Ich habe auch damit gerechnet, das alte Ziel war nach den ersten 9 Monaten doch recht ehrgeizig und hoch gesteckt. Ich glaube aber auch nicht, dass das gravierende Auswirkungen auf den Kurs haben wird, da sicher viele so etwas im Kalkül hatten. Insgesamt sieht es nach dem sehr guten AE für 2018 positiv für SLM aus. In 2017 ist der Umsatz immerhin noch besser als 2016 und die bereinigte Marge EBITDA lag bei 3,8%, kann also auch noch übertroffen werden. Weiter fallende Kurse könnten ggf. noch einen guten Einstieg bieten.

Quartalszahlen

Umsatz für ein 3.Quartal okay. AE ist sehr stark, fragt sich nur wie man das erkauft hat. Ergebnis entsprechend Umsatz nahe 0. Hier muss es das 4. Quartal wieder rausreißen. Also eine Zitterpartie, wie gehabt.

Wandelanleihe SLM

Lübeck, 04. Oktober 2017 – Die SLM Solutions Group AG („SLM Solutions“ oder „Emittentin“) gibt bekannt, dass der Referenzkurs der Wandelanleihe bei EUR 33,1240 (entsprechend dem VWAP (Volumen gewichteter Durchschnittspreis) einer SLM Solutions Aktie im XETRA-Handelssystem am 04. Oktober 2017) festgelegt wurde.

Anfänglicher Wandelpreis 42,3987€

Kann mir jemand den Unterschied erklären - habe bisher nur direkt in Aktien investiert.
