Interneuron Pharma, ein Biotechwert aus Amerika, der sehr weit in der Entwicklung von Anitdepressiva ist, hatte seit 1996 einige Klagen am Hals. Deshalb ist der Wert von 40$ auf 1,20$ gesunken. Aller Widrigkeiten zum Trotz wurden interessante Kontakte mit Global Playern geknüpft und die Medikamente weiter erforscht. Seit Jahresanfang bewegt sich der Kurs mit sehr großen Umsätzen wieder gen Norden.
Kaum einer kann echte Gründe nennen, Übernahmegerüchte und erfolgreiche Betatests müssen erst einmal herhalten.
Trotzdem gestern infolge des imensen Kursanstiegs der letzten Tage versucht wurde den Titel leerzuverkaufen haben die Käufer weiterhin die Aktie hochgehalten.
Charttechnisch liegt bei 5$ ein kleinerer und bei 8$ ein größerer Widerstand. Bis zum Allzeithoch sind es mal eben 1000%. Aktuell liegen wir um 3,50$.
Der Wert verdient eine genaue Beobachtung. Mal sehen, was da an News vorhanden ist und wie weit uns die Charttechnik trägt. Mutige steigen natürlich vorher ein, allerdings muß man ohne Hintergründe zu kennen, sehr hart mit Stoploss arbeiten oder nur Peanuts einsetzen.

Dann setzten Gewinnmitnahmen ein, die den Kurs auf 4$ !!! drückten. Aktuell liegen wir um 5$. Sollte diese Marke abermals überwunden werden, den Shorties endgültig die Kraft ausgehen, so sehen wir einer rosigen Zukunft entgegen. Der absolute Hammer für eiskalte Zocker.

Aktuell 5,45$ (+10%) und schon nach 2,5 Stunden eine Viertelmillion Stücke umgesetzt.

Interneuron Enters Into Comprehensive Redux Product Liability Agreement With American Home Products
Agreement Is Milestone in Resolution of Legal Actions Against Interneuron Company Now in a Position to Focus on Product Development Pipeline
LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BW HealthWire)--May 30, 2001-- Interneuron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:IPIC - news) today announced that it has entered into an agreement with American Home Products Corporation (NYSE: AHP - news) that includes complete indemnification for certain classes of product liability cases filed against Interneuron related to Redux, a prescription anti-obesity compound withdrawn from the market in September 1997. This indemnification covers existing plaintiffs who have already opted out of AHP`s national class action settlement and all claimants alleging primary pulmonary hypertension. The agreement also provides for AHP to fund additional insurance coverage to supplement Interneuron`s existing product liability insurance. The Company believes this total insurance coverage is sufficient to address its potential remaining Redux product liability exposure. In addition, AHP has agreed to fund all future legal costs related to Interneuron`s defense of Redux-related product liability cases.

In exchange, Interneuron has agreed to withdraw its suit against AHP filed in January 2000, its objection to the judicial approval of a national class action settlement of Redux product liability claims, and its cross-claims against AHP related to Redux product liability legal actions.

Interneuron reaches liability pact with AHP over diet drug
LEXINGTON, Mass., May 30 (Reuters) - Interneuron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Nasdaq:IPIC - news) said on Wednesday that it has entered into a liability agreement With American Home Products Corp. (NYSE:AHP - news) regarding Interneuron`s anti-obesity drug.

Interneuron said the agreement includes complete indemnification for certain classes of product liability cases filed against Interneuron related to Redux, a prescription anti-obesity compound withdrawn from the market in September 1997.

AHP sold two diet drugs that were once used in the controversial fen-phen slimming cocktail, Pondimin (fenfluramine) and Redux (dexfenfluramine). It recalled the two drugs in 1997 after some of the 6 million Americans who had taken fen-phen developed heart valve damage and other problems linked to the drugs.

AHP later reached a national settlement with diet-drug users who alleged the firm sold the two appetite suppressants without adequately warning them about their dangerous side effects.

Interneuron said this indemnification covers existing plaintiffs who have already opted out of AHP`s national class action settlement and all claimants alleging primary pulmonary hypertension. The pact also provides for AHP to fund additional insurance coverage to supplement Interneuron`s existing product liability insurance.

Der Kurs kann sich weiter vermehrfachen. Schließlich ist man dabei Medikamente gegen AIDS, Depressionen und Fettsucht zu entwickeln.

Am 16.05. hatte ich eine Verdopplung bis August vorher gesagt. Wir haben soeben diese Verdopplung erreicht.
Wem es reicht, viel Spaß beim verjubeln.

Der Wert wird durch die Aufnahme in den Russelindex bis Freitag noch einmal deutlich zulegen. Wir kennen das Spiel, Fondsmanager dürfen teilweise nur Werte aus Indizies kaufen, müssen den Index abbilden...
Noch ist nicht jedermann bekannt, daß eine Aufnahme vorgesehen ist, für viele kommt es auch überraschend.
Außerdem müssen sich die Shorties eindecken.
Potential ist weiterhin gegeben. Dazu kommt der Bruch des Widerstandes bei 8$. Das sollte für weiteren Auftrieb sorgen.

Irgendwann sollte man aber den Ausstieg schaffen. Eventuell kann man nahc einer Korrektur wieder zulangen.

Noch einmal eine Nachkaufgelegenheit. Aktuell um 8,50$.
Viel weiter runter geht es nicht. Der alte Widerstand bei 8$ wird nun zur Unterstützung. Gestern wurde diese Unterstützung kurz getestet um danach auf 9,25$ zu steigen. Die Umsätze sind gewaltig und entsprechen derzeit dem zehnfachen des normalen Wertes. Da ist richtig Musik drin. Selbst in Deutschland werden jetzt täglich über 20.000 Stück gehandelt.
