be significantly enhanced for greater throughput with a significant reduction in H2 consumption. This will be particularly attractive as the Fed regulates sulfur to 2PPM for diesel. There is also an optional cost savings in pre-treating the whole stream to decrease hydrogen losses. That is particularly apparent in the case of refiners with ULSD high severity Hydro treatment availability can decrease the severity, saving catalyst life, hydrogen use and energy and use. “The technology is used as an adjuvant to their current system or a way to add capacity. Third party verification for several major oil companies has been documented.

The technology has been applied to the removal of sulfur and nitrogen in multiple streams including, but not limited to gasoline, FCC gasoline, diesel, and LCO and Gas oil. This could effetely reach and extend past mandatory sulfur limits while decreasing cost.

The company has early data on residuals and crude oil that is very promising that shows desulphurisation, removal of nitrogen with an API upgrade and improvement in viscosity. Testing on vacuum residual stock showed a 35 percent reduction in concarbons. Added value with API, Viscosity, sulfur and nitrogen removal could be $1-5 in crude oils and higher with residuals making FCC feed stock.

      Added benefits
Other benefits suggest the process may eliminate the need for further FCC gasoline desulphurisation reducing octane, an API lift with obvious benefits. The technology may be used to desulphurise, hydrogenate and increase the volume of crude oil. Costs exist with the building of new refineries; however, a significant cost savings can be achieved by pairing Petrosonics oxidative technology with a less extreme HDS. It is also possible to reduce H2O2 by stripping H2 and adding it to the diesel. Decreasing the HDS will result in carbon credits.

As more heavy oil is found, as in the latest Mexican discovery, presently configured refineries will not be capable to process this heavy crude. New refineries or an alternative will be needed. Petro-Avec pre refinery treatment could resolve this issue. Other needs exist for alternatives to the hydro-treatment desulphurisation process. In third world countries, where ultra low sulphur standards are just being implemented and capital is limited, the need is the greatest. Petro-Avec’s processing is also patented for nitrogen removal and presents a novel technology. It is expected that nitrogen levels will also be regulated as the technologies are available.

      - The world is moving to zero sulphur fuels while diesel demands are increasing -

      Experienced management
Petro-Avec’s management includes Mark T Cullen MD, the inventor and patent holder who serves as the Managing Director and is the founder of Petrosonics, LLC, a private Nevada company. Cullen is a Yale trained medical doctor and was the former CEO of SulphCo (AMEX: SUF). Samuel Higgins is the International and Licensing Director, as well as the Chairman of the Board of Axial Vector Energy Corporation. Higgins expertise involves bringing new technologies to the market for commercialization. Paul Nielson, Petrosonics partner, is a former principle engineer at Bechtel and is currently an oil consultant. He has been responsible for hydro-treatment retrofitting for more than 20 years. Paul Moote, Petrosonics partner, is the current VP of Sinclair oil. He has 25 years experience in all aspects of refining operations and management. He is also an expert in refining economics and sits on several advisory Boards including The National Petrochemical & Refiners Association. Moote and Nielson have been with this project since its inception.

Intellectual property protection for the technology has been sought in 42 countries. Petrosonics has been granted patents by the US, EU, Russia, Kazakhstan, Mexico, and Egypt and has additional patents pending in Algeria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Columbia, Ecuador, the European Union (the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Denmark, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, the Azores, Madeira, and the Canary
Islands), Egypt, India, Indonesia, Japan, Kazakhstan, and Norway, in addition to further patents pending in the United States and Europe.

Petro-Avec has coverage for roughly 55 percent of all crude oil production, 30 percent of all crude oil reserves (higher if you count Canadian tar sands and US shale reserves), and 40 percent of the world’s refineries.

Petro Avec uses Hielscher Ultrasonics as a preferred partner. Hielscher specialises in ultrasonic equipment for industrial liquid processing. Hielscher’s equipment performance and proven reliability meet the requirements for this petrochemical process This makes Hielscher’s high-power ultrasonics the unsurpassed choice worldwide for building high-volume sonication systems for industrial operation. Petro Avec can build on the Hielscher’s 17 year experience with liquid process engineering. They have helped engineer preliminary equipment needs with Petrosonics for one 300,000 barrel per day refinery equipped with a low severity hydro treatment. Economics suggest a 5ppm sulphur target could be reached with no hydro treatment upgrade, a 60MM capital investment in equipment (not installed) with a decrease in operational cost of $3 per barrel over high pressure hydro treatment. The cost of
implementation and life cycle cost are the lowest in the industry. CITGO forecasted a potential $54MM per stream cost savings using our technology. Their lab analysis showed that low sulfur desulfurising/ ultra low sulfur desulfuriser hydrotreaters “pretreated” could augment existing HDS. Units by oxidising the higher boiling/more difficult to treat DBT’s and nitrogen. Gas Oil. Other cost savings include, increases in the yield of useable product/bbl of oil while also generating an operational cost savings, increase HDS capacity, accommodating new regulations for off road diesel, improved FCC feeds and output, allows refineries to buy less expensive/more readily available heavier/sour crudes.

The Petro Avec business plan calls for the completion of a demonstration unit for refined products and licensing the technology. Fees are paid for the license and running royalties expect to be from $.05 to $5 per barrel.
Laboratory evaluation of the heavy oil technology continues. "

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, Oct 05 (MARKET WIRE) --
Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (PINKSHEETS: AXVC) (FRANKFURT:
BAE1) announced today that AVEC has been invited and has accepted to
present one of the keynote speeches at the International Green Money
Conference on November 12-15, 2009 in Moura, Portugal.

