Unaudited Interim Results for the period ended 30 June 2013



Top Level Domain Holdings Limited (AIM: TLDH.L), the only publicly traded company focused exclusively on acquiring and operating new generic top-level domains ("gTLDs"), today announces its unaudited interim results for the 6 months ended 30 June 2013 (the "Period").



Period Highlights:

· The Company successfully raised £6.6 million in funding from institutional and other investors, including directors. The funds provided additional working capital and in particular, additional funding for the Company to resolve contention sets, including participation in private or ICANN-sponsored auctions of contested gTLDs (where another applicant(s) has also applied for the same gTLD);

· The Company resolved contention sets for three of its gTLDs, securing the rights to one gTLD and a revenue share on a second gTLD. As at 30 June the Company had an interest in 23 uncontested applications, including 15 wholly / majority owned gTLDs - post period this has increased to 25;

· All of TLDH's and client gTLD applications have passed Initial Evaluation and are moving on towards the next set of steps (i.e., contract signing and pre-delegation testing) prior to officially launching save one where approval is still being sought;

· The Company agreed a funding facility for up to $15 million (£9.4 million) to support its participation in a prospective auction in relation to a specific contested gTLD;

· The Company participated in ICANN's beta program for Pre-Delegation Testing (PDT) and has successfully passed PDT. The process has allowed TLDH to get an advanced look at the PDT process as it prepares for actual PDT later this year;

· The Company's core registry operations have been established in Dublin, Ireland and additional operations are being set up in London.



Post Period Highlights

· Contract signed with ICANN for the first application in which TLDH has an interest, .KIWI;

· Agreement entered into with Tucows to partner in the auction process on three contested applications.



Executive Chairman, Fred Krueger, commented:

"We are now in the final stages of the most significant development in the history of the Internet Domain Name System. We are the fourth largest applicant in the world for new gTLDs after Donuts, Google, and Amazon and have significant financial resources. Our cost base is lower than many of our competitors and we believe that we have the highest valued portfolio of geographic TLDs in the industry. Our servers and infrastructure have passed initial pre-delegation testing. In short, we are ready to go - both to launch and manage our portfolio of uncontested gTLDs, and those of our clients, as well as to monetise those contested applications where we take the view that a gTLD string is being over-valued by our competitors. And given the recent signing of contract between .KIWI and ICANN, we may potentially see our first revenues as a back-end registry operator as early as Q4 2013, and revenue from the sale of domain names from our first wholly-owned new gTLD by Q1 2014."

TLDH announces that it was informed yesterday that Michael Salazar, a director of the Company, on 9 October 2013 acquired 300,000 ordinary shares at a price of 4.95p per ordinary share. As a result Michael Salazar is now interested in 910,375 ordinary shares representing 0.14 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.

TLDH announces that it was informed yesterday that Caspar Veltheim, a director of the Company, on 17 October 2013 acquired 42,000 ordinary shares at a price of 5.80p per ordinary share. As a result Caspar Veltheim now holds 504,613 ordinary shares representing 0.08 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

TLDH was also informed today that Guy Elliott, a director of the Company, today purchased 639,918 ordinary shares at a price of 5.68p per ordinary share. As a result Guy Elliott now holds 35,186,350 ordinary shares (including 186,350 ordinary shares held by his wife) representing 5.41 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Private Auction and gTLD Program Update



· TLDH to realise US$4.81 million (£2.97 million) in cash from .website and .lawyer private auctions

· ICANN delegates first four gTLDs into the Internet's Root Zone

· Company well positioned for growth and acquisition of further gTLDs



The directors of Top Level Domain Holdings (AIM:TLDH) are delighted to announce that following the private auctions for .website and .lawyer, which concluded late on 23 October 2013, the Company will add £2.97 million (US$4.81 million) to its cash reserves. The amount includes proceeds from the two private auctions, net of commissions payable to the auctioneer, and refunds due from ICANN in relation to each of the two applications.



