Das sieht ja alles nicht schlecht aus und wenn man mit keiner Zusage der ERA rechnen würde bräuchte man keine PPA- Verhandlungen, aber wie du schon schreibst immer schön eines nach dem anderen.
@ Iron Wir hatten die Bedingungen für Hongkong ja auch schon mal im alten Thread und ich finde wichtig wenn auch die Bedingungen beleuchtet werden.
Persönlich fände ich es ganz gut, wenn sich eine Möglichkeit ergibt im nächsten Jahr erst mal an der MSE gelistet zu werden, dann ist Prophecy in jedem mongolischen Indexfonds vertreten und bei den erwarteten Wachstumsraten für die Mongolei wäre das schon mal sehr erfreulich.

würd meinen der segment wechsel von venture zu tsx und die Tatsache, dass finanziell nicht allzu grosser Spielraum besteht, könnte eventuell auf Bewegung im finanziellen Bereich hindeuten.

Da muss man sich nur diesen einen Auszug durchlesen, um zu sehen das es momentan unmöglich ist in Hongkong gelistet zu werden.
Für mich ist das aber momentan nicht das wichtigste Ziel von Prophecy, ich sehe aber auch keinen Sinn drinnen sich da was vorzumachen.

Mal so einfach an die Börse spazieren ist nicht. Hatte ich ja schon einmal eingestellt.
Hier die Bedingungen, die erfüllt werden müssen:
Listing criteria
The qualifications for a primary listing on the main board of the Exchange are detailed in
Chapter 8 of the Listing Rules. The principal qualifications are set out below.
Currently, the Exchange only accepts listing applications from companies incorporated in Hong
Kong, the PRC, Bermuda and the Cayman Islands. For other jurisdictions the applicant must
show that the relevant country offers equivalent standards of shareholder protection as are
provided in Hong Kong.
• Suitability for listing (LR 8.04) – the company and its business must, in the opinion of the
Exchange, be suitable for listing.
• Sufficient trading record (LR 8.05) – the company must have (i) a trading record of not
less than three financial years, (ii) management continuity for the last three financial years,
and (iii) ownership continuity for at least the most recent audited financial year (although
limited exemptions are available for companies relying on the market capitalisation/
revenue/cash flow test or the market capitalisation/revenue test described below and for