Mr. Samuel Higgins, AVEC Chairman, will be delivering a formal address to
the worldwide delegations. The event is going to be the first summit that
will bring together the largest companies in the world that produce green
products, recycling services, and sustainable processes. Environmental
Networking Group and International Green Summit Inc., who have been
fundamental in putting together green projects along with funding around
the world, are conference organizers. The conference consists of keynote
speakers, a 10-person panel of international scientist, investors,
educational workshops, networking events and collaborative seminars. The
objective is to network investors, political leaders, and innovators of
tomorrow's technology to unify financial solutions for a greener tomorrow.

Mr. Michael Padurano, founder of the International Green Summit, stated,
"The entire world has awareness now of the importance of our environment
and lowering energy cost simultaneously while creating new clean energy
sources. AVEC is uniquely in the position of doing it all and we are
pleased to present all of these to the world in Portugal this November
      12th to 15th."

FOX News recently aired AVEC on their Global News Group Program "Special
Edition TV," with Ms. Ileana Bravo interviewing representatives from AVEC
at their first United States based live demonstration of the "axial flux"
and GENSET technology power generating system.

Ms. Bravo commented, "The fact that this engine runs on bio-based oil as
fuel is significant in several ways. Palm oils that are totally renewable
fuel sources can be harvested from our earth's equatorial regions
providing needed jobs and social development. Developing countries in
these regions can now enter the world economic stage as a viable and
important player. The environmental impact of using palm oil as a fuel
source is minimal, and this fuel source is one that you can literally
drink. That is amazing." To view the video, please visit
      www.axialvectorenergy.com.

The revolutionary Axial Vector Engine is AVEC's flagship technology and
will serve as the core of the company's initial market applications. This
incredibly powerful, lightweight, and highly efficient radial-design
engine is capable of producing significantly higher horsepower and torque
with considerably lower fuel requirements than is the case for
conventional engines of similar size. At the same time, the Axial Vector
Engine is less costly to manufacture and operate, and provides
significant environmental advantages over standard internal combustion
      engines.

In addition to its engine technologies, AVEC has designed a revolutionary
new family of high-power "Axial Flux" coreless electric generators that
reach 98.5% efficiency in converting mechanical to electric energy. AVEC's
Axial Vector Engine is designed to be seamlessly integrated with two 100
kW Axial Flux generators in order to create a 200 kW generator set
(GENSET) that is expected to become AVEC's first commercially marketed
      product.

Mr. Samuel Higgins, AVEC Chairman of the Board of Directors, stated, "We
are scheduled to introduce our new products and partners of
commercialization for our existing products at this conference and in
order to have this prestigious platform to do so."

World first: AVEC fires-up diesel engine 'sans' crankshaft
by Derrick Y. Noh (RSS feed) on Sep 20th 2006 at 12:12PM

Axial Vector Engine Corporation (AVEC) announced that on Thursday, September 14, they were able to fire-up and produce power on their prototype engine, the Workhorse 7.1. The great significance is that this is the very first time a diesel engine has ever run using a sinusoidal cam instead of a traditional crankshaft.

I did a little digging online and was surprised I didn't quickly come across a good description of the Workhorse 7.1 or at least an animation of a crankshaftless, sinusoidal cam engine in action. I believe the basic theory, though, is that instead of converting the linear motion of a piston into rotational motion through a crankshaft, this engine would use a "floating" piston that "rests" on top of a large cam shaft (not to be confused with the cam shafts that are used to open and close the cylinder valves). The shape of the cam is calculated to maximize efficiency and power redirection from the up and down motion of the piston into rotational power to the wheels. If anyone's got any info or links, I'd love to see it.

In any case, AVEC is expecting the Workhorse 7.1 to get 40 percent better mileage and a 50-80 percent reduction in pollutants when compared to an equivalent traditional engine.

AI interview with Samuel Higgins, chairman of the board, Axial Vector Engine Corporation

The Axial Vector Engine revolutionary internal combustion engine that converts combustion energy into rotational energy without the use of a traditional crankshaft

      by Steve Barclay

Axial Vector Energy Corporation or AVEC, recently demonstrated how its engines could run on palm oil in Detroit. The Nevada-based company completed dynameters test trials performance data gathering on its prototypical 8 cylinder, 7.2, 352HP work horse diesel-cum-multi fuel engine which produces 1,750 ft pounds of torque. According to AVEC, this represents the first ever commercially viable powertrain using a non-fossil fuel offering a huge and profitable new market for AVEC.

The engine and the gas-cam engine share many common design features. A sinusoidal cam rather than a crankshaft was used to convert the linear motion of the pistons into rotational motion in the drive shaft. The engine contains substantially fewer parts and therefore is much lighter than an equivalent conventional engine.

“This engine has a very high torque of 3.2 ft-lb per HP. This is 75 per cent greater than an equivalent displacement 7.2 liter 6 cylinder Caterpillar diesel engine. The fuel performance is also better than the Caterpillar. This AVEC engine is designed for 40,000 hours of operation between major overhauls. If this engine was placed in a truck, and it was driven at 50mph, you could expect to travel 2,000,000 miles before the next overhaul or 75 trips around this planet. A digital signal processor manages this engines performance. There is a number of interesting new features designed into this new AVEC engine,” says the company.