Separately, the directors are pleased to report that the first four gTLDs under ICANN's New gTLD Program have now been delegated into the Internet's Root Zone. As expected, the first four gTLDs to be delegated by ICANN are in non Roman scripts - شبكة. (Arabic for "web/network"),.онлайн (Cyrillic for "online"), .сайт (Cyrillic for "site") and .游戏(Chinese for "game(s)").



Following the receipt of cash from the latest round of private auctions, the Company will have cash reserves of £10.1 million - as well as access to up to a further US$15 million to compete in a single auction. The reserves will allow the Company to continue growing its portfolio of uncontested applications and move its portfolio to launch. TLDH's portfolio of uncontested applications in which it has interests remains at 25, 17 of which it wholly owns.

Auch wenn tldh die Auktion für einen Domain verliert, bekommt sie Geld. Desto mehr Geld für zukunftige Auktionen. Geld oder Doamain. Win Win.

Es gibt grosse Hoffnung für .blog. (Meine Meinung nach ist die Kreditlinie von Yahoo um diesen Domain zu kaufen. Bei Erfolg könnte ich mich vorstellen, dass Yahoo tldh kauft).

In den letzten Wochen ist der Aktienpreis von 4,9pence auf über 10 pence gestiegen.

Portfolio Update: .KIWI Passes Pre-delegation



The Directors of Top Level Domain Holdings (AIM:TLDH) are delighted to announce that its client, Dot Kiwi Limited, the owner of the top-level domain .KIWI, has passed the pre-delegation testing mandated by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN"). The next and final step will be the insertion of .KIWI into the root zone of the Internet, at which point .KIWI will be live and operational. The technical infrastructure for .KIWI is operated by Minds + Machines, TLDH's wholly-owned subsidiary.



The infrastructure tested for .KIWI is the same for most of the top-level domains operated by Minds + Machines and accordingly, the Directors now fully expect all of the Company's top-level domain applications using that infrastructure to pass pre-delegation testing and proceed smoothly to delegation.

Parallel dazu hat United Internet in den ersten 9 Monaten 2013 weiterhin stark in Aufbau und Entwicklung neuer Geschäftsfelder investiert. Im Vordergrund standen De-Mail-Dienste, die Internationalisierung der 1&1 Do-It-Yourself Homepage sowie der Vermarktungsstart neuer Top-Level-Domains (nTLDs). Dabei konnten bis zum 30. September 2013 insgesamt 420.000 De-Mail-Nutzungsverträge geschlossen werden, von denen 170.000 Nutzer abschließend identifiziert und freigeschaltet wurden. Im Bereich der 1&1 Do-It-Yourself Homepage konnten im Berichtszeitraum 110.000 neue Verträge hinzugewonnen werden und die internationale Markenbekanntheit stark gesteigert werden. Außerdem wurden bis zum 30. September 2013 rund 3,4 Mio. nTLDs unverbindlich vorregistriert. Kunden haben dadurch zukünftig die Möglichkeit, bei Verfügbarkeit neuer Domain-Endungen ihre Vorregistrierungen in verbindliche Domainbestellungen und damit in kostenpflichtige Kundenverträge zu wandeln.

tldh hat heute den Vertrag für .LONDON unterschrieben. Ab jetzt wird es getestet und dann im Frühjar 2014 wird es Live geschaltet. Das Test sollte kein Problem sein, weil das System wurde schon für .KIWI genehmigt.

The Directors of Top Level Domain Holdings (AIM:TLDH) are pleased to announce that the Company has signed contracts with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN") for five new top-level domains (gTLDs) wholly-owned by the Company: .horse, .cooking, .casa, .fishing, and .budapest. In addition, Minds + Machines GmbH, the Company's 80% owned subsidiary, has signed the contract with ICANN for .nrw, which will serve Germany's largest state, North-Rhine Westphalia. All six applications will now progress to pre-delegation testing, the final step before delegation into the Internet's root zone.

Red Hot Penny Share Guide ist eine englische Aktionärs Brief - von eigener Erfahrung weiss ich, dass das Blatt nicht immer recht hat. Nicht desto trotz hat die gestrige Ausgabe ein Zielpreis von 46p in 2 Jahren gesetzt (heute 14p).

