Das geht ja wieder sehr rot los diese Woche, -14% bei bereits 16,5 Mio gehandelten Aktien. Kurs 0,094.
Erschließt sich mir zwar nicht so recht aber wundern tut es mich auch nicht.
Vielleicht kaufe ich nächste Woche mal nach wenn der Kurs bei <0,08 ist.

Ein möglicher Weg vorwärts, GEM kauft sich bei Neurox ein (ich glaube sie haben bisher 3%) und macht so Druck auf Javitt.

Im Moment kann man der Geschäftsleitung von Relief mehr Vertrauen als diesem Jewitt von Nrx.Ich denke auf Grund der Klage die eingereicht worden ist müssen die Daten geliefert werden,sollten noch Patentverletzungen zum Vorschein kommen ist Nrx erledigt. Traurig das Menschen die das Medikament dringend gebraucht hätten, gestorben sind weil einer nicht den Hals voll kriegte.
Da darf man jetzt mal gespannt sein was noch kommt. Viel Glück an alle

I want to comment on a few things:
- BigDog is a respectable dude on here. If he posted something from me, he's probably accurate (the check to make sure some idiot does not recreate his screen name now just to try to prove a point LOL)
- I never claimed to know everything, that is why when something totally blindsides me like this lawsuit case.. I tell you as such! Also, there are frequent times I literally say I don't know or I have absolutely no clue and defer to someone more knowledgeable than me in certain areas
- many people have speculated that the phone call I was waiting on today would be from Dr. JJ; while we have had communications previously, and somewhat recently, ...since the dropping of this lawsuit bombshell, I have not spoken with him. The other phone call I was waiting on is from someone else who could provide great insight into the NIH/FDA relationship.
- I don't expect to receive that phone call either because something is happening over there as well now.
- As many of you know, I have great respect for, and a sincere admiration for a certain individual at NIH who is suddenly stepping down. I have not spoken with him since his sudden announcement either, so I have nothing to add to this
- The lawsuit: I have not commented on this much because I do not expect it to change much with our trajectory as relief Therapeutics investors at all. I don't expect it to have much of an impact on NRXP investors either. The biggest impact, in my humble opinion, will be on the reputation of those who are implicated. The bizarreness involved is shocking, to say the least. However, if EUA comes through...no one will care and everyone will be happy. Let's be honest, if this drug gets approved and becomes available to save lives, we all get over $2-3 from the stock price, and RLFTF and NRXP are still disputing over patents, the court scenes will become as little mini-dramas in our grand landscape of things as we discuss who is wrong or right in Las Vegas over food and drinks some of us can't even pronounce
Stay focused on the prize , not the distractions
- The RLFTF stock price: I just finished writing an explanation of my position on this in Facebook.
-HGEN situation: I have spoken to the VP over there and we had a great, mutually respectful and beneficial first of several more-to-come conversations. We will talk again, as well as possibly another Exec over there, before I make changes to my 2B video and repost it. In the reposting, I will of course highlight the changes that I will make and discuss why I made those changes. Shout out and thanks to @FactChecker for the email! I like you too man, and that's why I debate with you lol. Your role is necessary and good to have around to keep things from going too far into fantasy land at some points. Although, I do think you can get a Lil extreme at times

- I did not respond to the Twitter post that someone wrote about me from the HGEN Board because it was borderline personal attack/rant and I didn't feel it would be conducive to anyone involved
- for the record, I'm not against HGEN either! In fact, I strongly believe that leronlimab is necessary for Kites great CAR-T process going forward! And believe it or not, I am actually guest-speaking twice at Arizona State this academic year, and once at the University where one of your execs graduated from! One of the forums is on robotic medicine and future med technology including... CAR-T therapy! So you can probably imagine where this is all eventually leading 😉.
I'm terribly sorry again about having delayed the video 3, but as you can see, there has been many many changes and such a short amount of time! Some of the facilities I have consulted for make me sign a NDA. Some of the emails I receive have NDA/Confidentiality clauses in them. Some of my phone conversations are under the pretense of "off the record" conversations. Therefore, I have to comply with that. Jeopardize my reputation in the field, or in social media.
Please remember that the YouTube channel is new, and I have not even advertised it to any of my circles, family, or friends yet! All of the subscribers so far has been gained organically through only one or two mediums, plus the great help of you all who have subscribed and shared it with others! That is why I am so thankful for anyone who helps at this stage! Also, I genuinely care about it and that is why I try to have accurate information on there and use my resources to tap in and do the deepest DD I can!
After this third video, I am going to advertise for it and at that point hopefully I will go over 1,000 subscribers and be able to move to the next stage of creating an investment community that helps new investors to attain credible information about lesser known medical stocks :-)

Meine HypotheseDer NRX Kurs wird sich mit Relief parallel entwickeln. JJ wird als CEO einen schweren Stand haben und im schlimmsten Fall als CEO zurücktreten, aber dem Unternehmen erhalten bleiben. NRX hat im Gegenteil zu Rlf noch keine Pipeline, d.H. Relief ist durch die breite Produktpipeline so oder so momentan stark unterbewertet.
Wenn der Streit ohne Einigung endet, dann riskiert NRX die Kooperation mit Rlf und verliert die Gewinnanteile und die Vermarktung von Aviptadil und endet wieder als Spack.
Der Kurs wird dann nicht mehr so schnell über 10$ steigen, ausser der Spack findet ein anderes Unternehmen.
Zum Produkt, Wir haben noch immer den Fast Track Status und besitzen die erweiterte Zulassung für Schwangere, dass wird oft vergessen.
Die NIH gesponserte Studie läuft, die Anforderungen für die Breakthrough Therapy Designation sind erfüllt, und der Antrag bei der FDA ist zusätzlich zum EUA eingereicht. Wir befinden uns also in einer TOP Ausgangslage, was mich immer mehr sehr zuversichtlich stimmt. NRX setzt das momentan alles aufs Spiel.