AVEC is a global solutions provider that owns, develops, invests in and licenses revolutionary technologies including internal combustion engine and electric power generator technologies that have unlimited potential in military, industrial and commercial applications. AVEC engines have a high power-to-weight ratio and are less costly to produce and operate. They are also considerably cleaner with fewer emissions and are capable of using multiple fuel types, including diesel, JP5 and JP8 fuels, kerosene, bio-diesels, ethanol, and other blends of these fuels and can be converted to burn natural gas or propane. The engines can be controlled electronically, in remote areas, with remote diagnostics, alone or in combination with generator sets. The latter is important particularly in military applications.

The automotive industry is a potentially lucrative market for AVEC engines. The company says that important benefits like improved gasoline mileage and reduced emissions will be compelling reasons for the technologies adoption. “Further, the same digital FADEC control system employed in military versions of the engines can be used in automotive applications to constantly monitor and maintain optimal engine performance. In vehicular settings, AVEC engine technologies also can be used in a number of non-automotive applications, including tractors, loaders, forklifts, and farm and forestry vehicles,” says AVEC.

AVEC engines use linear power transmission design which means that there are two opposing pistons in every cylinder. The pistons in their cylinders are uniformly distributed around the circumference of the drive shaft and move back and forth in a smooth linear motion, parallel drive shaft. This is the axial transfer of energy from the pistons. In a standard drive there is only one piston per cylinder. The cylinders are located on one side and perpendicular to the drive shaft.

In the standard engine drive, the energy from the up and down movement of the pistons is transferred to the crank shaped drive shaft through linear rotational motion, to a bearing, and then simply cranks the drive shaft. It is the rotational aspect of the piston movement in the standard drive, which causes engine wear, and a relative short operational life compared to linear drive or Axial Vector Engines says the company.

Automotive Industries spoke to Samuel Higgins, chairman of the board, Axial Vector Engine Corporation.

AI: How can the AVEC engine revolutionize the automotive industry?

Our engine and generator provide the perfect “hybrid system” by continuously charging the batteries and there are no more worries “distance to recharge”. With Mile per Gallon (mpg) well over 100, 2/3 less parts and 50% less weight, this engine represents the new era of vehicle propulsion.

Further, the ability to scale the engine to as low as 5 horsepower or as high as 10,000 horsepower at a torque ratio of 3:1 every application will have “power to spare”.

AI: Tell us a little about the history of the AVEC engine technology and how your company worked on the concept.

The original technology concept has been around since 1952 and was certified to fly experimental aircraft by DFAA. We added, acquired and invented additional technologies to meet the mobile power platform requirements of the next century. A complete history of these components and steps is available on our website at www.axialvectorenergy.com.

AI: What are the implications of the multi-fuel aspect of your engines?

This is one of the big breakthroughs which has been confirmed by dyno testing. We run very well on diesel, JP 5, JP8, kerosene, ethanol, biodiesel, as well as completely non-fossil fuels such as “palm oil”. The ability to pour one fuel on top of another without engine modification “on the fly” provides flexibility and cost benefits previously unheard of in an “ice engine”.

AI: Have any automotive OEMs evinced an interest in licensing your engine technologies? If so, please give us details.

Yes, by the time this interview is printed on the news stand, we believe at least 2 major deals will be signed with globally recognized companies for the first mass production of our engines.

AI: Now that you have demonstrated the multi-fuel capabilities of your engines what’s next for AVEC?

We are providing a “heavy fuel” engines for both the current and next generation UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles). This 30 and 60 horsepower multi-fuel engines are the key component to what the Defense Department estimates as a 65 billion dollar market by 2012. The US Air Force has confirmed the importance of UAVs in that they will spend more money in 2010 on UAVs than they will fix wing aircraft.

Automotive Industries also spoke to Douglas Hahn, lead engineer on the Axial Vector Engine program.

AI: How long did work on the AVEC engine program go on for before its commercial launch?

Five years of product development by many hardworking engineers have gone into the project.

AI: Please tell us a little about what went into developing this engine technology.

Although the gasoline engine was very successful and complete, the compression ignition engine produced additional challenges. These challenges included 4 valve per cylinder central injector. Also this engine uses a proprietary common rail system to ensure optimal economy with minimal emissions.

AI: When developing the technology, did AVEC target any one industry as a potential customer base? If so, which one?

Yes, initially the target community was the generator community.

AI: What are some of the break-through technologies that have emerged from your engine development program?

Mainly the Electronic control module algorithms that were developed with the help of Mototron now Woodward controls. Their stand alone open architecture system allowed us to program the ECM from the controls level up. In addition we were able to optimize the valve motion using 4stHead by Blair and Associates.

AI: How likely is it that the automotive industry will adopt AVEC’s engine technologies?

This engine would be naturally suited for a hybrid with the generator on one end and the drive train on the other. Unfortunately with the economy the way it is I think the auto manufacturers have little R&D monies in comparison to years past so the development and proof of concept will be left to High Tech companies like AVEC.

AI: What are some of the issues still facing the AVEC engine technology program?

How to integrate the engine technically into the industry. As I stated in the previous question change is not something I see a lot of just now with the current world economy. However, we are currently exploring UAV and marine applications, in conjunction with our genset motors.

Also in diesem Segment muss man ja, wenn, grundsätzlich höllisch aufpassen.

New Patent Announced by Axial Vector Is the Missing Link Breakthrough for Hybrid Electric Cars - Jan 20, 2010
      www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/new-patent-announced-by-axi…

"DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES -- 01/20/10 -- Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (PINKSHEETS: AXVC) (FRANKFURT: BAE1) announced today the filing of a new patent by its Chief Engineer, Douglas Hahn, which is the missing link to make hybrid electric cars a perfect solution for transportation. The uniqueness of the device is that energies normally lost to transmissions and torque converters are recovered to charge the batteries. With a pure electric car, no transmission is needed but if you try to accelerate up a hill, then you are near locked rotor for the electric motor and this is the most inefficient point. Locked Rotor is the Stopped position or the OFF State of an electric motor. This system would allow the electric motor to operate in the most efficient 'zone' while the car continued to accelerate. Douglas Hahn stated, "This, in combination with our generator and engine technology, should make the most fuel efficient vehicle ever produced. What is really exciting is it uses both of our technologies."