Es ist ein vernüftiger Artikel, positiv aber sagt auch, dass man nicht weisst, wie erfolgreich die neue Domains werden sein (?). Das ist auch für mich die offene Frage.

Aber die Anzeichen sind gut - viele Werbung, viele Positive Artikeln, deutsche Firme die mit wiederverkauf von .com, .de (etc) leidet.

Progress of uncontested TLDH and client applications

Of the 24 uncontested applications in which TLDH has an interest, the Company is delighted to confirm that contracts have now been exchanged with ICANN on seventeen - fifteen of which are wholly/majority owned by TLDH, with the remaining two being client-led applications.



The fifteen TLDH wholly/majority owned applications where contracts have now been signed and exchanged with ICANN are: .FISHING, .CASA, .BUDAPEST, .VODKA, .RODEO, .WORK, .MIAMI, .COOKING, .HORSE, .LUXE, .NRW, .COUNTRY, .BAYERN, .BEER, and .SURF. Of these, .FISHING, .CASA, .BUDAPEST, .COOKING, and .HORSE have already passed pre-delegation testing ("PDT").



The directors are confident that all of its uncontested portfolio will continue to move smoothly through the PDT and final approval phases ahead of delegation into the Internet's root zone.



Meanwhile, TLDH's portfolio of uncontested client-led applications continues to progress well with .KIWI now delegated into the Internet's root and scheduled to start its Sunrise later in January. The Sunrise is the 30-60 day period where trademark owners can claim their name within a new gTLD ahead of the public launch of a new top level domain.



Priority Reservation Platform

Further to the announcement of 18 December, reservations for TLDH's wholly-owned domains .CASA, .COOKING, and .HORSE via the Company's OPEN Priority Reservation platform continues to be strong, as have early sales of PeopleBrowsr's .CEO and .BEST names which are also available through Minds + Machines OPEN service. To date, 17 registrars from around the world have signed Registry-Registrar Agreements ("RRAs") with TLDH enabling them to market/sell names to consumers within TLDH owned domains when launched; in addition 11 registrars have agreed to implement Minds + Machines' Priority Reservation service thereby extending its marketing reach.



Private and ICANN Auction Update

As previously announced, the directors fully expect TLDH to participate in the upcoming private auctions for the 43 contested strings in which it has an interest as and when they occur.



The Board also notes ICANN has recently published a preliminary schedule for potential ICANN sponsored auctions for contested strings on which ICANN is seeking comment (http://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/new-gtld-auction… The Board believes this development should provide further stimulus to those applicants not wishing to go down the ICANN auction route to resolve contention issues in a timely manner and enable the Company to take a more strategic view on those applications that advance to the ICANN auction rounds.

The Directors of Top Level Domain Holdings Limited (AIM:TLDH.L) are delighted to announce that the International Centre for Expertise of the International Chamber of Commerce ("ICC") has upheld the Community Objections lodged by the International Rugby Board ("IRB") against the two competing applications of dot Rugby Limited, and Atomic Cross, LLC for .RUGBY. As a result, the IRB is now the sole applicant for .RUGBY, taking the number of uncontested top level domains in which the Company has an interest to 25. The Company and Roar Domains, LLC are the IRB's joint venture partners for .RUGBY.

The Directors of Top Level Domain Holdings Limited (AIM:TLDH.L) are delighted to announce that its client, Dot London Domains Ltd ("Dot London"), has today announced that .LONDON will begin taking registrations on 29 April 2014 marking the formal launch of the .LONDON domain.



Separately, based on YouGov research commissioned by London & Partners, the Mayor's official promotional organisation for London, Dot London projects that over a quarter of London's 840,000 small businesses are likely to apply for an address in the .LONDON domain.



Leading brands and international organisations have also already expressed their desire to secure .LONDON addresses according to the Dot London announcement.



As part of the launch programme, London based businesses and Londoners will be given an initial three-month priority period in which to pre-register domain names. During the same period, trademark holders registered in ICANN's Trademark Clearinghouse, will also be able to submit a claim for their associated address(es) for their trademark.
