- MD&A - English

Allerdings sind die Zahlen vom December 31, 2022 nach einem halben Jahr nicht mehr soooo aktuell. Und auf der hp gibt es noch keine news, das letzte Financial Statement ist vom Q3 2022.

Fazit:
Keiner weiss, wie es der Firma finanziell aktuell geht...!

Canada Silver Cobalt Closes 2nd Final Tranche of Private Placement

Coquitlam, BC - May 11, 2023 - Canada Silver Cobalt Works Inc. (TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF) announces that further to the Company’s news release dated April 14, 2023 the Company has closed the 2nd final tranche of a non-brokered private placement by way of issuing 9,331,000 non-flow-through units at a price of $0.05 per Unit raising gross proceeds of $466,550. The Company also issued 3,628,125 Quebec Flow-through Units (“QFT Units”) at a price of $0.08 per QFT Unit raising gross proceeds of $290,250 for an aggregate of $756,800 in the 2nd and final tranche together with the 1st tranche closing of $825,100 the total gross proceeds raised in both tranches are $1,581,900. The financing is subject to final TSX Venture Exchange (“Exchange”) acceptance.

Each Unit is comprised of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.075 per share for a period of two years from closing.

Each QFT Unit is comprised of one flow-through common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per share, for a period of three years from closing.

The proceeds of the Units will be used for drilling on the Castle East Robinson Zone discovery, near the town of Gowganda, Ontario and for general working capital. The proceeds of the QFT private placement will be used for drill testing the recently staked Bouguer gravity anomalies and existing Ni-Cu showings in Quebec.

Exploration and evaluation: 1,5mio Quartal (6-7mio Jahr);
+ Assetkäufe (man hat es ja)

Ich leider auch, ich fand hier bislang einfach keinen Ausgang! Dein Posting vom 21. April hatte ich dahin gehend (falsch) interpretiert dass du hinschmeißt, mea culpa!

Ich habe hier ja schon länger meine Zweifel (siehe Beitrag Nr. 1.039 am 08.02.23) und den (eigentlich überfälligen) Verkauf hinausgezögert.

Es hat zwar ein Dutzend Ideen was man machen könnte, ich hatte das am 8. Februar schonmal aufgedröselt: heute Silber-Cobalt, morgen Nickel, übermorgen Gold, danach Lithium, dann was ganz anderes. Alles wird angefangen, und NICHTS davon wird weiter entwickelt.

Frank hat doch eigentlich nur einen Job: die Castle Mine ans Laufen bringen! Was macht er statt dessen?

Vor gerade mal DREI Wochen wurde Geld eingesammelt mit 13 Mio shares dillution:
- 7 Mio non-flow-through units 347,500 Dollar;
- 6 Mio QFT Units 477,600 Dollar;

Und das Geld ist sofort wieder weg (news vom 2. Mai):

Ein 2.000 Meter diamond drilling program in Graal bringt doch keinen Mehrwert!!!

CCW kann sofort wieder anfangen sich nach frischem Geld umzusehen, wie die terms beim nächsten Placement aussehen wird interessant...!


Und jetzt der nächste Hammer Management Cease Trade Order:
Ich habe keine WireCard Aktien gehabt, aber ich habe natürlich mitbekommen was passiert ist. Es fing damit an, dass Finanzen/Abschlüsse nicht innerhalb der gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen Frist eingereicht worden sind. Wirtschaftsprüfern mussten die Zahlen erst noch prüfen...

Nach Harte und Pure habe ich hier (mit dem Management) kein gutes Gefühl!!!