Sanjai Chhaunker, President & CEO of AVEC, remarked, "This is all near term technology not like battery technology. This is the first of many new patent filings we will be making as a result of the company's investment in the wonderful engineering team at our new development facility in Virginia. Further announcements can be expected shortly."

      About Axial Vector Energy Corporation

Axial Vector Energy Corporation (AVEC) is a global solutions provider that owns, develops and licenses revolutionary internal combustion engine and electric power generator technologies that have unlimited potential in military, industrial and commercial applications. AVEC and its partners are positioned to become unrivalled leaders in international engine and energy markets with technologies that produce more efficient, cost effective, environmentally sensitive and versatile solutions for use in a wide variety of important applications around the world. The company also owns 40% of PETRO-AVEC.

      Conference Call January 14, 2010

You mentioned several revenue deals. Can you recap them for us?
AVEC JV in India (all AVEC products): $250,000 upfront fee to be paid to AVEC; $2,000,000 commitment to tooling for mass production. Any and all patents that result from the JV will remain in the JV (will not affect AVEC’s current individual product patent portfolio). We won’t be able to announce the name of our new partner in India until January 24th but it’s a very well known name. We also have a deal pending in the U.S. for military UAVs, hence a new 60HP engine variant. And the Saudis are putting $20 million into our first phase of the joint oil project for Petro Avec. And Petro Avec, as you know, saves roughly $54 million per product stream per refinery per year. When used on crude oil, it’s worth dollars per barrel. So the belief is that, if someone were going to buy out Petro Avec, it’d be in the billions of dollars. That, of course, would dramatically change the calculus for AVEC. So, in the first round of deals, with another batch on their heels, we’re looking at roughly $22.25 million in commitments from third parties.

With regard to India, during the conference call and in your press release, you used the words “productionize and productionizing engineering.” Would you define that for us?
Sure. It means tooling. The engines, as we’ve said earlier, are ready for full scale production. What we have to do now is develop and calibrate an assembly line and supply chain. We also expect that our partners may propose slight changes to enhance production ready, reliability, maintainability, availability, affordability and/or usability. That may happen and we’re certainly not opposed to it as long as production schedules aren’t severely compromised.

You also mentioned that the India deal was key to fulfilling on previously announced backorders. Can you provide some background on that?
One of the hurdles that we’ve had to overcome in Asia and Middle East is finding a blue chip, six sigma (total quality management) lean manufacturing firm capable of very large scale, affordable output. As you know, a large scale, top quality manufacturer won’t talk to you unless there’s a market for your product so the first step was proving there was a market. And the best way to do that was to establish an order backlog. So, product demonstrations resulted in the order backlog, the order backlog was necessary to secure a mass production partner and now we’re several months away from having the capability online to fulfill. And, of course, in partnering with a six sigma, just in time inventory, modern mass producer, we’ll be in a good position to bring our U.S. facility up to internationally competitive standards in a hurry. And we’re in a hurry.

You’ve mentioned your desire to go a“higher” exchange and to the Russell 2000 or 3000 index. What does that mean?
Well, the advantage of being on a higher exchange is (1) you have a broader shareholder base, (2) institutions, including mutual funds take a position in your stock and (3) you’re no longer a penny stock. You can go to the NYSE or NASDAQ websites, for example, and see the listing requirements. You have to have substantial revenue, market capitalization, and the like. Additionally, you have to be fully reporting with the SEC. That’s our goal. And once you do that, getting on the Russell 2000 or 3000 small cap indices means that you have even more institutional (index fund) buying, which tends to provide greater stability and less risk in the pricing of your stock. The more fundamental and technical risk you mitigate, the more likely your stock will be properly viewed as “investment grade.” That’s where we want to be.

What’s your timing for all of this?
Well, we think 2010 is our year. Given the state of the capital markets, following a global recession that started in the summer of 2007, getting a high capitalization development stage business to the point where we are has been maddeningly slow and difficult. That said, we’re through those wickets and we now have the pieces coming together to mass produce and ship product. Our product is well positioned and sufficiently differentiated to do well, even in a down economy. So we’re encouraged. And by embracing a JV-based licensing model, we think we can get there immeasurably faster than if we were to go it alone.

Assuming everything works according to plan, what will AVEC look like, financially?
As Sanjai said in his remarks, we hope to achieve multi-year revenue growth rates in excess of 100 percent, gross profitability of 60 percent, and a resource utilization return on equity of roughly 36%. That’s what our pro forma is showing us and, based on stated demand, that’s what the market seems to be telling us. And if we do that, of course, we’ll be able to justify a move to a higher exchange and investment grade status.

Sanjai was describing the longer range strategy. Can you recap that for us?
Sure. We’ve opted for a licensing model because that allows us to capitalize on existing global manufacturing, sales and service infrastructure. A “go it alone” model just doesn’t make sense to us. It’s far too slow and expensive to replicate, especially in a recession. We think the best differentiation strategy, aimed at developing enduring market value, is the same one that Apple uses – technological/functional leadership. It’s all about building insanely great product, resulting in competitors seeking licenses and a rapid rate of old technology substitution.

