Der Slow Stochastic zeigt meines Erachtens, daß es die nächsten Tage nicht hoch gehen kann.
Der RSI seht sehr hoch >Trendwendesignal
Momentum steht hoch, dreht >Trendwendesignal
Allerdings der MACD steht auf Verkauf (MACD ist oft aber zu langsam)

sah man fast keine Gewinnmitnahmen. Auch heute wieder etwas im
Plus, trotz neg. Nasdaq.

MIDLAND, Mich., Nov 7 (Reuters) - Dow Chemical Co. (NYSEOW), the No. 2 U.S. chemical company, and Diversa Corp. (NASDAQ NMVSA) agreed on Tuesday to jointly develop and produce chiral compounds used in pharmaceuticals and some chemicals.

The agreements calls for Diversa to use a technology it has developed to identify and develop enzymes that can be used to develop pure chiral compounds. Diversa will receive access fees, royalty payments, and payments for research and development as part of the deal, it said.

Dow will concentrate on handling all aspects of pharmaceutical production.

Chiral technologies make it possible to separate a desired active ingredient from its mirror image, Dow said, adding that chirally pure chemicals may provide lower toxicity, higher efficacy, and lower manufacturing costs.

Hallo,

auch ich besitze Diversa. Deshalb mach ich auch hier mal einen Beitrag:

Ich besitze das Teil seit dem 14.4. Am Chart könnt Ihr ja sehen, wo ich mit dieser Aktie schon war. Ich bin noch nicht all zu lange im Börsengeschäft und deshalb hab ich mir wohl die Gewinne durch die Lappen gehen lassen. Heute würd mir das nicht nochmal passieren. Im Moment steh ich etwa bei 15% Gewinn. Das war schon sehr viel mehr.

Momentan bin ich der Meinung, daß man eher kurzfristig aussteigen sollte, da die Indikatoren auf kurzfristig fallende Kurse hindeuten. Dies zeigt v.a. der Slow Stochastic, von dem ich sehr viel halte. Dieser steht sehr hoch - bei ca. 70 - und vor kurzem war der Schnitt nach unten = Verkaufsignal. Ich bin mir sicher, daß Diversa etwa 1 - max. 2 Wochen korrigieren wird. Dann seh ich aber wieder positiver. Ich selbst verkauf aber nicht, da da erstens eine Bank-Sache ist, die ich jetzt nicht näher schildern will und zweitens hab ich die Hoffnung, daß Diversa nicht stark korrigiert, denn der Slow Stochastic fällt schon ersichtlich wobei der Kurs noch recht hoch steht. Außerdem ging der Kurs heute bei dem beschissenen Umfeld ja sogar noch hoch.



Man sieht, daß der MACD recht hoch steht und der Spielraum nach oben für steigende Kurse nicht gerade groß ist.

Derzeit bin ich in Bezug auf Diversa etwas ins Zweifeln gekommen. Das Geschäftsfeld von Diversa ist meines Erachtens ja nicht gerade zukunftsweisend. Bei der Aktie ist in meinen Augen nicht so viel drin nach oben.
Wenn man mal in den US-Boards (v.a. YAHOO) nachliest, da schreiben die Leute auch nur, daß sie denken, daß Diversa nur bullshit macht. Die machen sich da total lustig über die Aktie.


Habt Ihr zu der Geschichte und der Zukunftsfähigkeit von Diversa andere Meinungen? Ich laß mich gerne von dem Gegenteil überzeugen.

Und was haltet Ihr von der Charttechnik?

Stellt Euch vor, auch die restlichen machen`s so wie Ihr. Dann habt auch Ihr nichts mehr zu lesen.
Also bitte, tragt auch Ihr was bei. Oder warum sollten wir weiter unsere Meinungen, Erkenntnisse, Research-Ergebnisse und Ansichten hier reinstellen, wenn die anderen ihre für sich behalten und meinen, sie könnten Profit aus ihrer Zurückhaltung schlagen. Der Kurs wird eh in den USA gemacht.

