ich habe das TIF mal durch die OCR-Texterkennung gejagt, ich denke man Kann`s lesen. Bitte schreibt mal, was Ihr davon haltet. Re-listing im August? Naja, in zwei Jahren laufen meine Calls aus, hoffentlich haben sie es bis dahin dann endlich geschafft...

Dear Sir
In order to accelerate the re-listing process being undertaken by Adelong, the directors, after discussion with the ASX have decided to re-list the Company as an Investment Entiy as defined in the ASX Listing Rules. This approoch will provide the quickest path to re-listing as well as providing greater investment flexibility than would othenvise be achievable.
To achieve Investment Entity status, Adelong must have net tangible assets of at least A$15 million at the time of re-listing. For this to occur, part of the process necessitates the raising of approximately A$3.8 million in additional capital.
All existing Adelong shareholders will be offered a non-renounceable entitlement issue of 1 share for every 6 held at a price of 20 cents, in addition to 1 free attaching option, exercisable at 20 cents.
CIBC World Markets has agreed to underwrite the capital raising on normal terms and conditions to usual market condition caveats, and the issue being full sub-underwritten. A Sub-Underwriting panel is presently being assembled.
The timing of this process should result in the prospectus for the issue being released prior to 30 June 2000 and the subseqvent allotment completed by the end of August 2000, at which time the suspension of trading Adelong shares will be lifted,
Adelong is completing its transformation to an international venture capital investrnent company. It now has a full time Managing Director and the directors expect to be able to announce progress on the disposal of certain of the Campany’s non-core assets, as well as a siqnificant new investment shortly.

As part of its continuing investment process, Adelong Capital has committed to invest US$500,000 into a global e-commerce fund, the second E-Trade E-commerce Fund. This fund will adopt the same strategy as the first E-Trade E-commerce Fund which is to invest into early to mid-stage companies ofliering Internet related products and services or related infrastructure.
The fund will be managed by E-Trade Ventures, a Delaware limited liability company controlled by Christos M. Costakos and Thomas A. Bevilaqua. The Fund is offering approximately US$200M of limited partnership interests to qualified investors. E-trade’s first E-commerce Fund has posted an internal rate of return in excess of 1900’K.
The Fund’s goal is to achieve superior financial returns by identifying leading Companies in unique market segments of eCommerce, investing across the life cycles of these ventvres, and working closely with entrepreneurs to build highly successful enterprises. The Fund’s strategy is to seek investment opportunities where E-Trade Group can directly assist companies by leveraging its experience in building eCommerce leaders, The Fund will tactically laok for unique investment opportunities anywhere around the globs.