Sanjai also mentioned three types of corporate strategies, that is rapid vs. stability vs. retrenchment. There, we’re seeking a rapid growth model. In terms of a business strategy, that is cooperative vs. competitive, we’re seeking a cooperative model, in order to achieve rapid scalability and relationship building with eventual suitors for subsets of our business. And, in terms of a functional strategy, that is technological leadership vs. followership, we seek to be a technological leader because leading edge, patented technology is more difficult to replicate than any other form.

Our policies, which guide our decision making, include six sigma certification, six month maximum R&D cycles, patenting and licensing and the adoption of large company governance practices – which will be necessary as we move to a higher exchange and, hopefully, the Russell 2000 or 3000 index.

      .
      .
      .
      .

      So what’s next?
We’ll be providing you with a number of updates over the next few weeks, including the details of the currently announced deals, the details of our project with the Saudis and, hopefully, the details of some deal flow that we didn’t discuss today. We also hope to file our Form 10K with the SEC, which is a precursor to achieving a fully reporting status. Behind the scenes, there’s a tremendous amount of work to be done. We’ll be announcing new key personnel, an expanded advisory board, and details of our operational and governance progress. It’ll be a very busy quarter.

Nein

"And Petro Avec, as you know, saves roughly $54 million per product stream per refinery per year. When used on crude oil, it’s worth dollars per barrel."

SwitchToLatestLocale=true / http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Dubai-Government-Roads-and-iw-… (über die Ausstattung Derer Taxiflotte mit den Motoren in Dubai, sowie prinzipiell auch Busse &Bahnverkehr)), den indischen Partner(scheinbar Indiens größter Dieselmotoren Hersteller) kann man wahrs. bald dazuzählen, die Petro AVEC Partnerschaft mit "Dhahran Global Company for Oil& Gas"(zu Denen der Teil auch recht interessant ist: "which is wholly a owned subsidiary of Al Shoula Group in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Al Shoula Group is owned by his Royal Highness Prince Mishaal Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, one of the most senior members of the Saudi Royal Family.

Man muß einfach sehen was sich da jetzt weiterentwickelt in Sachen: Verträge, Abschlüsse, Partnerschaften....

India's first Iron Plough in 1988

      Was sagte doch nochmal AVEC?

AVEC's new Indian partner also has a joint venture relationship with a large Japanese motor company to mass produce engines together

      Also paßt.

      Lawuki,

Kirloskar Oil Engines Enters Binding MOU for Joint Venture Mass Production of Axial Vector Engines - February 01, 2010
      http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/marketwire/0582…

"Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (PINKSHEETS: AXVC) (FRANKFURT: BAE1) announced today the signing of a binding MOU with Kirloskar Oil Engines (KOEL) (http://kirloskarapps.kirloskar.com/kirloskar/web/home.html) to make ready for mass production of its multi fuel engines and the building of mass production lines for its engines in a Joint Venture which will be held 76% by KOEL and 24% by Axial Vector.

      Agreement components include:

Technology development payment to Axial Vector by KOEL of $250,000 USD.

KOEL initially shall bear 100% of costs relating to Joint development of Engines for up to a limit of $2,000,000 USD of costs for making the engines ready for mass production.

The intention of both parties is to form the Joint Venture in India for mass production of internal combustion engines using the opposed cylinder with unique crankshaft technology of Axial Vector and the engineering, marketing and manufacturing expertise of KOEL.

Axial Vector to enter into a patent license agreement to the JV on its technology.

Axial Vector to receive a five-year Royalty payment in addition to its JV ownership starting with 5% of product sales value.

The marketing rights of the Joint Venture Company shall extend to all SAARC countries (India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Bangladesh and Pakistan).

Mr. Rahul Kirloskar, Director, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, commented, "Our association with the company (AVEC) has been for over five years during which we have monitored various stages of development of Axial Vector Engines. We believe this engine is a major breakthrough, which will improve various efficiencies involved in a typical Internal Combustion Engine. We see good potential once it gets successfully developed and will benefit both industry and our company's shareholders."

Mr. Sanjai Chhaunker, President and CEO of Axial Vector, stated, "KOEL has already assembled a top team of its engineers and will begin work immediately to make 'mass production ready' our multi fuel engines. As one of the most highly respected companies in India and with a global following, we believe they will quickly bring these engines to market which shall be the first of many license and royalty agreements we will now be able to negotiate with others. The world badly needs our cleaner, lighter and economical engines capable of much better fuel consumption using hydrocarbon fuels, as well as the ability to run on non fossil fuels such as straight palm oil."

      einfachklasse,

Was mir in diesem Zusammenhang auch nicht ganz klar ist, siehe #101, warum es immer noch ein MOU ist, sie aber von Sachen wie: "KOEL has already assembled a top team of its engineers and will begin work immediately to make 'mass production ready' our multi fuel engines. As one of the most highly respected companies in India and with a global following, we believe they will quickly bring these engines to market which shall be the first of many license and royalty agreements we will now be able to negotiate with others. ..." sprechen.

      Hallo Popeye82,

Axial Vector Energy Corporation Provides 1st Quarter, FY10 Progress Report - Apr 7, 2010
      http://money.cnn.com/news/newsfeeds/articles/marketwire/0605…

"Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (PINKSHEETS: AXVC) (FRANKFURT: BAE1) provided a 1st Quarter, FY10 progress report today.

      Business Development:

As announced on March 9th, AVEC's presentation and discussion panel participation at the Saudi Gulf Environment Forum (http://gulfenvironmentforum.com), March 7th-9th, resulted in some 40 senior level contacts indicating an interest in doing business with AVEC and/or Petro Avec. All 40 were visited; two are now engaged in negotiations.