Hallo ricox,

damit Du nicht alleine schreiben mußt: ich habe auch -100- Diversa, gekauft bei 25,50$ vor über einem halben Jahr...
Davor habe ich schon mehrmals mit DVSA getradet und mein Geld verdoppelt. Nur habe ich leider den Ausstieg bei 49$ verpasst.

Ich habe schon mehrmals überlegt, DVSA zu verkaufen, allerdings habe ich vor drei Tagen von Bear Stearns, London von einem
befreundeten Analysten (ich arbeite selbst in der Anlageberatung einer Sparkasse) einen Research-Bericht erhalten, der
mich doch in meiner Meinung bestärkt, DVSA weiter zu halten. Bear Stearns hat sein "BUY"-Rating für DVSA wiederholt und
rein charttechnisch sieht es derzeit sehr gut aus.

Es hat sich ein kurzfristiger Aufwärtstrend gebildet, und bei ca 25$ wird der mittelfristige Abwärtstrend gebrochen.
Die 25$ haben wir auch schon getestet, und momentan befinden wir uns im zweiten Anlauf...

Weis ich nicht. Laßt doch mal was raus ! Treibt eure Stimmung auf den Höhepunkt. Man könnte meinen der letzte verläßt das Schiff, so ist die Stimmung am Aktienmarkt.

Die Profis unter uns, greift den Zittrigen unter die Arme und beruhigt Sie etwas. Ständig Geldberbrennen macht doch keinen Spass. Laßt es raus, sagt eure Meinung, beteiligt euch doch mal etws mehr. Mit Tip´s zu Mentianis die 10% steigt und 30% fällt ist keinem geholfen.

Klar fallen die Kurse noch etwas, aber 2002 oder 2003 wird groß abgesahnt und nicht in 2 Wochen. Das könnt Ihr zur Zeit vergessen.

Mich ärgert es schon, daß manche nur Pushen und nicht Ihre Meinung sagen.

Nicht das ich mir Germanistis Super Vorhersagen glauben schenken wollte. In einem hatte er aber recht, Den Tiefstand hatte er vorausgesagt und er ist gekommen. Vielleicht war er zu Pesimistisch ! Ich wollte es nicht glauben. Leute, es geht auch wieder nach Norden. Wann ? Wer weis 2001, 2002. Vom Drauflegen überlebt niemand. Deshalb Kopf hoch !

Die Kurse kommen wieder.

SAN DIEGO, July 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Diversa Corporation (Nasdaq: DVSA) today reported revenues of $8.8 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2001, a 63% increase over second quarter 2000 revenues, and $17.0 million for the first half ended June 30, 2001, a 74% increase over first half 2000 revenues. The net loss was $2.9 million, or $0.08 per share, in the second quarter of 2001, compared to a net loss of $637 thousand, or $0.02 per share, in the second quarter of 2000. The net loss for the first half of 2001 was $4.3 million, or $0.12 per share, compared to $6.6 million, or $0.21 per share on a pro forma basis, for the first half of 2000. The year-to-date reported losses for 2001 and 2000 include non-cash, stock-based compensation charges of $1.4 million and $7.4 million, respectively.

The revenue increases for the quarter and year-to-date result from the Company`s new and expanded strategic collaboration agreements. The two most significant components of second quarter and year-to-date revenues are related to Zymetrics, the Company`s agricultural products joint venture with Syngenta Seeds AG, and Innovase LLC, the Company`s 50/50 industrial enzyme joint venture with The Dow Chemical Company.

Total operating expenses for the quarter and year-to-date, respectively, were $14.4 million and $27.2 million, compared to $9.0 million and $20.5 million for the same periods in 2000. Excluding non-cash, stock-based compensation charges, operating expenses increased by $6.5 million and $12.6 million for the quarter and year-to-date, respectively, compared to the same periods in 2000. These increases were primarily attributable to higher research and development expenses as a result of expanded research activities associated with the Company`s collaborations and increased investment in several key internal products and technologies.

