Wurde schon im Aktionär 17/2000 bei einem Kurs von damals €0,15 mit Kursziel €0,30 zum Kauf empfohlen.

Ist dann allerdings schnell in der Versenkung verschwunden.

Vielleicht wurde sie heute wiederentdeckt.

Zu diesem Schluß könnte man kommen, wenn man sich die Kursentwicklung des heutigen Tages anschaut.

Ein Blick auf die Umsätze tut ein Übriges.

Das es sich nicht um eine Eintagsfliege handeln wird, kann man auch an der Wertentwicklung der Notierung an der Heimatbörse Sydney feststellen.

Der Wert hat sich glatt innerhalb einer Woche verdoppelt.

Ich denke mal, ist wird nun noch eine Frage der Zeit sein, bis auch andere Daytrader auf den Wert stossen.

AUSSIE ONLINE LIMITED MAKES KEY ACQUISITION TO LAUNCH UNIQUE NEW
RACIN
G FACILITIES AT WAIKERIE (S.A)



Aussie Online Limited (ASX:AOL) has entered into an agreement to
acquire Cyber Raceways Limited (CRL). CRL will broadcast racing
content in Australia and to the international markets, eager to take
advantage of opportunities to receive racing content in time zones
outside of their normal racing schedules. CRL has commenced
construction of Australia`s first, straight-line racetrack designed
for harness, quarter horse and greyhound racing
. CRL has the capacity
to a produce high quality, live racing product for transmission
through traditional TAB outlets and both narrow band and broadband
transmission via the Internet. CRL has granted The South Australian
Totalisator Agency Board (SATAB) a license to provide wagering
services and SATAB will pay volume based copyright fees to CRL for
usage of the product.



CRL has a formal agreement with Harness Racing South Australia Limited
to provide racing stock, ra
cing personnel and conduct the racing
events for CRL. The agreement requires the authority to conduct all
events with the probity requirements of the Australia Rules of Harness
racing. Negotiations are at an advanced stage with other racing
codes, including greyhounds and quarter horses to conduct racing
events. The agreement with SATAB includes a copyright fee for the
running of thoroughbred events.



ISIS Broadcast Media Pty Ltd have entered into an agreement to prov
ide
the signal capturing services, integration and transmission to ensure
the delivery of a high quality picture signal. ISIS is a major
supplier of digital broadcasting systems and equipment to the
television and production industry. ISIS was contracted to NBC for
the Sydney Olympic Games and broadcasts for Seven Network and Fox
Sports. ISIS Communications Limited will become a substantial
shareholder in AOL.



Stockport Civil Engineering Contractors have been responsi
ble for the
civil engineering works on the project to date and will complete the
construction of the facilities at Waikerie and also become a major
shareholder in AOL.



A proprietary racing bill has been passed by the South Australian
parliament to enable racing to proceed (Racing Proprietary Business
Licensing Act 2000). This Act is the first and only one of its kind
in any Australian State, allowing private racing events to be
conducted.



The Company will call a sha
reholder meeting to approve a 1:10 capital
reconstruction and approval of the transaction subject to the issuance
of a Prospectus and the raising of up to $6 million to fund the
completion of the facilities at Waikerie. The company will also, at
the shareholder meeting, seek approval to change its name to Sports
Vision Entertainment Limited.