      Avec Virginia Report:

In October, AVEC announced the opening of a new sales and production facility in Virginia. Engine and generator demonstrations, technical exchanges, contract discussions, engineering, and related activities resulted in the Kirloskar Oil Engines (KOEL) contract and the VA production team being awarded an innovative research grant from the U.S. Government, the details of which are subject to a non-disclosure. Phase II Government work, which will offset R&D costs for several months, is anticipated to commence in the second quarter. Production preparations with KOEL will also continue through the second quarter.

      Avec India Report:

In March, AVEC received an initial $250,000 technology transfer fee from Kirloskar Oil Engines (KOEL) in India. KOEL, which produces over $320 million of engines per year for the Asian market, is investing $2 million on a production line for AVEC engines and will be fulfilling AVEC's Eurasian order backlog. Production is anticipated to commence later in the year. At present, KOEL is working with AVEC Virginia to optimize and standardize production around the best of Japanese just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing processes.

      Petro Avec JV Report:

In Q3, FY09, AVEC announced that its Petro Avec joint venture was negotiating with a large oil firm in India. Those discussions are complete and a resultant agreement is before the Indian government, awaiting approval. Elsewhere, conversations with oil producers and refiners continue on three continents. Optimally, the firm hopes to have several, two-phase projects running this year -- one in Saudi Arabia, one in India and, ideally, one in both the EU and the U.S. Each project will involve commercial-off-the-shelf equipment assembly in Germany, third party test and evaluation, and subsequent installation at the client site. These demonstration projects are required by each producer/refiner, as a condition for larger scale adoption of the technology. Separately, Petro Avec JV partner Petrosonics secured additional patents during the quarter.

      US Wind JV Report:

The US Wind JV, formed to syndicate projects using AVEC generators, failed to launch as planned when the global credit crisis hit AVEC's capital partners in Dubai. The capital markets are improving, however, and the US Wind JV is on the list of projects that we're showing to institutional investors.

Stated AVEC Chairman Sam Higgins, "The good news is that we have highly competitive products, substantive production capability coming on line, a healthy backlog of product orders, and our first revenue, albeit modest. Over the next 12 months, we'll be driving toward earnings and improved cash flow, an expanding end-user market, an improving bond rating, full SEC reporting and compliance, and analyst coverage. Higher levels of capitalization will get us there faster and we're pursuing a combination of existing shareholder friendly financing strategies. We'll share details as events occur."

      LOBBYIST IN Washington, D.C.

We have interviewed several top lobbying firms in Washington, D.C., all of whom are eager to represent us to the U.S. Government. We will finalize this agreement in April. It has been determined by all that our unique family of GREEN ENERGY technologies are prequalified for Grants and Project Loans for manufacturing them in the USA. The project areas include both civilian and military and would allow mass production of our ultra low-carbon products in America.

Axial Vector Energy Corporation Consolidates Research and Development Work in VA in Response to U.S. Navy Requirements - Apr 15, 2010
      www.marketwire.com/press-release/Axial-Vector-Energy-Corpora…

"DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES--(Marketwire - April 15, 2010) - Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (PINKSHEETS: AXVC) (FRANKFURT: BAE1) is relocating all of its research and development assets to VA in response to recent Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) contract requirements and U.S. Navy Secretary Ray Mabus' recent decision to accelerate spending on alternative fuel capable engines and generators. The next full scale demonstration of AVEC biofuel capable engines to the joint services is scheduled for June 2010.

At the recent Naval Energy Forum in Tysons Corner, VA, Navy Secretary Ray Mabus unveiled his list of energy targets to accomplish through the year 2020. The list sets ambitious goals for increasing efficiency and reducing oil use in the Navy. By 2012, the Navy hopes to have at least one "green strike group," composed of nuclear vessels and ships powered by biofuels. By 2020, the Navy hopes to cut total fossil fuel use on ships, aircraft and other assets by 50 percent.

Stated AVEC Chairman Sam Higgins, "Given the billions of dollars that the Department of the Navy will be spending on bio fuel capable technologies and, given the relationship that we're rapidly building with the Navy, it makes sense to consolidate R&D operations in VA, just a short distance from Navy customers and where AVEC engineering costs are lowest. We're excited about an expanded role in Navy green energy work and look forward to our series of demonstrations in June."

Axial Vector Energy Corporation Announces Successful $1.2 Million Direct Offering of Equity Units - Apr 28, 2010
      http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Axial-Vector-Energy-iw-4209360…

"DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES--(Marketwire - 04/28/10) - Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (Pinksheets:AXVC - News) (Frankfurt:BAE1 - News) announced today that it executed $1.2 million of Subscription Agreements with European, North American and Arabian Gulf investors for the sale of approximately 12 million restricted equity units at $.10 per unit. Each equity unit is composed of one share of restricted AVEC common stock and one warrant. The warrants allow investors to purchase one share of restricted AVEC stock at a price of $.50 per share for a period of 24 months. The $.50 warrant is callable under certain conditions. Net proceeds will be approximately $1.2 million. The majority of the transaction has been closed and is anticipated to be fully closed on May 5, 2010, subject to customary closing conditions. A call on the warrants will provide the company with an additional $6.0 million.

Stated AVEC Chairman Sam Higgins, "This $1.2 million allows us to pay off our liabilities and invest immediately to achieve full SEC reporting, appoint directors, fund communication with the investment community and pay for a move to a more senior exchange. The balance of approximately $800,000 will be used to finance the 'go to market cost' of licensing our 'Green and Clean' family of multi fuel engines, generators, electric motors and 'GENSETS.' All of which are the most environmentally friendly and fuel efficient in their market category."