Interest and other income for the quarter and year-to-date, respectively, were $2.7 million and $5.9 million, compared to $3.1 million and $4.5 million for the same periods in 2000. The year-to-date increase was primarily due to interest income as a result of higher average cash balances following Diversa`s initial public offering in February 2000.

At June 30, 2001, the Company had cash, cash equivalents, short-term investments and receivables totaling $206.7 million compared to $211.8 million at December 31, 2000.

Sag mal wo hast du denn die Liste her.

Ich weis zwar das der CAVANAUGH, JAMES H
jede Menge kauft, an die genaue Liste bin ich bislang nicht gestoßen.

Ich halte Diversa auf Sicht 2004 für eine sehr gute Anlage die meiner Auffassung nach auch bald wieder explodieren wird. Hierzu müßten allerdings die Märkte mal wieder nach oben drehen.

Ich halte Diversa auf längere Sicht auch für einen klaren Kauf. Was mir Sorgen macht ist nur der schlechte Aktienkurs.

In der derzeitigen Verfassung der Börsenlandschaft aber kein Wunder.

Mein letzten Gröten werden ich wohl darin anlegen.

Schaut euch doch mal die News an der Nasaq an.

Diversa jede Menge super Info´s. Urteilt selbst. Auch wenn´s noch ein harter Weg nach oben ist, die Chance stehen meiner Meinung nach sehr gut ne Menge Kohle zu machen. Zwar nicht in 4 Wochehn aber in 2-3 Jahren wird sich der eine oder andere um diese Perle reisen.

Versteht dies nicht als Pushversuch. Ist nicht so gemeint. Schaut euch die News an und urteilt selbst. Vielleicht kommt Ihr dann auch zu meiner Auffassung. Diversa hat jedenfalls noch einige Produkte im Peto die 2003/04 zur Marktreife kommen.

Wäre schön mal auch von anderen interessierten zu hören.

Wie viele Biotechunternehmen macht Diversa auch Minus zur Zeit. Ich bin aber davon überzeugt das Diversa in 2 - 3 die Früchte erntet die Sie gesät hat.

SChau euch doch mal nur die Info´s an. Lauter Top Nachrichten. Eigene Entwicklungen, Kooperationen mit namhaften Firmen.

Lest einfach mal selbst unter Diversa.com und bildet euch eurere Meinung selbst. Ich werde jedenfalls jede Gelegenheit ausnutzen und aufstocken.

Zur Zeit ist Diversa richtig günstig.

Wer anderer Meinung ist kann dies ja mal begründen. Klar ist Diversa nicht besonders bekannt, aber umso interessanter.

Diversa hat zwischenzeitlich einige Patente angemeldet. Viele Leute im Yahoo.com Board sind der Meinung klarer Kauf strong buy.

Ich auch.

Geduld wird man aber brauchen. Ich bin aber sicher die wird belohnt. Zur Zeit ist der Boden um 11-12 $ sicherlich erreicht. Um diesen Betrag pendelt Diversa zur Zeit.

Oh ! 10,75$ auf 11,9$ und nachbörslich noch einige nachgelegt bei das für Diversa unüblich hohen Umsätzen.

Ich halte DSVA auf Sicht von 2-4 Jahren auf jeden Fall für einen klaren Gewinner, bei dem man eigendlich nur gewinnen kann. Vielleicht brauchen die noch ein paar Jahre, aber m.M. nach wer nicht sät kann nicht ernten. Sieht man die bislang in letzter Zeit angemeldeten Patente kann man sich aber ziemlich sicher sein das auf längere Sicht DSVA ein Gewinner sein wird.

Vielleicht trägt diese Nachricht dazu bei das sich der Kurs in den nächsten Monate bereits erholt ?
