Commitment from Major Investment Banking Firm Paves Way For $400,000,000
Las Vegas Timeshare Project
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., June 7 /PRNewswire/ -- MPTV, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MPTV - news) Board of
Directors announced today that they have reached a formal conditional commitment from Oxford International, Inc.,
to fund a $52,500,000 construction loan for the Lake Tropicana Timeshare project. The loan closing is scheduled for
60 days from this date, subject to certain contractual conditions pursuant to the funding agreement. Upon formal
closing, MPTV, Inc., will receive phased funding to be used to develop the Lake Tropicana Timeshare project.
Oxford International is a private investment banking firm, established in 1994, to facilitate the financing of business,
commercial development and corporate investment opportunities. Partners of Oxford International include local,
national and international banks, investment trust, securities firms, private investors, insurance companies, merchant
banks, pension funds and national asset-based capital providers. For further information, visit Oxford International

``MPTV`s management team and our professional advisors have worked extremely hard to bring about this funding
agreement. Pursuing the vision laid out by this management team, we have finally reached a major milestone. Oxford
International has exceeded our expectations in facilitating this $52,500,000 construction loan agreement. Upon
meeting the contracted conditions normally considered formalities, MPTV will begin to receive phased funding
dependent on the construction schedules. We are currently working with architects, permitting agencies and the State
of Nevada Department of Real Estate licensing to rapidly begin development of the Lake Tropicana Project,`` stated

The Lake Tropicana Timeshare Resort is located in Las Vegas, Nevada between the MGM Grand Hotel/Casino, the

Avenue. The ``Harmon Corridor`` has been designated as a tourist`s corridor and is undergoing transformation with
two new casino hotels and three large timeshare projects planned for this area.