We anticipate a slight ramp up in our current $55,000 per month burn rate, offset by a substantial increase in revenue. In addition to providing necessary cash reserves, our newest institutional and individual investors bring a high a degree of business acumen and are actively working to help close on revenue for the Company. We hope to be able to announce the first resultant revenue May 10th after our second product demonstrations for prospective licensees and customers at our facility in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

AVEC CEO Sanjay Chhaunker added, "If our revenue projections hold true, this round of required equity financing should be our last as we anticipate the first cash flow positive, profitable year in the Company's history. The economic downturn, which began in August 2007, made it extremely difficult to capitalize development with undesired dilution but, armed with whole new product lines and several exciting joint ventures, we see far better days directly ahead. Our engine, generator and related control products appear to be favorably differentiated, with their smaller form factor, lighter weight, reduced acquisition, total cost of ownership and reduced dependence on fossil fuels. We also believe that they will prove to be more reliable, available, maintainable, useable, durable and transportable than competing products. We anticipate that this will translate into accelerating, year over year, intrinsic value, market share, revenue and profit gains on a per share basis."

Axial Vector Energy Corporation Announces New Patent Pending Automotive Hybrid Electric Drive Train - May 4, 2010
      www.axialvectorengine.com/avecnews.htm

"DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (Marketwire) – May 4, 2010 - Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (Pinksheets: AXVC) (Frankfurt: BAE1), a developer of state-of-the-art green technologies, announced today an all new, U.S. patent pending, automotive hybrid electric drive train. The drive train is composed of a small AVEC engine, an AVEC generator/motor and an all new electric clutch (automatic transmission). The electric clutch is composed of AVEC permanent magnets and coils and is engaged when the two come in proximity. The new clutch is over 80 percent efficient with less than 1 percent slip. Conventional transmissions are significantly less efficient and costlier to operate, as evidenced by the waste heat that they generate.

As with most hybrid electric drive trains, when the batteries are fully charged, the vehicle is 100% electric. If the batteries are low in charge, the AVEC engine starts, engages the generator and stays on until the batteries are charged. The engine will also come on in response to a need for a sudden burst of speed. The design of the power train allows both the engine and generator/motor to operate at peak efficiency, regardless of speed. The recharging system can also operate when the vehicle is in neutral or parked.

Stated AVEC project engineer Douglas Hahn, "Apart from using AVEC's new, smaller engine and generator/motor combination in an all new automotive application, what's really new here is the electric clutch, which can be used between both AVEC’s engine and generator/motor and between the motor and the differential connecting the drive wheels. If we omit the engine and use the space for additional batteries, we then have a solution for an all electric plug-in vehicle."

Stated AVEC Chairman Sam Higgins, "The new power train leverages existing AVEC technology and continues the tradition of reduced part count, lower cost, higher efficiency and easier maintenance. It's also patent pending in the U.S. Our plan is to extend patent protection internationally through the patent cooperation treaty (PCT), while adding additional licensable property to the portfolio as we progress through our product development roadmap."

AVEC Announces New Trademark; "Good Green Energy" Trademark Approved for AVEC's New Family of Smart Electric Grid Products - Jun 15, 2010
      http://finance.yahoo.com/news/AVEC-Announces-New-Trademark-i…

"DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES--(Marketwire - 06/15/10) - Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (Pinksheets:AXVC - News) (Frankfurt:BAE1 - News) announced today that it secured the trademark "GOOD GREEN ENERGY," www.goodgreenenergy.com, which will be used for branding AVEC's new line of smart electric grid products. The first of these products, developed in response to Department of Energy (DOE) stated needs, is expected to be announced later this week.

The U.S., EU and China are each investing tens of billions of dollars to develop "smart grids" to replace existing power grids designed by Nikola Tesla, Thomas Edison and George Westinghouse in the early 20th century. Existing grids are prone to brownouts and blackouts and, in the U.S. and China, rely on the burning of coal for over 60 percent of generated energy. The new national smart grid, composed of thousands of "micro grids," will employ millions of sensors connected through advanced communication and information technology systems, resulting in a more interactive, efficient, reliable and secure from cyber-attack power distribution system. The goal is to build a power generation and distribution system that will connect everyone to abundant, affordable, clean, efficient, and reliable electric power anytime, anywhere. It will be capable of:

+ Self-healing from power disturbance events

+ Enabling active participation by consumers in demand response

+ Operating resiliently against physical and cyber attack

+ Providing power quality for 21st century needs

+ Accommodating all generation and storage options

+ Enabling new products, services, and markets

+ Optimizing assets and operating efficiently

In 2014, $152.3 billion will be spent globally just for devices, hardware, software, and communications equipment. These products will form the infrastructure and critical communication systems which will build, link, monitor, manage and secure the smart grid. In addition to providing mobile power generation capabilities, AVEC will be providing associated micro grid components. The first of these new components, which are compatible with the technologies proposed by Google, LG Electronics, Landis, Echelon, Tendril, Ice Energy, Enspiria, eMeter, Itron are niche products -- products that we believe will prove to be valuable, rare, hard to imitate (patented) and well within our organization's capability to provide.

Stated AVEC Chairman Sam Higgins, "We're extremely excited about the opportunities we're seeing in the smart grid market and believe that AVEC products will fit well. We look forward to sharing news of the first component of our new micro grid strategy later this week."

