Zumindest als Arzei-Entwickler ist das Team von Aclaris top .Vicept Therapeutics das Rhofade entwickelt hat wurde auch vom jetzigen Aclaris-Mitbegründer Neal Walker gegründet und von Allergan übernommen . Neben Deal(s) für Rhofade /Eskata / A-101 (common warts) was weiteres Cash für ACRS bedeutet kommen noch weitere near-term milestones hinzu wie Eskata Zulassung (kanada) vermutlich noch vor mitte Oktober und Ergebnisse von der ATI-450-Phase 1 und A-101-Phase3 Studien beides imQ4 .Jetzt können wir nur darauf hoffen dass das Marktumfeld sich einwenig bessert zumindest bis zum Jahresende .

Rhofade Peaksales nach Google Research

As per the company's third-quarter earnings conference call, Aclaris Therapeutics has projected Rhofade's peak sales to be close to $250 million - $300 million.

Weiß jemand was das Warzenprodukt an Peaksales erwartet werden? Und Rhofade? Das wäre mal interessant. Es ist mir nur bekannt, dass es noch kein ähnliches Produkt gibt.

Es ist auch interessant dass Aclaris auf die Pipeline fokussiert. Also sehen sie in der Pipeline erhebliche Werte.

Wochenende, Langeweile kommt auf, ich denke etwas Recherche tut gut.

Hier gibt es neben den Pipeline Werten ja auch schon laufende Einnahmen aus dem Rhofade Deal, die den Firmenwert ausmachen.

Contract Research

The Company earns contract research revenue from the provision of laboratory services to clients throughConfluence, its wholly-owned subsidiary. Contract research revenue is generally evidenced by contracts with clients whichare on an agreed upon fixed-price, fee-for-service basis and are generally billed on a monthly basis in arrears for servicesrendered. Revenue related to these contracts is generally recognized as the laboratory services are performed, based upon therates specified in the contracts. Under ASC Topic 606, the Company elected to apply the “right to invoice” practicalexpedient when recognizing contract research revenue. The Company recognizes contract research revenue in the amount towhich it has the right to invoice. The Company has also received revenue from grants under the Small Business Innovation Research program of theNational Institutes of Health (“NIH”). During the six months ended June 30, 2018, the Company had two active grants fromNIH which were related to early-stage research. There are no remaining funds available to the Company under thegrants. The Company recognizes revenue related to grants as amounts become reimbursable under each grant, which isgenerally when research is performed, and the related costs are incurred. Other RevenueLicenses of Intellectual Property – The Company recognizes revenue received from non-refundable, upfront feesrelated to the licensing of intellectual property when the intellectual property is determined to be distinct from the otherperformance obligations identified in the arrangement, the license has been transferred to the customer, and the customer isable to use and benefit from the license. Milestone Payments - At the inception of each arrangement that includes milestone payments, the Companyevaluates whether the milestones are considered probable of being reached and estimates the amount to be included in thetransaction price using the most likely amount method. If it is probable that a significant revenue reversal would not occur,the associated milestone value is included in the amount allocated to the license of intellectual property. Milestonepayments that are not within the control of the Company or the customer, such as regulatory approvals, are not consideredprobable of being achieved until those approvals are received.
