Yet the greatest aspect of NeuVax might be patient convenience. No patient enjoys receiving cancer therapy, but over the course of three years patients will only receive a total of 11 NeuVax intradermal injections. If its phase 2 results carry over into its ongoing PRESENT phase 3 trial, then it could allow for greater peace of mind for patients who'll spend less time receiving medical care and more time enjoying life.

Tja, n'bissl früher als gedacht Dank die gestrige Kursschwäche, aber hab meine GALE Paket nun tatsächlich glatt verdoppelen können (in drei Tranchen versteht sich)
Ich schreibe sowas lieber im fallende Kurs (anstatt stark ansteigende). n'bissl vergleichbar mit sich zu 'schmücken mit falschen federn', hinterher wissen -und wüssten -wir es immer alle besser!

For Galena and its shareholders, nothing is more important than the PRESENT study, which is a phase 3 trial involving more than 700 low to moderate expressing HER2 breast cancer patients. NeuVax is an adjuvant therapy designed to prevent cancer from recurring. A 60-month phase 2 study hinted at its potential, with a 78% reduction in risk of recurrence observed in the NeuVax arm relative to the control group.
The PRESENT study, which completed enrollment earlier this year, isn't expected to deliver a final readout until 2018, although there are important interim events along the way that could give investors clues as to NeuVax's efficacy and safety. The first of these event-driven interim analyses will occur when 10% of patients (or 70 trial participants) have reached an event (i.e., recurrence or death). While this interim analysis is merely focused on NeuVax's safety and ensuring it's not coming up well short of the placebo, it could nonetheless be a spark that Galena's investors sorely need. Expect this interim data in either the fourth quarter or the first quarter of 2016.
In addition, our gross-to-net deduction [for Abstral] improved to 77% this quarter compared to 65% in Q1 2015... {W]e continue to trend positively at around 80 to 85 tablets per transaction versus 55 tablets per transaction in June of last year... As we have mentioned on previous calls, the growth of Abstral will continue to fluctuate quarter-over-quarter. But as you have seen, the underlying metrics are all trending upwards. -- Christopher Lento, senior VP of commercial operations
What now for Galena?
For investors, it's a patient wait for the PRESENT interim results and the full readout from GALE-401. We very well could see new study announcements and get teased with data in other possible NeuVax labels, but all that really matters through Q1 2016 is that PRESENT and GALE-401 deliver as expected

Considering the assumption that the Phase 3 trial is going well, we can also assume that the next step will be a New Drug Application with the FDA followed by approval. If that is indeed the case, GALE will finally be put on the map as one of the several stocks in biotech that has an approved product, ultimately leading to more incredible gains.

gehe von 2-4 Tagen grün aus....

mit Daily 47 oder auch die Week mit 46 sehen noch platz für nach oben.Aber momentan ist halt nicht nur Gale für den Kurs auszumachen,sondern was ist momentan im Gesamtmarkt los.Heute werden wohl die Kurse überall nochmal anziehen.Aber je nach was china macht.kann es ganz schnell wieder down gehen.Unabhänig was gerade eventuell an News kommt.Also die Situation ist momentan sehr schwer.Potenzial für heute könnten 1,70-1,85 sein.Bevor Gewinnmitnahmen kommen.
Kaufziel wurde erreicht!!! bei 1,58 $ wären dies schnelle 30% oder steigen wir noch höher?
