Der sagt ja eben nichts genaues, und so was nervt mich immer! Dachte es gibt irgendwas was mir entgangen ist!

Hi Folks,

irgendwas muß da wohl aber doch dran sein. Guckt Euch mal
die Umsätze der letzten Zeit an. Die Aktie dümpelte bei
geringem Volumen immer so zwischen 10 und 13 cent, tägliche
Kurssprünge max. 1 cent.

Und was war am Freitag?
2 cent Kurssprung (je nach Börse zwischen 15 und 30 %) bei
wesentlich gesteigerten Umsätzen.

Gibt es da vielleicht was neues zur Fremdfinanzierung?

habe den erheblichen Kursanstieg

meiner "Lieblings-Aktie"

nicht mal mitbekommen;

da beireits mit dem Gesamt-Verlust abgefunden!

Wenn der Kurs natürlich morgen Mittwoch

nochmal >: 2 0 0 0 % (richtig zweitausend % )zulegt,

werde ich die Schwelle zum Gewinn erreicht haben.

Toys International.COM, Inc. to Conduct Orderly Wind-Down of its Business

SAN MARCOS, CA - March 28, 2001 - Toys International. COM, Inc. ("Toys
International") and its parent company, Play Co Toys & Entertainment Corp,
today announced that it has filed for protection under Chapter II of The US
Bankruptcy code in order to execute an orderly wind-down of its business and
sale of its assets. Toys International and its Board of Directors had explored
a number of options including partial liquidation and reorganization around a
smaller group of core stores, refinancing and strategic sale of all or part of
its business before determining that an orderly wind-down of operations offered
the best alternative for the benefit of its secured creditor.

The Company is in the process of developing a plan for the orderly liquidation
of the Company`s operations through discussions with representatives of its
secured tender, other creditors, landlords and others under the supervision of
the Bankruptcy Court. The liquidation plan will feature store closing sales
and sales of other assers.

The Company is continuing to hold discussions with potential investors that may
be interested in financing the Company following this bankruptcy filing. If
that occurs, then the Company would approach me bankcruptcy court to stop the
liquidation process. However, there can be no assurance that such discussions
will eventually lead to such a financing.

The Company stated that it could not predict the extent to which the sales of
its assets would be sufficient to satisfy the claims of creditors. However, the
Company expects that no assets will be available for distribution to
shareholders.

Toys International is a specially retailer of unique toys, hobby items, and
collectibles. The Company operates 35 stores as of March 23, 2001.
