Jeremy hätte sich am Markt auch günstiger eindecken können. Ich denke, er wollte mit der Ausübung der Warrants ein Zeichen setzen. Daher auch die Frage, warum John das nicht tut. McIntyre lassen wir mal aussen vor, der ist wohl zu klamm.

Zu APN selbst. Natürlich beobachte ich APN weiter. Der Sektor ist ja nicht uninteressant. Allerdings wollte ich mir auch einige andere Sachen nicht entgehen lassen, nachdem ich 3 Jahre viele Chancen liegen gelassen habe.

APN wird weiter auf diesem Niveau CAD 0.25 - 0.30 herumdümpeln bis entweder die Mühle Zahlen liefert, mal was aus ML kommt oder die das Ding promoten. Meinem Depot hat es jedenfalls nicht geschadet hier auszusteigen. Der Einsatz vermehrt sich im Lithiumsektor. Aktuell bewerte ich die Chancen meiner anderen Plays auch immernoch wesentlich höher.

Das kann sich aber auch wieder ändern. Daher auch mein weiter anhaltendes Interesse.

Vielleicht deshalb:

Er hält schon etwa für 1,5 Mio € Aktien. Außerdem ist doch noch Zeit für die Ausübungen verschiedenster Optionen und: Ich würde auch nicht ausüben wenn ich sie am Markt teilweise günstiger bekomme! John ist ja kein Doofer. In der Vergangenheit hat mehr darauf geachtet bei Kapitalbedarf zu helfen, als selbst den dicken Reibach zu machen. Ist eine sehr langfristige Herangehensweise und er wird schon wissen ob sich das so lohnt.

Und überhaupt: Wolltest du Altiplano nicht aus deinen Gedankengängen entlassen oder sind die Kurse aktuell so attraktiv dass du über eine Rückkehr nachdenkst? So langsam aber sicher wird es ja spannend. Da rollt einiges auf uns zu bzw. beim Unternehmen auch an.

Das ist aber auch das Einzige was an diesen Filings beeindruckt. Das sich das MM an der KE beteiligen wird, war zu erwarten. Daher hatte ich es ja auch so vorhergesagt. Schade ist aber, dass nur Jeremy seine Warrants ausübt. McIntyre hätte das auch tun können, aber der wird wohl erst seine günstigen Options ausüben. Viel wichtiger aber, warum legt John nicht nach?

Alles in Allem ist die Beteiligung durch das MM - verglichen mit früheren Runden - eher ernüchternd.

Maria Luisa scheint ja tatsächlich auch schon kurz vor dem Start zu stehen. Nun kommt auch wieder La Serena ins Gespräch. 100km Radius ist auch mal eine Ansage. Nicaragua ist bohrbereit und es wird nur noch auf die Genehmigung gewartet. Oh man, was bin ich froh dass ich der Aktie bzw. der Firma einfach mal Zeit gegeben habe. Ich glaube lange dauert es nicht mehr bis die richtig Geld verdienen. Dazu werden jetzt gar nicht mal so günstige Kapitalmaßnahmen überzeichnet. Die Summe erinnert aber schon tatsächlich sehr stark an genau die Summe die in Nicaragua benötigt wird. Vielleicht sollte ich einfach mal 1 Jahr lang nicht mehr gucken wie es um die Aktie steht. Hat ja schon einmal gut funktioniert.

What Altiplano Metals does:
Altiplano Metals Inc (CVE:APN) is a Canadian mining company focused on the acquisition and development of near-term, cash-flowing assets and exploration projects of significant scale. The Edmonton-based company is looking to grow into a mid-tier producer of copper, gold, and silver with its goal to have three cash-flowing assets by mid/late 2021.

In addition, the company is reviewing a number of opportunities within a 100 kilometre (km) radius of La Serena that fit its production, development and exploration criteria to leverage our revenue generator model.

The company’s main focus is the Farellon Copper-Gold mine located near La Serena, Chile. The company acquired the project in 2017 and has been recovering copper/gold mineralized material from a series of underground workings at numerous levels.

To support the operations at Farellon, Altiplano is currently constructing a mill and processing facility located 15 km from the mine site capable of processing 250 tonnes/day.

Altiplano also recently renegotiated a profit-sharing agreement for Maria Luisa, a past-producing gold-copper asset located near the town of Incahuasi, Chile. Engineering studies are underway to potentially develop a decline system enabling the extraction of mineralized gold-copper material, targeted for Q2 2021.

Altiplano is also looking at a project in Nicaragua which is under application with the Central American country's government. The San Pedro mining concession is a high-quality, scalable gold exploration project that has previously yielded promising historical exploration results. The project is drill-ready with the potential to generate an early maiden resource estimate from defined mineralized gold-bearing epithermal quartz veins over an approximate 15 km strike length.

How is it doing:
In 2020, Altiplano raised nearly $3 million via three offerings to fund the acquisition of a mill and continue with the development of the Hugo Decline at Farellon and in late 2020 Altiplano’s efforts began to pay off.

That month, Farellon produced about 3,480 tonnes of mineralized copper-gold material at an approximate grade of 1.8% copper with shipments for processing totaling 2,770 tonnes.

Altiplano's January 2021 revenue (after processing costs) was US$220,000 from the sale of 151,960 pounds of copper compared with US$150,000 and 90,660 pounds of copper in December 2020. At January's month-end, an additional 610 tonnes were stockpiled and available to be shipped.

The company says further development of the Hugo Decline includes extending the underground workings at depth to access the 370 metre (m) level to provide two additional development headings (eight all told when fully operational) to access the NE-SW trending vein system.

For Altiplano, the current work affords it the opportunity to increase the number of active development headings, maximize output, and improve grade control.

Continuing its focus in the Farellon concession, the company conducted an underground sampling program at the historic Rosario Copper-Gold mine located about 600m from Farellon. This project also has historical underground workings where Altiplano conducted a channel sampling program underground over a strike length of approximately 180m. Encouraging results were obtained including 5.22% copper and 1.4 grams per ton (g/t) gold over a 1.5m cross-section sampling of the vein structure.

And 100 kilometres to the north of the La Serena, Chile area, the company is still mulling plans for the Maria Luisa gold-copper mine. Selective mining from 2013 to 2015 generated over 600 tonnes yielding an average grade of about 6.85 g/t gold and 1.89% copper.

Altiplano undertook another fundraise in March 2021, arranging a non-brokered private placement of up to 10,000,000 units at C$0.25 per unit to raise up to C$2,500,000 in gross proceeds, with the proceeds of the offering to be used to fund the company's current and planned exploration and development programs, as well as for general working capital.