AVEC to Debut New Product, Partners and Financiers at AUVSI in Denver August 23, 2010 - Jul 26, 2010
      www.marketwire.com/press-release/AVEC-to-Debut-New-Product-P…
      http://symposium.auvsi.org/auvsi10/public/enter.aspx

"VIRGINIA BEACH, VA--(Marketwire - July 26, 2010) - Axial Vector Energy Corporation ("AVEC") (PINKSHEETS: AXVC) (FRANKFURT: BAE1) announced today it has joined a consortium to build, fly and market a new heavy fuel UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) at the AUVSI Unmanned Systems North America show in Denver, Colorado August 24-27.

The new UAV will be powered by an AVEC Internal Combustion Engine (ICE), which is a heavy fuel / Electric Hybrid Power / Propulsion System. AVEC will also be contracting to sell the newly patented power plant individually to various military and civilian applications users.

Mission requirements for UAV's have expanded dramatically requiring extended endurance, increased power, and low altitude maneuverability in urban environments. Ground launched and air-dropped systems in the 50 - 150 lb class cannot meet mission requirements on electric power alone. However, by using compact hybrid systems that burn heavy fuels the UAV has sufficient power for takeoff and the ability to charge batteries during time aloft. This ensures the craft can run silent at low altitudes and still have the ability to charge batteries when the craft is at higher altitudes or does not need to run at silent mode. Since the UAV can be operated on electric motor alone, heavy fuel engine alone, or combination of both the hybrid system also addresses one redundancy requirement needed to operate UAVs in US urban areas.

Hybridization will enable users to take advantage of quiet, efficient operation of electric-based propulsion while also taking advantage of the power density of IC engines.

Sam Higgins, AVEC's Chairman, noted, "The AUVSI show is the perfect showcase to introduce our product, development partners and financiers who have made this possible."

Douglas Hahn, AVEC Chief Engineer, stated, "This product has worldwide military uses of course but also has huge potential in Commercial Applications such as Law enforcement, Homeland Security, and emergency services. Unmanned Air Systems performing intelligence, surveillance, search and rescue, and disaster relief missions."

Governor Bill Ritter will officially open AUVSI's Unmanned Systems North America 2010 on Tuesday, 24 August with a Keynote address welcoming more than 5,500 members of the global unmanned systems community to Colorado. His remarks will also include insight into his efforts to support knowledge-based industries of the future such as aerospace, information technology and energy. Governor Ritter heads a stellar line up of keynote speakers for the week.

      + Very compact design

Sam Higgins, AVEC's Chairman, noted, "AUVSI is a perfect venue for unveiling breakthrough UAV engine technologies. Key Government and prime contractor project managers and buyers will be at the show and have already indicated keen interest in new, lower cost of acquisition/ownership, lower weight, higher performance engines that burn standard military fuels, as opposed to gasoline. We're sure that this engine will be a big hit and have secured additional ads designed to drive traffic to AVEC's information booth. "

Douglas Hahn, Chief Engineer, stated, "Beyond all of the well known military, homeland defense, disaster relief and police applications for this new engine, we see a plethora of commercial uses in the emergency services, weather monitoring, forestry, maritime and commercial fishing industries. The new MP2 cycle adds an efficiency gain of 12% in thermal efficiency that translates to longest time aloft per gallon in the industry. In addition this engine is partially ceramic. All high friction and wear components have been designed as ceramic components. In addition ceramic engines do not require a large cooling system and hence allow a major weight reduction and therefore greater fuel efficiency. Fuel efficiency of the engine is also higher at high temperature, as shown by Carnot's theorem in thermodynamics -- see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carnot%27s_theorem_(thermodynam… . In a conventional metallic engine, much of the energy released from the fuel must be dissipated as waste heat in order to prevent a meltdown of the metallic parts."

AXcess News: High-Efficiency Aviation Engine Debuts in Denver - Aug 23, 2010
      www.marketwire.com/press-release/AXcess-News-High-Efficiency…

"HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - August 23, 2010) - Axial Vector Energy Corp. (PINKSHEETS: AXVC) is set to debut its latest high-efficiency aviation engine at the AUVSI Unmanned Systems North America show in Denver on Tuesday. The Company says its M2P engine can achieve operating efficiencies of 12% gain and can burn standard fuel, making it more cost effective as well.

Axial Vector Chairman Sam Higgins called his company's latest development engine development a "breakthrough technology" in UAV drivers that AXVC's Chief Engineer Douglas Hahn explained as being developed using ceramic parts that cut down on engine friction which thereby achieved its remarkable gain in fuel efficiency.

"The new MP2 cycle adds an efficiency gain of 12% in thermal efficiency that translates to longest time aloft per gallon in the industry," said Hahn.

Hahn also said that due to the use of ceramic components the M2P ran cooler and didn't require a large cooling system and hence allow a major weight reduction and therefore greater fuel efficiency. Hahn also said the M2P actually ran more efficiently at higher temperatures. "In a conventional metallic engine, much of the energy released from the fuel must be dissipated as waste heat in order to prevent a meltdown of the metallic parts," Hahn explained.

Higgins indicated that the government was showing strong interest in Axial Vector's ceramic, light-weight, fuel efficient engine though he was quick to point out that many commercial applications made it a strong candidate for non-governmental markets. The fact that the M2P runs on heavier fuels as opposed to traditional gasoline extends the applications to a broader marketplace, Higgins outlined.

Axial Vector will be displaying its M2P Cycle engine Tuesday through Friday at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, which is open to the general public. The AUVSI Unmanned Systems North America show is the world's largest unmanned systems exhibit.
