On May 14, 2020, Benton Resources Inc. acquired ownership of 24,615,884 common shares of Clean Air Metals Inc., pursuant to the terms of an option agreement (see the company's news releases dated May 15, 2020, and May 11, 2020, for details of the transaction). Following this acquisition, Benton owns 24,615,884 common shares in the capital of the issuer, representing approximately 19.7 per cent of the issuer's issued common shares.
The shares were issued at a deemed price of 13 cents per common share.............

BENTON INFORMED THAT REGENCY GOLD CORP. HAS COMPLETED NAME CHANGE TO CLEAN AIR METALS
Benton Resources Inc. has been informed that, further to its news release dated March 31, 2020, Regency Gold Corp. has now completed its company name change to Clean Air Metals Inc. pursuant to its special meeting of shareholders held on March 31, 2020, and in accordance with the Canada Business Corporations Act. In addition, the listing committee of the TSX Venture Exchange has conditionally accepted Clean Air Metals' previously announced proposed reverse takeover transaction, subject to certain conditions precedent.
The transaction envisions completion of the definitive option agreement, pursuant to which Clean Air Metals will acquire from Benton the option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in each of the Escape Lake property and the TBN property for approximately 24.6 million Clean Air Metals common shares as previously described in the company's news release dated Jan. 10, 2020.
Abraham Drost, Clean Air's chief executive officer, commented: "Shareholder approval for the change of the company's name to Clean Air Metals Inc. is a watershed moment for the company. The company's name change, combined with the recent conditional approval of the transaction by the listing committee of the TSX-V, creates a clear path to resumption of trading under the symbol AIR: TSX-V."
Stephen Stares, president and chief executive officer of Benton, added: "We are pleased to see the team at Clean Air Metals achieve these corporate and regulatory milestones and look forward to final acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange and the resumption of trading.

BENTON STAKES MAGNETIC TREND NEAR SEAGULL AND DISRAELI INTRUSIONS, 35KM NORTH OF ESCAPE LAKE AND TBN DEPOSIT
Benton Resources Inc. has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in a new project by staking two multicell mining claims, totalling 845 hectares. The new claims cover an east-west magnetic high which extends from the Disraeli mafic-ultramafic intrusion, which is prospective for Midcontinent Rift-style ('MCR'), magmatic Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization.
These new claims cover what could represent a conduit feeder zone located just east of the Disraeli intrusion. While the body of the Disraeli intrusion has been explored in detail, minimal historical exploration has been conducted on the new property extending from the intrusion.
The Disraeli, as well as the Seagull Lake intrusion (located approximately 8km south of Disraeli and held by White Metal Resources Corp.), are described as being composed of ultramafic rocks with a high olivine content that has been derived from a deep mantle source. Ultramafic rocks are a key component to Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization associated with the MCR and other Platinum-Palladium occurrences in this region which include the high grade TBN and Escape Lake deposits which Benton has optioned to Regency Gold Corp.
Regency is now being led by mining executives Abraham Drost (CEO) and Jim Gallagher (Executive Chairman), the latter being the former CEO of North American Palladium which recently sold to Impala Platinum for C$1 Billion. Benton will hold 24.6M shares of Regency. Benton will complete ground inspection of the new claims when weather permits.......

BENTON STAKES WESTERN CONTACT OF THE COLDWELL COMPLEX
Benton Resources Inc. has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in a new platinum-palladium (PGE) and base metal prospect by staking eight multicell mining claims covering 3,823 hectares.
The new staking covers the west side of the Coldwell complex near Marathon, Ont.
The Coldwell complex is host to several copper-PGE deposits or occurrences and has seen focused PGE and copper exploration over the last 20 years. Many of the mineral occurrences are located around the eastern margin of the Coldwell and Benton hopes the underexplored western margin has the same potential. Benton's management has excellent knowledge of the complex as Benton previously held a large land position which it sold to Stillwater Mining Company in 2010. The company hopes the west contact could host massive, layered, magnetite reef zones similar to that of the Sally, Wullie and Area 41 zones, now part of Generation Mining's Marathon palladium project............

Large volume and large buying at the end of the trading day.
I am very optimistic on what I heard today from a few investors, with reference to the total package that is optimistically is coming together.
It is believed that there is a lot of US interest, Sprott, Jim Gallaghe, the Stares brothers and some powerful group are behind the outcome success of the venture, everyone will be winners that at this time it will not fail, BEX could be trading between .25 to .30 cents in a short time.
I am only a long time shareholder keeping my fingers crossed and have chosen hope over fear.

moin BEX- lers,palladium- preis auf höchstem stand seit 10jahren und pendelt sich akt. ein bei usd 2400,- oz
nachdem markt zunächst die big player in die höhe schnellen ließ besinnt man sich mit
wochenanfang auf die 2. reihe.......und auch DIE verfügt über wahrlich HOCH- wertige
titel, wie zb unsre BETON mit ihrem thunderbay north prop., welches jüngst von PAN
aquiriert wurde.
