Hydrogen Utopia International is delighted to announce that it has closed it’s PRE-IPO fundraise on the 9th of September 2021. The Company initially was intending to raise 2 mln GBP and it was substantially oversubscribed to 2,2 mln GBP. The intention is to enter the AQUIS GROWTH Market in order to raise another 5-7 mln GBP.
Hydrogen Utopia International will be using the funds to purchase their long lead items in order to build a basic syngas model, which will be essentially a proof of concept of the Powerhouse DMG technology. The funds will also be used to pay SWECO, the leading European engineering management company, who is providing the EIA and other other permitting to commission the site. The money will be used for their HUI’s costs as well.
The main objective of HUI is to build the first operating plant in Poland end H1/ 2022, beginning of H2/2022. The ambition is to have a multiple of systems running in all of the territories in which HUI has the exclusive licence.
The two most important parts of the DMG systems are the Chemical Conversion Chamber and the clean up system. HUI is in the process of finalising their discussions on contracts with both technology experts, who will provide state of the art solutions and ensure a successful rollout.
The syngas cleanup system will be built by the biggest Companydealing with syngas and hydrogen solutions;Munich based Linde ( market cap 166 billion USD). Hydrogen Utopia is in’s final stages of signing an agreement and ordering their syngas clean up system. Linde has performed their due diligence on the DMG® technology and they are confident about the technology.
The Chemical Conversion Chamber is being designed by aElectron Thermal Processing Equipment BV - Glaesum Group, based in the Netherlands, a company providing solutions for General Electrics, Shell and Boeing. HUI has already commissioned Electron to provide and R&D study on the possibilities of building one of a kind Chemical Conversion Chamber
Both, Linde and Electron are in fairly advanced discussions about mutual cooperation and the system rollout.
Aleksandra Binkowska, CEO Hydrogen Utopia International said: “This is an exceptionally exciting moment for the Company and for me personally. With a successful IPO, the dream of rolling out the first DMG system on the Continent will accelerate it becoming a reality.”

Ob hier der Kurs künstlich klein gehalten wird, damit weitere Firmen (vlt. Partner von Linde) ihre Vertragsverhandlungen mit PHE zum Abschluss bringen können? Hoffentlich erfahren wir bald mehr.

You're welcome, the second link is the most up-to-date. Howard making it crystal clear, Linde would not have approved that press release if it wasn't absolutely nailed on. He's estimating a matter of weeks before this is confirmed. They've approved DMG, it's a done deal. Market will catch up. PHE RNS was way too conservative. This is absolutely monstrous for us.
