Content Distribution Agreement signed by Davnet

PRESS RELEASE

Access1 (ASX: ACC), Australia`s frst multimedia service provider,
will provide their AccessTV content to Australia`s leading provider
of broadband telecommunications solutions, Davnet Telecommunications
under an umbrella agreement announced today by the two companies.

"This agreement matches Access1`s broadband business content with
Davnet`s blue-chip client base in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and
Perth`s CBD market," said Accessl Chairman. Mr David Spence, in
making the announcement. "In addition, it represents a significant
expansion of both businesses - exposure for AccessTV and the
provision of content by Davnet to their corporate clients."

"In addition to providing high speed Internet, data and voice
services through a single Ethernet socket, this agreement enables us
to provide our corporate clients with TV like channels, relevant to
their businesses, directly on their PC`s," said Davnet
Telecommunications MD, Michael Bosilkovski. "Businesses connected to
the Davnet network now have the option of receiving Accessl`s
Olympics coverage for all their staff direct to their PCs."

The content distribution agreement will give Davnet the right to
stream all of Accessl`s broadband content through its networks. The
agreement will allow Davnet clients the option to view Access1`s
specialty channels from it`s broadband portal. Accessl is delivering
the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games direct to PCs and carries C7`s sports
programming in a strategic alliance with Seven Network Pay Television
station, C7.

"This agreement is a further step in our strategy of setting a
platform to deliver the range of Accessl`s multimedia services across
all networks, regardless of the technology employed, as well as on
the Accessl satellite network being rolled out nationally," said Mr
Spence, "Through the delivery of TV quality services directly to the
PC`s of the corporate world, Accessl are creating a new market for
the delivery of full-motion interactive advertising, which can be
served to individual users or demographics across all delivery
platforms and networks."
